Loads of wardrobe space. Bathroom has hairdryer. They have dressing gowns there for us to use and really comfy orange hoodies too which was nice when I is chilly during night.
The breakfast, the drinks and the lunch menu are exceptional (everything is fresh-made and delicious). Breakfast ran till 11, which is perfect if you like to party at night.

It’s very good gay friendly hotel. Very good service. With nice drag show every night. Everyone go to this hotel for sunset. Have amazing sunset view . Everybody is friendly with smile on they face. Just love this place.
The breakfast was well served and the staff always attentive. The parking service allowed us to park right at the doorstep. In the evening, there is music and show from 20 to 23 hours, offering a great atmosphere..
The pool is clean and the sun beds on three terraces offer privacy and shade.
This 100% gay place left us with many fond memories and the desire to return next year! Thank you team.
If you’re gay or straight it doesn’t matter but if you want to experience the best time while in Mykonos this is the place to stay.
We stayed here because we wanted to stay in a gay friendly hotel and had heard good things from friends and we definitely were not disappointed. The hotel was a bit pricier than other hotels, but we were determined to stay at The Elysium.
when we arrived, we had a nice welcome from the reception staff and rooms were very modern and spotlessly clean.
The pool area was really lovely, however the rehearsals for the evening shows were slightly annoying, but i guess they needed to practice at some point.
Breakfast was a lovely addition, but could have been slightly hotter.
Overall I had a really lovely stay, location was great and if I visited Mykonos again, I would definitely stay at this hotel again

2. Geranium Gay Residence – Gay Hotel Mykonos
Situated 500 m from the centre of Mykonos town, Geranium is a gay, men-only hotel offering a swimming pool with a large sun terrace. Its air-conditioned rooms have a private balcony.
The white-washed rooms of Geranium hotel are decorated with modern furnishings. They are fitted with a satellite LCD TV, a fridge and a safe. Some units also include a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room.
If you like your accommodation and service to be personal, this is definitely the place for you. Enjoy a relaxing breakfast by the pool, a laze around on one of the super comfy sun loungers, and a relaxing night in a wonderful bed.
The apartments have elegant marble, a fully supplied kitchenette, two downstairs bedrooms with en suite baths, a living area with sleeper sofa and more. HVAC works very well. The showers were quirky but depends on the room type you are in.
The rooms have air conditioning, a wardrobe (with safe), shelf unit (with fluffy dressing gowns), a table with 4 chairs, and kitchen area. The kitchen comes a fair sized fridge (stocked with 5 bottles of water), microwave-come-oven-come-3-ring-cooker-thingy, toasted sandwich maker, juicy and kettle. There are two sinks, cutlery, glasses etc.
The large pool was lovely in layout, with comfortable beds and a bar selling drinks and snacks.
Breakfast is good (value at 8 euro) for toast and jam, fruit juice, coffee and yoghurt with fruit or 12 euro for eggs and bacon.
The pool area in this hotel is great, nice chairs, clean water, cute staff and plenty of sun. In house dining options are very limited but there is plenty of things close by or you can order in.
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Geranium during our stay on Mykonos and it was perfect. It’s walking distance to Mykonos town, it has a huge and lovely pool, nice and helpful staff and cozy rooms. It’s a bit chill and quiet which is really nice since the rest of the island is hectic. We had a great stay.
This was our first visit to Mykonos and also The Geranium Residence.
For a gay couple this is a perfect place to stay, the pool is perfect to relax there is a bar and you can order breakfast at any time, the guy at the bar “Marco” he was exceptional and so helpful. You are left to relax and do what you want in lovely quiet gardens and very private which makes a perfect holiday.
The apartment is also very clean and the cleaner came and cleaned every day and changed the towels.
The only downside is that it is quite a walk down into the town which is ok going but a very steep hill coming back!!.
Mykonos is quite expensive but it is a lovely place and The Geranium we will look back at this as being the place we spent our Honeymoon with affection.
I thoroughly recommend this fantastic hotel. The staff are 1st class. Nothing is too much trouble. Generous, helpful and warm hearted.
The pool is AMAZING! No kids is a real plus in this class=”_3f5ztoLj”>gay hotel.
Yes (as mentioned by other reviewers) the toilet in the shower is weird but don’t let that put you off. The service far outweighs the crazy design.
We enjoyed ourselves so much we’ve booked again.
This is a very nice hotel in Mykonos, but like most hotels in Mykonos, there are little details missing polish – like very small bathroom. Shower was so small that the reflection of water off my body sprayed everywhere. It was on a busy road, but did not really notice the noise when on the hotel grounds, only when walking across the street to Starbucks or into town.
You should note, if you are walking to the gay bars it is a downhill walk and probably 20 minutes depending where you are going, and coming home at night is a pain in the butt after dinner and a few drinks, let alone a night on the town. It is more relaxed to stay here and it is a short walk to the Elysium. You do need a rental car to go to any of the beaches on the island as they are very spread out.
The pool is very nice, loungers are nice, although some in very slight disrepair, nice outside breakfast area, although menu very limited. Bed was very comfortable.
Room facilities: Sea view, Satellite Channels, Flat-screen TV, Safety Deposit Box, Air conditioning, Iron, Private entrance, Shower, Bath, Hairdryer, Bathrobe, Free toiletries, Toilet, Bathroom, Kitchenette, Dining area, Kitchenware, Stovetop.

3. Kouros Hotel & Suites 5* – Gay Friendly Hotel Mykonos

Located on the seafront of Mykonos town, the Kouros Hotel & Suites offers elegant accommodation and a quiet location with views over the old and new harbours. Free Wifi is available in all areas.
Each of the rooms at Kouros Hotel & Suites is large and luxuriously appointed while retaining the charm of the typical Cycladic architecture. All rooms have private terraces with Aegean Sea views.
The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown Mykonos. Although the hotel provides shuttles to downtown. It’s a 10-minute walk.

Free amenities include breakfast, parking and an airport shuttle. There’s also a stylish eatery and a bar, plus a sea-view pool and a gym.
The rooms are clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The beds are cushioned and very comfortable.
The suites have a spectacular view of the Sea and if you have money on your credit card you should book this kind of room!
The premises is meticulously presented and maintained, totally functional and spotlessly clean. The room linen is changed daily and the rooms are cleaned to the highest standard.
The breakfast is to die for; an incredible buffet with local product ,you can choose whatever you want and when you arrive at the table you have an à la carte menu (included )
The pool area is very cool and welcoming and captures the perfect sunset.
The hotel is well situated at about 10 minutes walk from the town center, and breathtaking views of the sunsets over the sea. The hotel is built into the mountain-side so has some steep steps up to the top, but there is also an elevator that can be used. The pool area has a great loungey vibe with a well-stocked bar!
The staff onsite were very helpful in planning our trip, suggesting a car rental service and various beaches to visit on the island. The onsite restaurant is fine for one night but with so many fabulous restaurants in Mykonos town you probably don’t want to have more than one meal there.
Mykonos is a wonderful place to visit for couples or families. For gay couples, you will find a very welcoming island that provides the opportunity to party until late, or ignore all of that and just enjoy a relaxing vacation.
Our room was spotless with a fantastic view. Every ounce of service we received was personal and top notch. Every recommendation we received from the concierge or front desk was accurate and personalized to our requests and interests. The pool area is very comfortable with great service, though with only a few rooms, there is no social pool ‘scene’ here even in high season. For Mykonos, the clientele and vibe we experienced at Kouros was very low key: mostly quiet young honeymooners, a few retirees, and a few families with children.
If you are looking for an upbeat, party experience, or a heavy gay or singles clientele, this place would seem very quiet. Breakfast choices are ample, though only available till 10 or 11, so if you are a late sleeper it’s easily missed.
The hotel caters primarily to couples and a gay clientele.
We were three gay couples touring Greece for two weeks and we spent four nights at the Kouros in early May. Because the hotel is a short walk to town, it felt quieter than some others we saw. The hill-side rooms reminded me of an Incan pyramid, but this meant that most rooms had wonderful ocean views. Every evening at sunset we would gather on the veranda outside our rooms and enjoy local wine, cheese and crackers. We would relax and reflect on the day until the spectacular sunset was a mere memory. We would then walk (or cab) to the great restaurant that the very helpful staff had recommended for that evening.
Since it was early in the season, there were no crowds and the staff was very enthusiastic– we definitely got great service. Since it was still a bit cold, I regret that we did not get to enjoy the pool much. It really looked great with deckchairs and beach towels, always clean and maintained. The pool-side bar was also a plus. None of us would not hesitate to come back.
Room facilities: Balcony, Patio, Sea view, TV, Telephone, Radio, DVD Player, CD Player, Satellite Channels, Flat-screen TV, Safety Deposit Box, Air conditioning, Iron, Desk, Ironing Facilities, Seating Area, Tile/Marble floor, Hairdryer, Bathrobe, Free toiletries, Toilet, Bathroom, Slippers, Minibar, Refrigerator, Wake-up service, Alarm clock.

Villas with up to 5 bedrooms are also available, and some have private pools and/or kitchens. Private chefs can be requested.
Breakfast is free, and there are several chic dining options and bars, most with terraces and sea views. Other amenities include an outdoor infinity pool, a tennis court
The location is perfect, only ten minutes ( by shuttle) to Mykonos town, the view and the sunset on Delos Island is magic, the beach ( very few hotels in the island have private beach…), the excellent food the rooms with sea view and most of all.
Rooms are outfitted in white decor and are spacious with breathtaking views. It’s an ideal scenic island retreat, though somewhat isolated.
The rooms were impeccably clean and extremely comfortable with insane views and a private Jacuzzi.
Bathroom have a bath and separate jacuzzi shower with usual complimentary toiletries, including toothbrushes, shaver etc. Restaurants all have excellent views and choice and quality of food is very good.
The view from the infinity pool is spectacular – especially first thing when no-one else was there. The beach is really lovely as well and quite sheltered. It makes a nice change for us to be able to swim without keeping an eye on sharks, jellyfish or any other sea creatures.
The hotel is simply awesome. It has a lot of dining options, a magnificent salted pool, it is very clean and the staff is polite and efficient. A well organized navette takes you to Mykonos town and back in the late afternoon and evening. Breakfast is outstanding.
I am a repeater in Mykonos and I chose this hotel as I consider it to be the best on the island.
From pick up at the port to champagne at check in, the start of our stay was just the beginning of an outstanding time. The staff were so attentive and very helpful with regards to any request. The views from the lovely and comfortable room, beach and infinity pool are superb. The breakfast buffet is the best with a machine that does fresh squeezed orange juice and an omelette station plus amazing choices for food.
We also had an excellent dinner at the hotel with the moussaka being the best we ever experienced. We can’t say enough good about the staff who helped with any questions and any requests. The hotel is close to town but away from busy, busy Mykonos Town. A five star rating for a five star hotel!
The resort is actually very big and has a lot to offer: nice bar with amazing sunsets, restaurant, pools, tennis court, table tennis and billiards! We have chosen this hotel for its private beach and didn’t regret it! It’s so great having your beautiful private beach in the hotel if you are not planning to spend a fortune every day in beach clubs. Good snorkeling around the rocks.
Hotel is close to Mykonos village and beaches. We had a car so moving around wasn’t a problem.
Room was very spacious with a pretty view on the chapel and partial sea view (nice bonus). Breakfast buffet had a lot of choice and everything was delicious. Staff is very kind!
Some recommendation to hotel (didn’t have any negative impact on our general impression of the hotel) : I would say that bathtub requires some refreshment and would be great to have the public jacuzzi heated
Room facilities: Balcony, Sea view, Telephone, Radio, DVD Player, CD Player, Satellite Channels, Cable Channels, Safety Deposit Box, Air conditioning, Desk, Seating Area, Fan, Heating, Hairdryer, Bathrobe, Spa Bath, Free toiletries, Toilet, Bathroom, Slippers, Bath or Shower, Minibar.

Location is amazing as it is steps away from the pedestrianised streets of Mykonos town, and is a 5min walk to South bus station (gets you to beaches, other parts of the island, etc.)
The rooms are large and very clean. As with the bathroom. A/C worked very and so did the WIFI. You could have a large balcony that looked out at the ocean which is an added bonus.
The bathroom has nice features like a shower with body sprays, scalp massager, hand wand, and steam. There was also a separate jacuzzi tub.
Breakfast is self service and truly amazing with a huge amount of choices from cooked breakfast foods to fresh feta, fruit, cold meats, fresh Greek yogurt with different toppings or fresh breads pastries & cakes!
The pool is amazing and big enough with plenty of sun beds for guests so it is not overcrowded. You can relax by the pool all day and you’ll be well looked after by Tasso behind the bar.
Great location and breakfast;) very good hospitality and housekeeping:) it is also suitable for gay couples. We enjoy the hotel and the Island.
Also very gay friendly- a nice mix of gay and straight guests, without the horror of all gay resorts like Elysium.
This hotel is our favorite from our island trip. The bed is the best we have had in over 6 weeks touring around Europe, including a number of 4* hotels who always double up the beds to make a king size bed, this is a real bed – we booked the Deluxe room and had a nice view of the windmills and the sea. The staff goes out of their way to make everyone comfortable, breakfast is included and has a lot of choices from cereals, pastries to eggs, etc.
Thaxos the bartender is quite a character and goes out of his way to make everyone feel comfortable and it’s a diverse crowd from many countries, straight and gay, and he seamlessly flows between everyone and keeps the drinks and food flowing with a great sense of humor and knowledge of the island.
From the pick up at the airport to reception, to bar and wait staff, to the cleaners, everyone was so friendly and warm and eager to help. Pretty much all the staff we interacted with spoke excellent English and made us feel so welcome. The hotel itself is reasonably newly decorated, modern, clean and comfortable. Lovely reception area, nice outdoor bar, lovely pool area, indoor bar with games room. Excellent breakfast offering with lots of variety.
We booked a deluxe sea view room and got room 109. The room was a good size, with a massive bed which was really comfie. Great shower. Plenty of hanging, drawer and shelf space for clothes, etc. Well stocked mini bar. Really good room service menu which is also the bar menu. Lovely view.
The hotel is 10 mins from the airport. It’s a five minute walk to the windmills either on the street or via a coastal path. It’s about 10 mins to the centre of the old town. There’s a supermarket 5 mins away. Really excellent location.
Really can’t fault anything about this place and it felt like good value for money
