This hotel has very good location from walking distance from everything in the city center, really a lucky decision to stay here. The bed was very much comfortable!
Simple and nice, clean hotel with polite and helpful stuff.Excellent location , two blocks from the Helsinki Central train station, lots of shipping nearby , bus and tram stops across the street., lots of restaurants nearby.
Excellent breakfast buffet, comes with the reservation, Excellent friendly staff service, with a few Euro deposit you can rent out Euro power plug which is excellent, room is also excellent sizable clean, has a good view of the street, the bathroom is small really small closet sized but is clean with excellent strong water pressure, and the tap water is clean, super clean , probably the cleanest tastiest tap water i’ve tasted better than bottled water, also one of the most enjoyable showers I had with this kind of water.
While the bathroom was small never had a problem using it. Bed was also comfortable to sleep in with good blankets for the cold. Clean hotel rooms and bathroom.

. It is almost on the beach of the Black Sea with excellent views of the sun setting. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was substantial with plenty of choice, mainly cold. In the hot buffet the eggs were barely warm.
Hotel is generally well located,neat and clean. Great breakfast but some ladies worker should learn how to handle with a customer and men are well behave, some restaurants are quite near to the hotel, easy to walk everywhere, Center of town is a bit away but still walk able, good thing is lot of taxis are around, All the rooms have nice balcony view sea/pool, Room was perfect as well bathroom too.

e. The rooms are sumptuous, with magnificent views of Batumi’s steamy mountains and frequent rainbows, and I never wanted to emerge from the marble-clad bathtub. The bed might have been the most comfortable of a lifetime’s travel experience, and I would advise not to limit your stay to one night as the spa treatment, pools, gym and other extras must be savoured at leisure. I must also add that the place is gay friendly, and while hetero myself, I really appreciate all efforts at diversity and inclusiveness.
While the gym and pools are included in the deal. spa services are a bit pricey, but some things are really worth the money, and the 2-hour package of full body massage and facial by a beautiful woman from Nepal named Isu knit my travel-weary body back into shape for the long road ahead to Tbilisi. Tip her well- she’s not paid much and she’s worth it.

Excellent location, just few steps from Batumi’s famous boulevard and beach, 10 minutes to drive from the train station. Spacious and comfortable rooms, delicious food in and around the hotel. One of the best choices for a short visit in Batumi.

Room Service is excellent, plus the restaurants at the hotel. Visit the Clouds Restaurant at the 19th floor. All night fun and Delicious international menu. And don’t forget the spa at the 3rd floor. (check and you will thank me later)
Hotel Management is taking care of every single detail and checking every minor issue which make me as a visitor relaxed and unworried about anything.
One of the things that i liked the most is the hookah lounge at the Pizza Restaurant Terrace.
If you’re looking for a centrally situated hotel, then Radisson Blu is the way to go. Almost all popular tourist attractions were within walking distance (Ferris Wheel, Boat Rides, Alphabet Tower Boulevard etc.). The hotel is also conveniently located at walking distance from Magticom if you’re looking to pick up a tourist SIM during your stay. In the lobby you can find even find a money exchange.
The service was excellent and the hotel was able to offer us pure vegetarian meals upon request.
As for the rooms, I have yet to find a standard room with such an amazing view. Two sides of the room were windows which meant we had a lovely view of both the city and the sea. The bathroom was very large and very comfortable.
Probably the best and most comfortable hotel in Batumi. Good modern facilities, cleanliness, staff responsiveness and great service. Wonderful front office staff. Nice breakfast and beautiful restaurant on the top of the building with life music in the evening.

This is really a nice hotel with an excellent location, close to almost all interesting places in the city. The lobby is small , The swimming pool is small too. The room is big & clean. The staff are friendly.
The hotel is in very good shape. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. We had a nice view East, toward the Adjaria mountains. enjoyed very much the indoor swimming pool, the hammam and the hot sauna. There is a spa, too.
The reception was polite and courteous, but informations about the town life you can get only at the Tourism Office.
The buffet breakfast was tasty, fresh and fully assorted.
A five star hotel, in the heart of the city, newly refurbished, offers pleasant stay to its guests. Large rooms, good wifi, open buffet breakfast with large selection, a remarkable spa area with a beautiful indoor swimming pool make your stay very enjoyable. The staff is very friendly.
This hotel is in the best location in Batumi, within few street we were in the most famous sites of the town, Europe Square is under our window (we are on the 9th floor), walking 10-15 minutes is St Marco Square which didn’t have live music because of the rain but still was small and impressive. 3 minutes walk from there is the port on the Black Sea (it is not really black) and on the other side of the see you can see the lower Caucasus Mountains. At the port some men fished sardines very quaint.
At night as it is not yet the season not all the lights come on, but it is still beautiful.
The hotel is definitely five stars for its services except for breakfast and dinner buffets; if I can rank it according to food only it wont get more than three stars; this is because although food tasted great but it was of a limited variety. In addition, I expected to have some traditional Georgian cuisine at a Georgian hotel, most of the food was Turkish cuisine.
I was disappointed to find out that the hotel do not serve these dishes although Georgia is will known for its delicious food.
The hotel is located at a great central location, just in front of the Europe square, a beautiful area with lots of attractions, and at walking distance from the miracle square and Boulevard and many other attractions.
I strongly recommend this hotel, if i come back I would book this hotel, but without dinner.
