A lovely, rather new and very modern boutique hotel close to a little sandy beach. Wonderful staff who helped all the time, excellent breakfast buffet and great Greek dishes in the BLISS Café and Restaurant just next to the beach.

The hotel has a little gym and a fantastic spa where I enjoyed two massages. Rooms are nice and clean, with a huge terrace, TV, and WiFi free of charge (it worked very well during my stay). All in all – highly recommendable.

Starting off with a taxi from Heraklion, it took us 20 minutes to get to the hotel which is great for a transfer. Location is in quiet Analipsi, although we always found something to do. It is right by the beach with its own umbrellas that you can use for free, that part of the beach is very rocky but less than a minutes walk and you are on a sandy beach. There is also a really lovely little church outside of the hotel that is a must see.

The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable, the room we stayed in was very large, with great service from those on the front desk, in the restaurant and in the bar by the pool. The food was fantastic and plenty to choose from, they also change the selection each day which was great. The all inclusive drinks were great, again lots of choice. Very much a couples hotel, by the pool it was very relaxed. We didn’t use the gym but the massage facilities were very nice (although slightly pushy to try to make you choose more options). Overall a fantastic stay and I will definitely return.

Hotel is very well located adjacent to the beach. On the beach is a private area for hotel guests, there is also waiter service. The hotel is modern, very clean with good facilities, the pool has lovely cabanas and plenty of comfy sun loungers, never w problem to get a bed.

What truly made this trip so memorable was the 5 star service from Elyio and his team, Rasti, Amanda, Nicolas and many more. We enjoyed their hospitality and professionalism. I have a gluten intolerance, the staff were very accommodating and always remembered my requirements. The food was plentiful, 4 different choices for every meal and each meal 5 courses all severed beautifully.

The hotel’s close proximity to the city makes it even more ideal, as Chania is amongst Mediterranean’s ‘must see’ cultural destinations. The old town offers a blend of Ottoman, Venetian and Greek architectures creating a stunning setting.

Beautiful beach side hotel near Chania Crete. Spotlessly clean and stunning design in all areas.
Even entry level rooms have plunge pools and Jacuzzis. Top end suites available.

Very large choice of breakfast dishes, plentiful coffee and fresh juices. The snack and dinner menus are delicious but remained unchanged during our stay. The best option for dinner is to pay as you go rather than to use vouchers.

Direct access onto beach with ample sunbeds and sun shades, waiter call button on tables. Two stunning pools one with a sushi bar and music the other a quiet zone pool. Both pools with waiter call buttons adequate loungers showers and parasols.

All the staff were very polite and helpful during our stay.

Gorgeous hotel located just outside Chania, approx. ten minutes in a cab to the town centre.
Private stretch of beach with their own recliners and towels for hotel guests only. Two main pools (one normal one with a swim up bar, and one quiet zone) with all rooms having plunge pools/outside baths/hot tubs. Rooms themselves were fantastic, split level, two TVs, amazing views.

This is a two year old hotel with 84 rooms and suites, built in two tiers over the sandy bay of Agii Apostoli. The architecture is, perhaps, a little stark (softened a little by some attractive landscaping), and there are some oddities about the designs, but I guess it’s each to their own.

The place was spotless, and the clever use of natural surfaces, finishes and materials in natural colours was impressive. I thought the reception area was the most impressive area in design, although I did feel that the lobby bar which doesn’t lobby to anywhere was rather surplus to requirements.

There are two delightful pools, each of good size. One is a quiet zone, shielded from the music broadcast (played most of the time in varying degrees of sound level and irritation) over the main pool and the beach. The bars are found by the main pool and by the beachside restaurants. Bar service is provided to all areas including the beach.

The bay on which the hotel stands is reasonably attractive, and the hotel lies on the better end of it. The narrow strand of clean sand in front of the hotel leads into a very safe bathing area, where the shelf runs almost 50 metres before falling away.

The hotel has a reasonably good location in a fairly quiet area with minimal commercialisation. The bay lies some 4 kilometres from the centre of historic Chania. A taxi ride costs 8 euros, the bus from the car park at the bottom of the street 1.2 euros with a pre-purchased ticket from the minimarket at the corner.

We stayed a week from 16 May. Our check-in was enthusiastic, although I personally don’t favour the process of sitting you down in the lobby – after a long journey, I’d rather that formalities were kept to a minimum, so I could just get to my room. The clientele was cosmopolitan and with a very mixed age profile.

The food served at the hotel is excellent. Breakfast is amazingly varied, very attractively presented, with all the usual possibilities, plus healthy options and interesting and very tasty local specialities. Even the sausages are good! The egg station might be more efficient, but it’s not a great issue.

A good variety of snacks is available at the pool bar (“Raw Bar”) during the day, whilst the restaurant (“Zeen”) serves lunch and dinner menus of exceptional invention and creativity. The cuisine is international, and a good contrast to the somewhat heartier fare available in nearby restaurants and tavernas. We did use the restaurant right across the street several times – it was very good indeed.

It’s a cliché to say that the hotel staff were the best asset, but it is true. This team, under the visible management of the general manager and head chef, is young, energetic, enthusiastic and determined to learn. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It was a real pleasure to experience such a degree of customer care.

Breakfast is complimentary. There are 2 restaurants with sea views, including a breezy rooftop eatery, along with 3 bars and an outdoor pool. A spa area features a sauna, a hammam and a hot tub.

Infinity Blue Boutique Hotel & Spa is set on the sandy beach at Hersonissos, a resort on the northern coast of Crete. The hotel, which welcomes guests aged 16 and over, has gardens and trees around the pool, plus a spa where you can relax. The hotel’s décor is minimal and Scandinavian in style. The buffet restaurant is on the top floor and has views out over Hersonissos and the bay of Malia. The hotel also has a restaurant right on the boardwalk, from where you can stroll, jog or cycle along the modern promenade that stretches the length of the resort.

There are tavernas lining the walkway where you can stop for a drink. The center of the popular resort of Hersonissos is a short stroll away and has plenty of places to eat and drink. In the evening you’ll find some of the liveliest nightlife on the island in the resort’s bars and nightclubs, some of which stay open into the early hours. The resort has a variety of beaches, with the calmest waters to the sheltered west of the small port, and small coves with fine sand and rock formations to the east.

The air con was switched on straight away and our room was fantastic having the jacuzzi bath, large comfy bed and great views. Pool view room was gorgeous and very clean. We were welcomed with a tray with sandwiches and salad which was welcomed late at night.

Breakfast was fab!!! You are served with staff and must wear a mask whilst in dining room. If not they won’t serve you. Good for the week was delicious and can’t complain.

There is a la carte restaurant which is additional and their food at lunch by the pool was very good. Wraps chips Greek salads etc. Beer by the pool is €3.50 and is great.

The pool is very clean and warm. Needed in the heat. The poolside is relaxing with wooden sun loungers and very comfortable. There is a call button for food on your table.

Sun on the balconies is in the morning and not in the afternoon which we like so we took to the outside area just off reception from 4 to 6 everyday which had tables and chairs to catch the afternoon sunshine. Loved this area as very relaxing.

Over the bridge at the pool takes you to the luxury rooms and also to the sea front. Could no believe our eyes when turned the corner. Gorgeous seafront with loads restaurants and shops of great quality. This takes you to the strip which is 5 minutes walk where you will find great bars for cocktails, shops, clubs and many beautiful beach restaurants. We visited El Greco sitting on the beach eating dinner and loved it.

The weather in September was really hot and sunscreen required. Face masks in all shops and whilst walking in the streets. Can be hot wearing masks. Portable fan needed.

The Infinity Blue Boutique Hotel gets a 10/10 from us. We were able to book a room for our last day at €40 and no time limit. This was thanks to Nicholas the manager who was working very hard to keep us guests happy. Recommend 100% and we will return. No entertainment but strip is fab. Visit Shenanigans and get great beer.
