Great location in Bournemouth- very close to town centre and beach. Leisure and restaurant facilities were great. Love that it is pet friendly too!

We booked this hotel last minute and the reason we chose it was because it was dog friendly. Reviews were good and good value.
Previous reviews were spot on, all communal areas that we saw had been refurbished and very tastefully decorated.

We expected to not have a refurbished room, as we had a dog, we were right!

Room and bathroom in great need of refurbishment, but it was still clean. Bed was comfortable.

Excellent staff, good food, central location, this is a lovely hotel. The welcome pack for our dog was appreciated as was the smooth transfer of rooms when our original proved too close to passing late night revellers.

You can access the beach, the pier and the town within ten minutes from here.

This little bolthole hotel in Bournemouth would certainly get a second visit from us. In a sea of tired B&Bs, Hotel Collingwood has done an excellent job in refreshing the hotel to a boutique standard. The main communal areas, swimming pool games room and mini ‘garden’ out the back are great, comfortable areas to relax.

We picked the hotel because it was dog friendly, and this is an understatement, they are great with dogs – even our husky, and you can enjoy all the dining options in their lounge area – with breakfast and dinner options for your canine too.

The staff are great, attentive and friendly (although a bit more flexibility would be fantastic on check in / check out).

The only let down are the bedrooms, which although perfectly fine, felt a bit tired, and for the price would have expected a couple of smaller improvements to modernise the furniture in keeping with the rest of the hotel – and also controlling the shower temperature requires a degree in thermodynamics.

This property is 4 minutes walk from the beach. In a quiet part of East Cliff, this clean, friendly hotel is just a short stroll from Bournemouth’s beaches and town centre. It has spacious rooms, a restaurant, a vibrant bar and free parking.

Hotel Celebrity is just 10 minutes’ walking distance from The Pavilion Theatre and BIC. The Avenue shopping centre is a 15-minute walk away.

This colourful, celebrity-themed budget hotel is a 9-minute walk from the nearest beach, a mile from Bournemouth railway station and a 12-minute walk from Oceanarium Bournemouth.

The good-value rooms each have Freeview TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Public areas and all bedrooms in the hotel have free Wi-Fi.

Room was amazing for the value money. Good location free parking. Stay at beatles room. Beds comfortable, bathroom very good, powerful shower. Dog friendly, including breakfast.

Dolly love it walking on the beach it was not far. Amazing stay and thank you to the lovely people working here, they were very nice and helpful.

The size of our room was amazing for the value also we even got to bring our dog as it was a pet friendly hotel the hotel was a lot better than expected and we definitely will be coming back!
