This gay hotel in Phuket is 10 minutes walk from the beach. This property offers non-smoking rooms, room service, a bar and a terrace. Situated in Patong Beach, 400 m from Bangla Road, Aquarius Gay Guesthouse & Sauna offers rooms with air conditioning. This is still the best gay guest house in Patong. It has a great location as itis in the Paradise complex where all the nightlife was located.
The biggest draw for me is the bars are on the next street, so if you are out every night like I do nothing is better than a quick 30 second walk back to your room. Trust me boys, stay here in Paradise Complex you will have a ball.
The room is clean, has TV, DVD player, a bed, air conditioning that worked well as I requested, a well stocked mini bar and all the basics amenities.
Breakfast food menu is nice ( scramble or fried eggs, ham, sausages, tea or coffee, orange juice, yogurts and fruits).
The Sauna / Steam room and Jacuzzi located in the hotel is a great way to met locals as well as fellow travellers and is also hygienically clean.
Sauna area is pretty small, but they have everything you need included steam, sauna room and jacuzzi with shower area and locker room. Rooftop is clothing optional area where you can have sunbath.

La Flora is a nice little boutique hotel right in the middle of it all in Patong. Room was very nice and the pool was very clean and convenient, although a bit small. The breakfast buffet was very good as well. The beach is literally steps away as is plenty of shopping, restaurants, and night life.
La Flora’s unique selling point is its location. Walk out the front door you are 60 seconds away from Bangla Road, walk out the back door you are straight onto Patong beach, walk out of your room and providing you choose appropriately it’s straight into one of two 40 metre pools and an Oasis of calm normality.
Small and charming but luxury enough without overwhelming the guests. Spacious rooms , excellent bed and mattress, excellent feather pillows , excellent new towels and fantastic amenities . Large screen tv , large balconies overlooking the beach , excellent beach beds and umbrellas, soft beach towels, and service .
The breakfast is amazing with wide selection that you will not find even in other best 5 star hotels.
The day starts with an extensive breakfast buffet supplemented by an egg station and the kitchen if you have any special requests. Coffee as you like it, a range of juices and varied pastries.
The hotel Spa offers a more professional and up market alternative to the somewhat less intimate alternatives which surround you and there’s no risk of a “happy ending”. If that’s what you’re after then take your pick out on the streets of Patong.

3. The Royal Paradise Hotel & Spa – Gay Friendly Hotel Phuket
The 4* gay friendly hotel is 10 minutes walk from the beach. Occupying a prime location along Patong Beach, Royal Paradise Hotel & Spa is a 5-minute walk from Jungceylon Department Store. It features an outdoor pool, 4 dining options and free parking. Guest have an access to WiFi.
Decorated in calming neutral shades, elegant rooms at Royal Paradise feature classic wood furnishings and comfortable seating areas. Some rooms boast a private balcony views of the pool or garden.
There is a small day/night bazaar right across the street, and the hotel is only a short walk from the Bangla Road walking street and Patong Beach. Walking distance to good Thai restaurants – No. 6 restaurant (well recommended by the hotel), Orange Restaurant and Seahag Restaurant (closer to the beach) were all excellent.
Rooms have everything, working wifi, fridge, safe, nice bathroom, with comfy beds.
Definitely get a room in the Paradise wing. The building is much taller and offers a view of the city. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent. It is open from 6am to 10am. The bed is firm but you can sleep.
Great drinks prices especially when you have bogus on drinks in happy hours in the three bars starting from 5 at the pool bar and ending at 9 in the lobby lounge.
Breakfast: A wide variety of international foods to choose from. Plenty of space to sit although between 9-10am is busy so try to avoid the breakfast rush hour.

This property is 12 minutes walk from the beach. Facing the Andaman Sea, The Pavilions, Phuket offers luxurious villas with private infinity pools. The spaciousness of the villa allows for a separate living area.
The resort presents well and is ideally located on an elevated position overlooking the Laguna area and Layan Beach.

If you want total relaxation in utmost luxury, total privacy and comfort don’t look further. The Pavilions is everything you need to be as close to paradise.
The ocean view villa has a very different design, larger pool and wonderful commanding west aspect for the ultimate sunsets. Very beautiful. Total privacy.
The room has a spa area, complete with steam room, the main part had a huge sofa, king sized bed, large bath, shower, safe, AC, water provided, mini bar prices are very reasonable, umbrellas, bath robes, plenty of towels.
There is an excellent shuttle service, which both drops you off and will collect you.
Breakfast is A La Carte and very tasty, the firefly restaurant is very good, well priced. The 360 bar is stunning, with great cocktails.
The breakfast at Firefly is really good too (check out the homemade granola) or a full Thai or other western breakfast choices are delicious.
WiFi is good throughout, the staff are all very helpful, and spoke good English.

5. Andaman Seaview Hotel – Gay Friendly Hotel Phuket
The 4* hotel is 2 minutes walk from the beach. Situated across the road from Karon Beach, this Phuket property faces the Andaman Sea. Boasting 2 dining options and 2 outdoor pools, it features spacious rooms with a private balcony and Wi-Fi access.
Offering 24-hour room service, Maneekram Restaurant serves the daily breakfast, offering a set menu at lunch and dinner. The Pool Snackbar serves drinks, along with light meals like sandwiches, salads and desserts.
The beach is opposite and restaurants are close by – Katu is literally a 5 minute walk away and there is a taxi and tuk tuk stand just outside the hotel on the main road so everywhere is accessible.
The room is cleaned everyday no matter what time we went out and the standard of the room and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. There were nice touches in the room – robes, beach towels, a bag to take to the beach and umbrellas which luckily we didn’t need.
Deluxe rooms are massive and recently renovated (more like apartments) and would suggest these if budget allows.
Breakfast catered for all nationalities and was plentiful. The breakfast is a buffet as you can select for hot dishes and cold dishes which is available on the buffet line. If it is not hot well, you can ask our staff to warm it for you.
Breakfast in the hotel is a buffet and, from the western background, a very comprehensive buffet. This is not a champagne and caviar breakfast but ranging from 3-4 varieties of juice, some cereal, plenty of chopped fruits, always 2 varieties of yoghurt, cold sliced meats, a cheese, olives, gherkins plus a least 8 hot foods, ranging through massaman tofu, sausages, bacon, fried rice, baked beans, cooked tomato etc.on top of that toast, croissants and sweet cakes, with coffee and tea.
