Very nice location, friendly and professional staff, nice guests international crowd.
If you’re looking for a nice place where to spend long weekend this is the place you’re looking for!! Rooms are nice, we just took the standard but, though having the washroom a bit small , nothing was missing in there.

If you can afford taking the oval room it is an experience (I didn’t stay but saw it).

Gay friendly atmosphere in a very mixed multi language place. The staff currently speaks french, italian and english. Remarkable the open bar everyday from 6,00 to 9,00 PM, you can really sit there for hours having free drinks with your friends before going for dinner, this is great.

lovely hotel, Well located in the centre of Cannes. Close to the station which meant easy travel to other areas eg Nice and Monaco. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Quality rooms with good breakfast. Highly recommended.

The rooms were beautifully decorated, beds so comfortable, with a small but beautiful old balcony. Good breakfast to start the day. Also the hotel had a Happy hour each evening, with a selection of wines and beers, and included some nibbles- cheese, olives, and cured meats. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the train station, beaches, old town, marina, casino, everything. Highly recommended.

Absolute breath of fresh air to stay in such a quaint and friendly hotel who really do adhere to traditional standards. All staff are very attentive and go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is special. Fabulous inclusive breakfast with welcoming staff attending to tea and coffee. Fresh warm croissants, juice, ham and cheese, pancakes etc. Breakfast can also be ordered via room service at no extra cost.
The wine tasting was another lovely element to our stay, some excellent wines and a varied selection each night of white, rose, red or Prosecco.

The waiter hosting this is again very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly and serves olives, cheese and cured meats to each guest as an accompaniment.

Rooms are cleaned daily, toiletries provided and the beds are super comfortable. Perfect location, 5 minutes from train station and easy walking distance to old town, beach etc.

All in all a fabulous hotel and brilliant value for money- book it you won’t be disappointed.

In a garden ,charming hotel with Pool and Spa , 10 minutes walk from the city center. 32 rooms and suites, most with terrace or balcony and small kitchen. Comfortable Spa with Sauna, Hammam, fitness center and 3 massage rooms. Nice meeting Room. Jacuzzi and Balneotherapy pool with amazing view on the Sea and Esterel mountains. Heated swimming Pool from April to October.

The room was a great size and very tastefully decorated. The bathroom was lovely and was cleaned really well every day and our towels replenished. Watch out for mosquitoes on the balcony of the rooms on the first floor!

The pool area was nice and quiet and although it can get very busy with people reserving sunbeds, the business tends to die down after lunch time. The spa on the rooftop is a lovely treat and has the most amazing views over cannes.

The hotel is a 10 minute walk into the centre of Cannes through a quiet area. Be sure to visit Cannes old town for quaint streets and restaurants! Parking at the property is 15 euro per day but there were plenty of free parking spaces along the road leading to the hotel. We had a lovely time.

La Bastide de L’Oliveraie, such a beautiful hotel with amazing views. We stayed in a Privilege room with a view of the pool and the hill of La Californie . Our room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful, and the lady who owns the place will go out of her way to accommodate your stay. The hotel is in a quiet residential area, just a short walk from the city center, we will definitely stay there again.

Really loved this hotel in summary for the following reasons;

– great setting in a quiet secluded area yet only a 10 minute walk from La Croisette.

– very nice, new and spacious room overlooking the pool and garden.

– really good buffet breakfast, including ,in particular, a great selection of fresh fruit for €15.

– very relaxed atmosphere as demonstrated by no pressure to have your room serviced early in the day and a check-out time of 12 noon.

– very good facilities including a gym with equipment, steam bath ,outdoor jacuzzi and heated infinity pool.

– very friendly and helpful staff.

A perfect place to stay in Cannes away from the hustle and bustle of La croisette but within touching distance. The real gem of this hotel are the spa facilities. Left feeling rejuvenated after a relaxing dip in the panoramic jacuzzi, as well as sauna and steam facilities.

Most comfortable bed experienced in the riviera so far but sad to have a cold shower in the morning. I’m sure this was a one off as the attentive front of house Anouk was more than accommodating and exemplified high standards for this hotel.

Worth the mid-price range for the comfortable room and facilities alone. 15 min walk to the seafront and 5 min uber to the best restaurants.

The rooms were spacious, clean and lead onto gorgeous terrace areas with stunning views. There is no mini bar but had a fridge to stock your own goodies and the breakfast was as lovely as expected in France. There were hot and cold options and it was kept fully replenished. The staff were brilliant and helpful and the location was within walking distance of the centre of Cannes.

We always looked forward to going back to the hotel to make use of the wonderful facilities. The pool and Jacuzzi were a highlight, but there is a lot more to this hotel too. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much for your welcome and our stay. It made our holiday so much more special.

Our room (17) was in the older part of the building and is one of the few rooms that has no terrace. But its size is good enough and there is always the possibility to use the central terrace of the hotel, which is available for breakfast. The room has a small kitchenette, coffee machine and fridge, so guests are able to make their on meals.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The hotel has all the facilities to assure a pleasant and comfortable stay in Cannes (swimming pool, parking garage – €15 per day, terrace, even a small jacuzzi on the roof with great views over the city, a fitness room, sauna and spa facilities). The Bastide is located on a hill just outside the city center, which is a 10 minute walk. In just 15 minutes you can reach the famous boulevard La Croisette. We can only highly recommend La Bastide d’Oliveraie, it is offering excellent value for money.

The air-conditioned rooms have a modern-style décor and come with a flat-screen TV and satellite channels. The private bathrooms have a shower, free toiletries and a hair dryer.

A buffet breakfast is served every morning. Soft drinks are also included throughout the day free of charge in the lounge, and in the evening guests are offered an appetiser buffet with antipasti, fresh vegetables, dips and seasonal products.

The Club, a true place of life, includes a business corner equipped with I-Mac and a printer, lounge lounges to work with serenity, a library and press available to relax. In this same space, our guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast made up of organic and artisan products and can find fresh drinks, hot drinks and snacks at any time. Each evening our team prepares for our customers an aperitif, and composed of local products and offers them a welcome drink. Served from 6:30pm to 9:30pm, the aperitif is a true moment of conviviality, which gives full meaning to the OKKO HOTELS concept.

This hotel is in a perfect location as it is right by the train station and airport shuttle stop, super convenient when taking trips on the train to Nice and Monaco. It’s a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Hotel is nice and quiet and comes with free snacks and aperitifs – massive bonus! It is super clean and bed is comfortable. There is also a small gym and sauna. Breakfast is decent, nice fresh croissants. Also has an outdoor terrace area which we made the most of. Highly recommended and will definitely return to this hotel when I next visit Cannes.

It was great to have movies included in the room rate, we enjoyed chilling with a film on a couple of nights before going to bed.

The breakfast was nice, a little basic with a minimal selection, but it was of a good quality. The Aperitif in the evening was a nice touch. The selection of food and wine was really lovely.

Excellent well located hotel. The rooms are small but are modern and well designed. The hotel is right next to the train station and close to restaurants and promenade. The concept of a free drink and finger food and free soft drinks/tea and coffee in the lounge is excellent- it is similar to the club experience in a lot of high end hotels.

OKKO hotel is located next to train station, 3 minutes from la Croisette and beach. A lot of nice pubs and restaurants in hotel surrounding. Very friendly and helpful staff! Concept of having club as social area where you can chill and have free coffee and drinks during the day is fantastic. We never used Nespresso machine in our room, since coffee in Club is great. Breakfast is nice, as well as finger food in the evening. Plus you get welcome drink every evening in which you can enjoy on beautiful terrace.
Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable.

It was fantastic stay in this hotel and we are looking to stay here again on our next visit to Cannes.

Location is one of the best for its price. It is literally a stone‘s throw away from the railway station which makes discovering the area by train extremely easy.

Our room was on the fifth floor with a view over the neighbouring rooftops. It was very comfortable with a large bed, wardrobe area, small desk area and an ensuite bathroom. One complaint that we did have was the design of the ensuite bathroom. It really was a triumph of design over functionality. The door did not really shut and could not be locked. Also, the shower was set at the same level as the floor and water would pour out from the running shower all over the bathroom floor causing a slip hazard which meant that we had to use all of our towels every day to mop up the excess water. Not very good for the environment as we had to have the towels changed every day.

I used the small gym every day of our stay and was the only person in there. In theory, it opens at 7 am with your key card. However, the staff were very accommodating and would let me in slightly earlier than that. Do note, however, that re-stocking of the water in the gym was sporadic at best so remember to bring your own water. Also, the air-conditioning does not really work in the gym so you will need to open up the windows which I did and that was fine.
There is also a sauna in the fitness area, but we did not use that.

Breakfast was quite limited in choice but all freshly prepared and laid out for you to serve yourselves.

The hotel also operates a club on the sixth floor where you can go throughout the day and enjoy free of charge non-alcoholic drinks, e.g. cans of diet Coke et cetera. Also, there are a couple of coffee and water machines which are free to use throughout the day. They also provide a limited selection of snacks throughout the day.

In the evening at 6:30 pm, they lay on some nibbles and cold meats and soup et cetera. This was very well attended by most of the guests and you could also have one free alcoholic drink per person during that time. Quite a novel concept in France to have this kind of all-inclusive offering.

I would return to this hotel again and would consider staying in one of the other hotels in the same chain in other locations in France.
