The rooms at the Alexander feature a classical décor and wooden furniture. Each one is heated and has a work desk. Every bathroom has a hairdryer and shower.
Location was good also, 5 minutes from the Old town square and about 15 minutes walk from the Main train station.
The rooms huge, carpeted throughout, free wifi and air con. Reception have all manner of items to loan such as a full size iron with no deposit. Really clean and comfortable beds too.
Rooms simple and spotless, beds comfortable tea and coffee making facilities. Room are very clean and well maintained and have everything you need for your stay.
There is also shower gel and hand gel soap provided in the room. The bathroom is compact but with a good powerful shower spray
Breakfast is typical continental (Ham, cheese, eggs, bread, fruit etc.) and is very good and the staff were quick to replenish when needed. There have also scrambled egg and hot dog sausages which I did not try. The breakfast is a buffet style but was good with a range of hot and cold food. They catered for my gluten free need.

The building at the end of the road (T-junction) is the mall building but the entrance way to the mall is on the other side of the building about 10-15 minutes walk away.
Great Hotel for visiting Krakow, Poland. Food excellent and staff very polite. Rooms are very good and spacious. In nice quiet area of Krakow but not too far for visiting everything.
There is a large selection at Breakfast and food was good. Restaurant has a good selection of food and as with most places in Kraków food and drinks are very cheap.
The buffet breakfast in the morning is truly amazing – so many choices!

Very spacious traditional style accommodation and facilities provided excellent (it even has a washing machine).
Its convenient location, art-decor design, very friendly staff and all the rest – makes this place a top “value for money” place in Krakow. Many nice restaurants and cafe shops around. 10 minutes to the Old Town. The location is excellent. 10-15 minute walk to Old Town, a grocery store around the corner, and lots of cafes/restaurants in the area. Very close to the tram stop
The only drawback is that this place does not have daily housekeeping. The place offers wifi. Right under the building there is this small eatery called cupcake corner where you can catch your morning coffee, bagels & cupcakes.
The apartment and the hotel is in great condition and the apartment is perfectly cleaned. The apartment has a kitchen where there is free water in the fridge and opportunities to make coffee. The breakfast was taken in the neighbouring shop. The bedroom has clean and fresh bed linen, the bathroom fresh.
The apartment is very nice, roomy and clean. It has two comfortable single beds In a separate bedroom, and a comfortable sofa in the living room which would be good for kids to sleep on, but maybe not adults. The kitchen is well equipped and the in-suite washing machine was very useful.
Tip: You have to try the shop downstairs called Cupcake CornerCorner as everything from the Salted Carmel Latte to the Red Velvet Cupcakes are amazing.

The hotel is very well located right on the main square in heart of the old town. Quiet and intimate with the minimum of facilities, i.e. no pool, guest lounge or bar but excellent restaurant, inside and out at the front.
Rooms are spacious, well equipped, the decor and furniture wiss beautiful and of high quality.The comfort of the bed and the quality of the sheets and pillows are very good. It has a cool, calm oasis and a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the square.
The executive suite is one of the best room of the hotel with a huge sitting room, dining table and chairs, sofas and comfortable chairs, big bedroom and views of the square.
There is individual air con in the rooms so if it is too warm you may soon adjust it to suit your individual preference.
The bathroom is well equipped with a hairspray, large mirror, plug socket and a smaller illuminated mirror. There is a laundry/ironing service available but no iron in the room and a large tv (very limited English channels but again, we don’t go away to stay in a room and watch tv so no problem). There are complimentary robes and slippers available and toiletries, along with a fully stocked mini bar.
The breakfast is amazing, offering many dining options on the abundant buffet. Breakfast consists of a range of cereal cold meats cheese omelette s cooked to order dreams brulee chocolate mousse.

The hotel is located out with the main city centre area but this is not an issue. A taxi costs between 25-30zlotys (about £4.50) and takes about 15 mins dependent on traffic. There is a bus service available at the IKEA across the road into town or a short 10 minute walk takes you to the tram stop at the Balicka Wiadukt which offers a number of trams that take you into the heart of the town in about 10 minutes. You can also walk which takes between 30 mins to 45 minutes depending on your speed.
Good modern hotel with spacious rooms and ample breakfast with a mixture of hot and cold food. Rooms are exceptionally generous with comfortable beds and large bathrooms easily accessible for all. Rooms have a safe, iron, kettle and interactive television which notifies you of things to do in the local area, tracks your spending in the hotel as well allowing you to watch the standard television offering although there is a limited number of English channels. All the staff were friendly and assisted when we had issues.
Room very clean and bed very comfortable. Shower was great and shampoo/shower gel provided. Tea, coffee and water in room too.
Wi–Fi access was easy and the connection is very fast.
