A special place in the heart of Mamaia resort, the hosts are very kind and willing to make your stay really comfortable.

Being on the Mamaia beachfront is a big advantage for everybody enjoying the sun the sea and the beach.

Great location, exactly on the beach. Nice and clean room, with a nice view.

We had towels and a very nice hairdryer. AC was very helpful and was working properly.

It was very good to have the smart TV because you could easily connect with the phone and watch/listen to your own playlist.

Everything was perfect during our stay. Perfect view, just on the beach. This is a family business: both the hotel and the supermarket downstairs.

They are all very dedicated and kind. They pay attention to details.

The rooms are as in the photos. Quality materials and elegant colors. We will definitely come back.

Why You Should NOT Book Belleview Suites Mamaia

I didn’t have breakfast. The location does not have its own kitchen or space for dining (own restaurant) although the price is self-assessed at 3 or even 4 stars.

The room is much smaller in size than it should have been in the hotel category. The room, although overlooking the sea, does not have a balcony.

The furniture in the room is more than austere. There is only one stool and one bed.

There are no chairs or armchairs so you can only sit on the bed.

There is a minibar fridge but it is EMPTY (not even a mineral water) Although I paid for 2 days due to the conditions I stayed only one day.

Along Aza Beach on the Black Sea, this laid-back hotel is 6 km from Aqua Magic Mamaia water park and a 15-minute walk from the nearest bus stop.

Relaxed rooms feature Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and balconies offering sea views, as well as minifridges, and tea and coffeemaking facilities; en suite bathrooms are shower-only.

The newest building on the Black Sea shore, the Opera Hotel is at your disposal with the 89 rooms, all with sea views, of which 4 exclusive suites, 2 are located at the top floor of the hotel, offering a unique view of the sea.
The Opera Hotel is in the heart of the entertainment in the Mamaia resort, at the zero kilometer of the fabulous parties offered by the northern clubs.
Rooms are updated and well decorated with our suite having two bathrooms (not sure why there are two) with one having a toilet and shower and the second a toilet and bathtub.
I would not recommend the suites since they are located on the first level above the lobby and everyone from the breakfast area, pool area and beach can see inside your room, especially at night.
Either get a deluxe room with Sea view or spend A LOT more for a sky suite which are on the top floor and are exactly like the first floor suites in terms of room size and amenities.
The breakfast was good but lacking some options. They had about 5 or 6 types of scrambled eggs (with cheese, onions, bacon, simple, etc.) but no fried or poached eggs. Also the fruits looked old.
But otherwise we had what to eat. The breakfast seating area is very nice and updated as well as the pool area.
The beach area is where this hotel shines.
The beach staff are extremely polite and friendly as well as very helpful.
The beach bar has lots of food/drink options as well. Overall I will be staying here again when I come to Mamaia.
The hotel is new, with modern facilities, and is located right on the beach.
They provide a good breakfast with many options to choose from, and in the price you have included : private beach with free sunbeds, free beach towels, beach bar with sunbed services, clean and nice open pool, excellent for the kids, daily room cleaning and towels change, bathrobe and slippers, good WiFi, an Italian style restaurant (fish, pizza, pasta, salads).
I highly recommend it, it worth the 4 stars and the money.
Why You Should NOT Book Hotel Opera Mamaia
I’ve spent a week at Opera in August.
The hotel is clean,the view is gorgeous, wish I could continue my review only pointing out positive things.
Unfortunately a lot of improvement is needed, their restaurant is a joke(the staff is so unprepared).
The loud noise/music is almost 24/7 on,not a chance to relax and recharge there, neither in the room,nor on the beach

The location was perfect to attend SUNWAVES festival. Our host was so helpful.

I stayed at this location for one night. It was a pleasant surprise. Very clean and welcoming place. I also liked the view.

If you’re in town for work and you want to admire the sea in winter, you should definitely go to this place. It’s a great deal!

Really good accommodation with decent pricing, accessible for anyone. Clean rooms, nice stuff and an amazing view of the lake and the sea, and it is close to the clubs, restaurants and the beach.

I would recommend it to everyone who’s interested in a short stay in Mamaia.

The apartment was extremely unclean, starting with the stains and hairs on the bedding, the unsanitary shower and finishing with the sock we found next to the bed, as proof of how attentive the host is with the cleaning of the apartment.
