The hotel is located in the city center, so the room had a nice view and was clean. Also, in the neighborhood are stores, a big shopping mall, cool restaurants, etc. It was nice hearing that the hotel workers have spoken English. It is very helpful because they advise where to go for sightseeing in town.
The room was clean, modern, and comfortable with a great view. There is nothing in the area around the hotel, but the center is about a 30 minute walk. The hotel lacks any atmosphere, the second floor restaurant was always empty, so it’s really just a place to sleep, not hang out.
The location is very close to the city center and the room was very cozy and nicely decorated. The services at the reception as well as the cleaning service was excellent. The breakfast buffet selection was good. Despite being close to a main road it was pretty quiet (with the window closed).

Exquisite stylish boutique hotel. Great location in the city center, close to the Opera Theater. Friendly service, beautiful rooms and excellent top roof restaurant and bar with a great view over Kyiv. Breakfast was excellent, great service. We’ll come to your hotel again:) Great design hotel with the high level service!
Rooms are well done and with Amazing views.
The loved the design of the hotel. Despite its small space, you feel space all around you. The Rooftop Bar is a highlight. Great service again.
Quality of food is excellent. But I hope the hotel can improve by offering more vegetarian and vegan options and highlight them in the menu. These diets are not very common in Ukraine, but the world and international guests demand more choice.
Overall, a excellent stay and a big thanks to the whole 11 Mirrors team.
Such a cool hotel! The room was comfortable with really fun design and lighting options. The shower was great with an open/close shade between the bedroom and shower. There was good closet space so we could keep the room tidy on our 3 night stay.
The staff was helpful, friendly and professional. The upstairs bar has FABULOUS fresh cocktails. The location was perfect – right next to the opera house and walking distance to 2 different subway stations, loads of good restaurants, and most of the important sights in Kyiv. Highly recommend this hotel.
Centrally located on a main street (hence some noise in the room), walking distance from the opera house and some major sightseeing spots. Considered as the premium design hotel in Kiev. The entrance is quite spectacular as is the view during breakfast.
The hotel is a popular hangout with the local ‘rich and famous’, especially for their top floor bar, so you get a very diverse crowd that isn’t staying in the hotel walking in and out.
The overall atmosphere is a bit a wannabe contemporary design, despite the high tech features and rich decoration.
I had a large room with great views over the city (thanks to the floor to ceiling windows), a spacious sitting area and a very comfortable bathroom with plenty of amenities. The bed was excellent. In the room bar a series of love products and gadgets are for sale, which is very unusual for non Ukranian hotel guests.
Breakfast comes as a buffet and is sublime, with lots of choice and high quality products. The view is amazing. I found the service throughout my three day stay very good, friendly and guest oriented. Excellent fast wifi.
Bottles of still and sparkling water are complementary in the room.
Prices are high (actually very high, compared to some other very good local hotels).
I would probably stay there again on a next visit because of the spacious room, great location, excellent breakfast and friendly service.
Great design hotel ( small and discreet )with a cool vibe. Rooms are great, I have an incognito superior which was quiet and very comfortable. Only one lift for guests to reach their rooms which can be a waiting game.
Super clean room with more than enough towels and the shower is excellent.
Alarms on the doors in case they are not closed properly which is a good security feature. Excellent rooftop bar and restaurant with a good menu of both food and wine. The oysters were delicious ( although expensive ) and the Kiev is wonderful when washed down with an NZ Sauvignon.
Concierge was brilliant and would go out of his way to ensure you have everything or can find anything.
Location is superb with upscale shops and restaurants on your doorstep.
All of the team spoke perfect English.
The staff at the hotel is warm and always ready to make your stay wonderful! Kudos to the doorman and girls at the desk!
The hotel rooms are cozy and at the same time offering all you expect from a modern hotel, it is in fact getting the best of both the worlds. The rooms are fully equipped, spacious and offer spectacular view. We have been provided with complimentary upgrade upon arrival to a beautiful Desire Deluxe Room!
The rooftop restaurant is pretty good, breakfast menu had a good variety, the cocktail card was just amazing – there were one of the best cocktails we ever tried! The servers were attentive and overall service was flawless.
The access to the city attractions is quite easy from the hotel as it is only 5 min walking to the city center. We have been given directions at the desk and had a great walk around the city following the recommendations.
The staff is the key! Always friendly, smiling and ready to help – they happily assisted us with all requests – starting from changing money to arranging our appointments for the beauty studio. The service they provide is something different from everywhere- we had a feeling of home there 🙂
All up our stay was just impeccable. Can’t knock it, we will be back and thanks again.

Cozy, stylish and clean rooms, professional and friendly staff, comfortable and beautiful location. Moreover, BURSA has its own bistro, rooftop bar, art gallery and library. Everyone will find what to do and where to go there. BURSA Hotel Kyiv has all facilities to make the trip enjoyable and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone.
Amazing place to stay if you visit Kiev! Very stylish, very clean and the staff very nice and friendly. The location is very good close to subway station. Also the food of the hotel’s restaurant was very tasty!
This is a great modern hotel in Kiev. The staff all spoke great English, were very helpful, and the hotel in general was very hipster chic. They have a beautiful rooftop bar with views of the city and a complimentary breakfast downstairs complete with a mimosa bar!
The rooms were small but well decorated – some weird designs with storage in the closets being very high up so that its hard for shorter people to get to and the shower while very chic being on the smaller side so that its hard for taller people to get into it.
Upon arrival, I enjoyed a cocktail on the rooftop bar, rubbing elbows with Kiev’s young jet-setters. The view from there is quirky and cool, just like the rest of the city.
To say that I was spoiled by the staff would be an understatement. The breakfast was lovely, advice was abundant, and stories of what the Ukraine is really all about never stopped to fascinate. Kiev’s best foodie destinations are located right up the hill in Podil, where on Saturdays vendors with tiny booths sell old Soviet pins and other whatnots.
There are two absolute musts that would be a pity to miss. The first is the hotel’s library, where you can flip through artsy books on socialist realism, including about Ukraine’s great mosaic tradition. The second is Zhitny market, located a block away, which is one of Kiev’s most stellar examples of Soviet-inspired architecture.
My room was upgraded more than once, and the staff even gave me the book “Awesome Ukraine” that they lovingly signed. Awesome it was, and awesome it will be for you, too, as long as you stay at the magnificent BURSA Hotel.
It’s centrally located in the hipster neighborhood Podil and quiet lively. Despite the action, it’s well insulated from road noise. The people are super friendly and all speak English. Breakfast was the usual Euro-buffett and the one dinner we had was very tasty. I particularly enjoyed the very quiet library on the second floor; cozy and relaxing. Internet was strong throughout the hotel. The rooms were typical small European but good enough.
The furnishings throughout the hotel were very nouveau and well done. The rooftop bar is very nice and quite a happening place; but not annoyingly so. I’m struggling to provide a critical aspect but can’t find anything. I would go back in a heartbeat.
This hotel was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was beautiful, spotless and comfortable. I loved all of the little details and the bathroom had so many little useful things as well as the usual. They even had toothbrushes and toothpaste packs, a loofah and earplugs – not that we needed them.
Breakfast is a wonderful buffet of hot and cold food and drinks – they even had bubbles (cava) at breakfast which you served yourself!! The cafe is wonderful, food and drinks are delicious – although a bit more expensive than you would find locally. The little library / work area is a haven of calm. We absolutely loved it.
