Great staff, good rooms, nice restaurant and facilities. The people working there seemed to enjoy their jobs. The rooms are well-appointed, the pool and hot tub are clean, and the cardio machines in the workout room worked. The hotel bar is a great gathering place, and the breakfast buffet is pretty good for a buffet.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and the experience was fine both times. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the location is convenient. I was selected as the “guest of the day” which was nice. As the guest of the day, I received free valet, vouchers for drinks at Starbucks and the hotel restaurant, earbuds, and bags of Skittles and Sun Chips.

Nice hotel, super friendly staff, valet parking and bag check made a big difference for me when I had a meeting that ran later than checkout time. Nice big pool. Great room service! From check-in to picking up my bags and car hours after the checkout, it was ideal.

Excellent stay. Staff was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions/needs/ Very close / within Eastwood Shopping Mall and a short ride to MSU campus.
When asked where to dine or which places delivered, they helped. When asked where to shop for certain items, again, they were quite helpful. I needed quarters for the washer and dryer and they were more than happy to oblige. I will definitely be choosing this property again when travelling to Lansing.

As for the hotel the property is extremely clean and convenient to Hwy 127. The staff is very friendly, like Hawaii friendly, especially the gal who was taking care of the breakfast spread each morning!! Their free breakfast offerings were better than expected with eggs two ways, breakfast meats, waffles, fruits, cereals, yogurts and a variety of pastries.

If you are looking for a clean and convenient place to stay in Lansing near the campus of MSU, look no further.

Recently built hotel with all the modern amenities. Set up for business with large TV next to desk and multiple plugs for charging as well as usb plugs at desk. Large glass walk in shower in bathroom and modern and clean throughout. Good Breakfast area with usual Fairfield selections but well laid out. Area has multiple restaurants, shopping and cinemas within walking distance. 10 minute drive to MSU campus.

I found the hotel to be very clean, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and nice. They offered to help with any question or need.

The furniture in the room was in good taste and in good condition. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom had ample space.

The continental breakfast was exceptional with its quantity and quality of food.

Walk into the lobby and smell freshness, see bright lights glaring down on the front desks and lobby. It’s hard to hide dirt and messiness under super bright lights.

Their is ample staff to check in as well as during breakfast to clean up the area – in order to keep the breakfast area stocked.

Rooms are comfortable and clean, really like that there is a short desk and very comfortable pillows on the bed.

Admire the design of the room so that there is no real closet, rather a wardrobe with the hanger that’s exposed. That way when you check out you don’t forget anything in the closet….

Also loved that there were two elevators so you don’t have to wait forever to go downstairs first in the morning when you’re in a rush to get out.

Next time will stay here again! Thanks guys!

Close the Michigan National Guard headquarters just a very short drive.

A pillow-top, extremely comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker made this a home-away-from-home. Fresh and new feeling room. Ths staff was extremely helpful and thoughtful, fixed a small problem quickly, and left extra coffee pods for me.

This Red Roof Inn is near a great variety of restaurants, from easy and cheap dining, to a lot of nice sit-down places. Plus, it’s next to a Horrock’s.

Rooms are always clean. The front desk employees are very helpful and pleasant. Good location. I stay at this property almost weekly and have always been satisfied and felt safe staying there. I like the first floor rooms to save carrying my suitcase up the stairs. They have been able to accommodate any requests.

Excellent customer service excellent housekeeping overall great people tell people all the time Red Roof Inn is a great place to stay and know that you’re safe great environment great food places great place to be.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I loved the fact it had a desk which was a nice place to sit and watch TV as I don’t like watching from the bed. Also appreciated that the room had a safe. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area and an absolutely amazing farmers market almost right next door.

The staff there were incredibly warm, helpful, and truly went way above and beyond anything I could have expected to make my stay comfortable. They made us feel like family and I can’t say enough nice things about them. The rooms were kept clean and neat and housekeeping was also friendly. They have some small amenities that were very good, including free coffee and bottled water.

The location is also very, very good. With one of the nicest grocery stores in the city practically next door.

The Wifi is a bit slow, but I think you will not find a better value at this price range in the entire city.
