Land of the Nawabs, Golconda and Biryanis galore. The hotel is well placed as per location with serene calm setting. The Front desk team is just superb and magnificent to have us address our checking effectively Hats off to them. The staff across is very good and courteous no doubt about that.
Rooms are great except they would need to be modernised. The hotel interiors, exteriors, lawns, swimming pools are all at par. The taj hospitality is visible and the team is very polite and great.
Food is good and tasty as per their Buffet however order the chef to treat you to his best dishes and you will love it more.
The hotel located in the upscale Banjara hills neighbourhood, this property offers a pretty decent stay. We were welcomed warmly by the doormen and reception every time we entered or exited. The suite we had booked was rather spacious and comfortable and reasonably well maintained considering that the hotel is one of the oldest in the city. Rather generous spread at the buffet and very attentive personalised service from chef Swanadip Dutta made us feel at.
The property is located at the heart of Banjara Hills which is considered as the most happening part of the city.Hard Rock Cafe is just 5 minutes walk from the property. Very friendly staff.
Location: is on road 1 Banjara Hills, very close to few malls, 1 km from metro station, and Uber or auto etc easily available.
Hotel property is a bit old world charm and may need some upgradation but generally speaking everything is functional, neat and clean, flowers and inner centrum with natural light makes it charming.
Room is good size with very good housekeeping. Our room had the garden view which was great. Pool is fine too. WiFi works good all over hotel.
Breakfast has a very good spread: ragi dosa to stuffed paratha to egg prepared to taste to South Indian traditional coffee or tea, food is really well done. Thanks to Chefs.

The stay was comfortable, rooms are large and have all the comforts. The breakfast spread was great with a lot of variety. The hotel and restaurant staff are really great and always willing to assist immediately.

What works for the property is location, location, location. The place is centrally located with easy access to the tourist district, shopping, business houses as well as government institutions. The acclaimed Hyderabadi eating houses are also not very far either. The property itself is a bit old and is showing it’s age, which per say is not such a bad thing for there is something to be said for the previous decades characterized by generous use of wood and granite as opposed to present day interiors of glass, chrome and plastic. The Courtyard is sufficiently noise insulated and affords clear vistas of the placid Hussain Sagar lake – the pride of the twin cities.
The location of the hotel is good, only 3 km from Hussain Sagar lake. The rooms are clean and well furnished with all amenities like tea/coffee maker, safe, water bottles, ironing board and toiletries. Slippers, bathrobe etc. can be provided on request. Breakfast and dinner buffets were included in my stay and the food spread was vast.
There is a lot of variety-chinese, continental, north indian, south india etc. in the buffet and they also have live counters for which the staff takes the orders and informs u of the availability. But what I found best was the courtesy and hospitality of the staff. They all greeted me with a namaste wherever they met me-whether it was the front desk, electrician, housekeeper or any other member of the staff. In fact, the housekeeping staff left me a cloth for cleaning my specs along with a note when I wasn’t there. I found it very thoughtful. So I’d say that it’s their hospitality that really stands out.
