Great location very near to airport, great hospitality by young vibrant staff. Tasty food, elaborate breakfast spread. Nice & clean rooms with comfy sofa and bed. Staff was helpful and proactive regarding customers need/request for future stays. Near to the airport as well as phoenix mall. Swimming pool (outdoor) is also quite spacious and in room dining with great taste.
The lobby is average in size, I have seen bigger lobbies and entrance in 5 star hotels in Mumbai but check-in process is simple and fast. Requested for room on top floor and the executive arranged for room on 8th floor.
The room was neat and clean. The deluxe room is cozy and not too spacious but is enough for a couple. It has a good sofa placed adjacent to window. You get a good view outside here. Also a sofa stool to place coffee or laptop while you are resting on sofa. It has dim lighting and you may open window for bright light during day. The quality of sleep you get here is incredible due to sealed glasses, hardly any noise from roads come to your room.
The washroom were clean but there was no latches or knob to close them from inside and the only drawback I could find here.
The staff here is very humble and polite. They are understaffed compared to other hotels but perform better than them.
The swimming pool here is a bliss and not to be missed. Its open from 7AM to 7 PM, and don’t forget to bring your swim wear. Depth is only 4 feet but sufficient for good swim. Also a gym beside pool with all kind of equipments and weight. Appreciate their efforts for gym and pool.
Opted for Buffett breakfast and it turned out to be one of the best. They have variety of options from waffles, omelette, paratha, dosa, etc etc. Don’t miss it.
Overall an excellent option to stay in Pune.

Excellent crew and the food is amazing! Is located very close to the Phoenix mall and has all the amenities that you need to work from your room. The gym is also nice and well equipped.
The hotel has one of the most friendliest and courteous staff that we have come across especially the staff at the all- day dining restaurant.
We had buffet breakfast and dinner as part of our package and both were good, especially the deserts at dinner were simply awesome.
The housekeeping was also quite good but the room sizes are too small.
The hotel is located very close to Phoenix mall but is a little away the other shopping areas such as Laxmi road and Pune camp.
Located close to Koregaon Park very close to Phoenix mall. It’s a gay friendly hotel. Rooms are very small in size compared to Indian standards. Just fits 2 people. Any extra person and it’s crowded. But rooms are warm and cozy. Bathroom was good with separate wet and dry areas. WC had jet spray on the wrong left side which is problematic. The breakfast spread was wide and superb. Staff was very courteous. The hotel has many restaurants and has a fantastic pool area and big gymnasium. Gymnasium is fully loaded and is open 24 * 7. Spa facilities were also nice.
My king room and bed was very comfortable and clean.The housekeeper Raut made sure that I had nice clean linen for my stay and would always ask me if needed anything else to be done which I really appreciate.I used the gym facilities and swimming pool everyday and was very impressed with the pool area.I ordered food from their restaurants and really liked it and room service was very prompt and always on time.The location of the hotel is very good,close to good restaurants and Phoenix shopping mall.
Overall I had a great stay and I will be staying again with Hyatt Pune.

The location is absolutely spot on, on the most happening FC road with a lot of sightseeing places around. The staffs were polite and the rooms were decent with good choice of furniture.
This small hotel is tucked in off of the main Fergusson College Road, making it a quiet hide-a-way just off the bustling student promenade and gathering place in the city. thus, you are right next to all kinds of eateries, beautiful young people and you can take a morning walk up through the Fergusson College gates and further on up onto the hills behind! Amazing, in the middle, but just near an escape into nature. Price, cleanliness and location are all rolled into one.
The rooms are big and spacious and the quality of rooms are good standard. It’s furniture although basic it was clean and functional. The bed was nice an big and very surprisingly comfortable after our long journey I slept like a log. One great thing is plugs in the room there is lots of them great for resting and charging your devices. The marble floors are nice and clean. There ample wardrobe space for your clothes. The bathroom need slight work to be done on the shower taps but it worked and had nice hot water. The TV was good had lots of channels but why come to watch TV in this great country of India. The shower room basics like soap and shampoo are very small so bring your own shower gel etc stuff. There is a A/C unit in the window but it is very noisy but also there is a ceiling fan which is much quieter and I think more effective. The WiFi is very good a works only in the rooms was reliable and functional.
The breakfast is served in our room and is varied from eggs and toast etc but it not extensive so don’t expect much. On the whole I loved the idea of having it ordered and on a served on a great wooden table brought to your room. There is a great service to wash and press your clothes and the price is ok.
