The beach is beautiful, clean & easily accessible from the rooms. They have a small pool & other facilities.
A 5 minute walk northwards along their stretch of Bai Xep beach you will find the fishing village of Khu Vuc 1 with fresh seafood cooked & served at tables along the beach as well as a couple of beachside restaurants.
Quy Nhon city is a 20 minute drive from the hotel. There are Champa temples & ruins throughout the region.
The beach at Avani is private and the water in the sea wasn’t rough, so it was perfect. It was one of the nicest beaches we’ve visited in Vietnam.
The breakfast buffet has a lot of options and the food was tasty. During one of our nights we walked over to the Anantara Resort (same
hotel group as Avani) restaurant next door called Sea, Fire, Salt, and the food was incredible.
The staff at Avani made us feel right at home and the service levels were at their highest. Our stay was made even more enjoyable by Duc, the relationship manager, who went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of.
The rooms are beautiful, the balconies are a good size and directly viewing the ocean. The private beach and sun loungers are lovely. Beach service for food/drinks is also good. There are a couple of beach bars/restaurants less than 10 mins walk from the hotel, along the beach, which are both really good for cheaper food and drinks and if you’re like us, it’s nice to leave a resort and try out other places.

The staffs are super caring & helpful. They do genuinely pay attention to us & talk to us as if we are their family member! The distance to city center is convenient too (only 10-15 min by taxi to city center). For spa & yoga lovers, Anantara Quy Nhon is a must on your list!
The private dining experience is also a thing that you must try if you are couple. Stunning setup, very romantic & believe me, their chefs know how to handle a grouper. We’ve tasted the best grouper meal ever to-date! Super delicious!

Do not miss this place, it’s worth every cent if you are trying to avoid the city life and want the country splendour. This place is called the retreat for good reason, the problem is you will want to retreat more often. I will return again and again and have advised my colleagues and business associates to not miss this place when in the area. Also, of note, For the undeveloped sport there is adequate surfing out front as well.
