Rooms are very modern and clean. The breakfast was very good and we loved the complimentary Cookies in the afternoon. Kristen provided us information for the mountains we were going to ski and was so helpful with our stay. If you want a real nice Hotel that is in the middle of everything I highly recommend The Residence Marriott.
The staff is so friendly and helpful. Housekeeping, front desk, the food and beverage staff…are all very nice and pleasant. They show appreciation for the guests. It’s nice to have the complimentary Breakfast. Kristen and the staff work hard and are offering different options for Breakfast each day/week. Nice amenity to have. They are very service oriented and always able to help. The hotel doesn’t show too much wear and tear considering the years it has been there. The rooms are always clean.
. This hotel beats any of the others by a long shot. The hotel is super clean! The lobby area is warm and inviting, the hot breakfast that is included is WAY more than your average hotel lobby breakfast. The dining area is spacious, comfortable and the food options are impressive (and delicious). They serve fresh fruit, yogurts, oatmeals, breads, pastries, muffins, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, meat, waffles, cereals, juice, teas, and delicious hot coffee. They serve all the condiments including salsa, hot sauce, fresh spinach, shredded cheese, raisins, brown sugar…you name it, it’s there! The coffee and tea, as well as ice cold, fruit-infused water are out for your enjoyment at all hours of the day and night. They also put out fresh baked cookies and other treats to have upon arrival or out for a late night snack. The lobby has a gathering area where you can relax and visit with friends. The dining area extends into another room so there is always plenty of space and you don’t feel cramped while trying to wake up and enjoy your breakfast.
There is also a beautiful fire pit outside with comfortable, cushioned patio furniture where you can relax and warm up, while enjoying complimentary s’mores. You’re probably thinking there’s no way it can get better than that, but I assure you it does. The pool is super clean and the hot tub is nice and hot. The perfect temp for the whole family to enjoy, but definitely on the warmer side for adults to really get in that relaxation time. The area is always super clean and the pool well cared for. There are always fresh towels there for you and the lighting is very nice, not at all overwhelming or too bright as some places tend to be. The hotel maintains a beautiful workout room and the cleanest bathrooms you could hope to use. It doesn’t stop there. You will find your room to be very clean and convenient with a living area and kitchen.
The beds are super comfortable as are the pillows. Again, the lighting in these rooms is really nice, giving it a cozy feel. The rooms are super spacious – you get way more than an average hotel room. These are more like apartments. The hotel keeps noise to a minimum, ensuring a pleasant and peaceful stay. Parking is never an issue – there is large lot, well lit and conveniently located to all of North Conway, whether shopping or hiking, the central location makes it easy to get wherever you need to go. Parking is also FREE, a super nice perk!

We absolutely loved this place! It was a cute and very clean suite right on Hampton Beach. Our room was comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the living space to hang out and didn’t feel cramped at all. We had a balcony overlooking the water; it was the perfect spot for a coffee.
The room was very clean and the staff was so helpful. The check in process was easy and the staff was very responsive to any questions we had.
The location has private parking which is nice in a busy beach season.
Overall we had a lovely stay and will definitely be back.
We enjoyed our stay at the Atlantic Breeze, Hampton Beach. Our room was very nice and had fabulous views of the ocean, beach and resort areas. Unit was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked, staff was attentive and friendly. Everything was within walking distance yet our accommodations were just far enough from the busiest area. Free parking was convenient and provided easy access. Above our expectations and a great value, we will be returning again.
This has been the 3rd year in a row my sisters and nieces have stayed at Atlantic Breeze Suites. The location is great. Right across from the water but a very short walk to the beach. The Suite was perfect for us. 2 queen beds and a murphy bed in the living room. No fee for one parking spot. Price was reasonable. Clean hotel rooms. Cute balcony with chairs and table. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shopping and arcades are walkable. We look forward to this trip every year and we will be coming back to Atlantic Breeze suites next year.
The suite was perfectly clean and wonderfully designed for relaxation. The view of the ocean and beach from the suite was exactly as described and shown on the web site.Vast and quite close by, Just across the road.
The ocean view, side faces easterly so fantastic sunrises. The staff was very friendly and personable, just really a great get away for us.Many restaurants were open with some great seafood near by.

3. Residence Inn by Marriott Manchester Downtown 3* – Gay Friendly Hotels Manchester New Hampshire

We stayed here for 4 nights/5 days recently and it was the best hotel of the three we stayed at during our trip. The hotel is very clean (it is brand new but the staff also kept the common areas really clean). The benefit of being new is that that they incorporated designs that are more modern e.g., a large European style shower, USB charging stations/outlets at each nightstand, two sets of blinds at each window (one black-out and one that lets in light but gives privacy), etc. There was also a safe in the room which was great to store our electronics when we were out.
There’s complimentary parking and the area was right in the heart of downtown and 2 minutes from the highway entrance. Due to Covid, there was no hot breakfast but they provided hot coffee/tea, oatmeal packets, muffins, bagels, juice, etc. every morning. With a kitchen and toaster in our room, it was easy to grab food and prepare it/eat it in our room.
The staff was friendly, check in and out was fast/simple and when we needed something from housekeeping, we either asked the housekeeper in the hallway or the front desk and got stuff immediately. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.
