The hotel is located on MG Road and offers ideal accessibility to the city’s business and leisure areas. The state-of-the-art amenities provided by the hotel further adds to the comfort of the entire experience.
The Park Bangalore also has a compelling range of restaurant and bar facilities. Monsoon, the 24-hour restaurant, serves exquisite International and Indian fare. Italia is considered as one of the best Italian restaurants in the country and has bagged several awards to its name. The i-Bar offers an envious range of imported liquor brands while the Aqua, a unique alfresco, poolside lounge offers the perfect ambiance to settle down after a grueling day’s work. All in all the Park Bangalore offers a holistic experience for a luxurious sojourn
Best part of the hotel is its location. Given the traffic issues of the Bangalore city, the location of stay becomes even more important. This is located in the heart of the city. Most places of interest are therefore relatively close. The other advantage of the Central location is that transport facilities including getting an Uber etc is easier to find/confirm. Net net, the park hotel location is very efficient. Size of room, it’s facilities and hotel services are renovated and more than comfortable.
The first thing that you would love is the location. It’s in the heart of the city. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The food is good. The experience for in-house guests at the lounges are simply amazing.
Room: I was upgraded to a suite, and it was quite a room. It had a living room with a large TV (with HD channels as well) and what they call an Oxy bar (small plants kept in the room). Nicely done. The bedroom had a four-poster bed and comfortable bed. The washroom was large and had a bathtub too. The best part was the room came with a huge terrace which was a lovely place.
Location: Located in the heart of the city at MG road, its got everything going for it.
Food: Did not have dinner (chose to step out for some local delicacies) but had breakfast. The spread was decent but I think I have had larger, better spreads in many other hotels in similar bracket. Still, nothing specific to complain. The food was good quality
Overall: The hotel has a weak lobby and does not floor you with the common areas. Once in the room, I did like the place pretty much. A good place to stay I would say.
he Park is conveniently located in the heart of Bangalore thus making it easy for the guests to step outside and reach the prime places in the city by walk.
The hotel caters for all the facilities expected out of a five star and the staff are adequately trained to handle the workload considering the hotel is always fully booked.
Nicely located in the center opposite a small mall and about 45 min from airport.
I would describe it as an aged in grace boutique hotel with friendly and helpful staff and an designed Ambiente.
Rooms are small but again nicely furnished. Make sure you take a room second floor and up to have a balcony) and are not that affected by the music from the small and popular bar downstairs. The bar closes at 1am, but the little noise until is manageable
The hotel itself is centrally located and is only 10 mins walk away from Trinity Metro station and right opposite MG mall. The rooms were clean and well equipped but I am not so sure how they can be classed as ‘boutique‘ rather than normal hotel standard. Breakfast was an excellent spread of European and local dishes. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. The overall standard of the hotel decor is high although there are a few corners that let the overall impression down. I hope that the hotel will continue to improve its already high standard.

The tea / coffee could do with some improvement as just too sweet and ready made but they provide tea bags in the room so that’s ok.
Overall an excellent place to stay in if three for business trips or if you need a good comfortable room to come back to with great hospitality.

Beautiful property at the heart of Bengaluru. Perfect place to get away from the hustle of the city and pamper yourself with some luxury. Food is delicious and service is top quality. Highly recommended.
First of all, the hotel is an oasis of green in the heart of the city, which is difficult to find in Bangalore (except Taj Westend). Some of the trees are more than 100 years old and no wonder they look at you in the eye, even when you are on the 5th floor! The greenery is further complemented by small water bodies. Even the pool is surrounded by lush green and tall trees which makes it a very soothing experience.
This old world gem of an hotel in the heart of the Bengaluru CBD is a haven for the business traveller and feels as if it is miles away from the busy city. The beautiful restful gardens and the exceptional service make this a place worth staying at in the city.
The food and the service is beyond excellent – a feature that is embedded in the Oberoi sense of hospitality. The chefs have truly outdone themselves in creating dishes that are worthy of an experience all by itself. The service staff with their chic new uniforms very well know how to spoil you to bits with their attention to detail and heartwarming gestures that ensure you leave with a lasting memory of “The Lapis Experience”.
The restaurant has both an indoor and outdoor seating, with the brand new outdoor wooden deck space across the stream amidst tranquil views of the lawns, meant to laze in the Bangalore weather through the day, and groove to the energetic garden music by night.
It felt like staying in a luxurious botanical garden in busy Bangalore. The wonderful buffet breakfast served by the garden with early morning sunlight was especially tasty and just right.
Room, though on the smaller side had a beautiful balcony opening into wide swathes of greenery and the sound of the gurgling water bodies and the mellow chirps of the birds.. spotlessly clean and superb hospitality, rounded off our brief stay.
The property itself is stunning. Surrounded by lush greenery, plants and beautiful flowers, taking a small stroll around the garden area every morning is ideal here. You wouldn’t imagine this place is actually bang in the centre of M.G road, one of Bangalore’s busiest streets. Because of this, location is perfect if you are a tourist as the hotel can provide you transport or you can simply call a taxi/hail a rickshaw to visit nearby attractions.
Apart from breakfast we didn’t have any meals in hotel restaurants but breakfast itself was wonderful. Although their buffet breakfast is in one of the event venues/ballrooms, it was never an issue as everything you could want and more was available. My favourite part about breakfast was their extensive menu alongside the buffet spread whereby you are offered a selection of both Western and Indian options, some including pancakes, eggs of all kinds, dosas, idles etc….
Room stay was very comfortable and again modern touches such as a smart tab to control room settings and a TV screen above the bathtub were enjoyable. The only two minor issues I noticed was air-conditioning and room size. We stayed in the deluxe room as it was just two of us however room and bathroom size for even a deluxe room was slightly tight.
If we were to request for an extra bed in there, it certainly wouldn’t be a comfortable fit. Lastly, we adjusted the air-conditioning a couple of times before sleeping while keeping the temperature still quite cold. Because of our small adjustment we felt like the temperature would fluctuate and ended up becoming quite warm at night even when we lowered the temperature again to cool the room further. These issues were minor and although were slightly concerning at times, barely hindered the luxury of our stay.
For hands down the best kind of service and hospitality, I recommend that you definitely stay at The Oberoi. Even a visit as short as one night will allow you to experience the infinite comfort that should be brought to you by every five star hotel, the way Oberoi does.
