This hotel is right off Avenida Paulista, one of the main avenues in town, near one of the most sophisticated areas in town with good restaurants, cultural activity and stores. Also, a quick ride to old downtown. The room is fairly small but nice, the bed is queen size and comfortable, nice view and well illuminated.
The service was exceptional, our room had a view to MASP museum and Paulista Avenue which was very nice. The room was very clean and tidy just like in the pictures they advertised. Breakfast was good and fresh. Staff was super friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is very close to a shopping mall and main shopping streets, 5 min walk and you can get anything you need.
The Hotel is located about a block away from Paulista Avenue, and many attractions are walking distance away. Breakfast is a full buffet breakfast with many options. Nearby attractions I visited on foot: Fogo de Chao – Churrascaria, Kilove- Buffet meals sold by weight of your plate after serving yourself, Pao de Azucar – Supermarket, pharmacies nearby, Pastel Da Maria. Room is not too big, but is comfortable enough, only channel in english was CNN. Complimentary Toiletries are very basic, best bring your own. Only two pillow on bed, one firm and one soft, you can make 1 out of both. In general, good hotel, great location, would definitely stay here again.
Very good hotel, spacious rooms, great location, 30 seconds walk from Avenida Paulista…. walk distance to Jardins for amazing shopping and eating experience… it isn’t a trendy hotel and could do with some updating but it is located in a lovely neighbourhood, very clean room and spacious too.. delicious breakfast, amazing selection.
The location is really what makes it great, easy walking to Paulista avenue, close to metro stations.

Frei Caneca Shopping Mall is just 500 m from H3 Hotel, and downton Sao Paulo is 1.5 km away.
A lot beyond the basic!Great service and comfortable rooms are just the beginning of what we offer.Privileged location:Waking-up next to Paulista Ave., You will easily have access to the whole town and you will be able to enjoy all the city can offer you.Our staff is attentive, helpful, multilingual and prepared to provide all necessary information. The team will leave you comfortable to enjoy your stay.
It’s very close to Avenida Paulista, the heart of Business of Sao Paulo, the only issue is if you going to Avenida Paulista from the hotel it’s a bit of exercise as you have to climb a strap Hil, but nicer when climbing down hill, the breakfast is a typical cold Brazilian breakfast, if you love eating healthy then you will love it, as the juice is fresh and fruits. I am more of a traditional English breakfast, the rooms are nice and clean , TV channels are also in English, and next to the hotel there is restaurants to eat, the hotel has full free WiFi, and they have computers if you need to access the internet.his
Hotel is about a half mile, less than 1 km from the heart of the Paulista Avenue. You can walk (although its a steep hill) or take an Uber which shouldn’t cost you more than R$8.00 reais. The rooms are very spacious and modern looking, bed is comfortable and they have cable TV with american and other international channels for convenience.
Food in the restaurant was great as well. Overall a better option than staying at Hotels at Paulista Avenue in my opinion due the cost benefit relation, its relatively cheaper to stay here than a Hotel in the Paulista few blocks away.
This is a simple hotel…the rooms are basic with worn woodwork. But, the staff is truly one of nicest I have met. The breakfast is wonderful and the location is excellent if you need to visit FGV.
While the rooms are simple, the beds are comfortable and the floors have been redone with laminated wood style, which is clean and neat. The breakfast and meal area is attractive and well maintained.
A fair price and the staff make it a lovely option for gay couples.
Amazingly large rooms, nice decor, good shower (although takes some time to warm up). Breakfast was fantastic – the bed we’ve had in 3 months. Staff very attentive. Fairly decent wifi.
The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom clean and open, it had a TV, Air Con and a closet. Definitely the room was the best of the hotel. And I must say I highly recommend it despite of the cons I might mention.
The restaurant, though it comes very handy at night, has a very limited menu and only works from 18h-23h.
Location: It is very close to Avenida Paulista, which is of course very good. Though you might have to climb quite a hill to get there. AV. 9 de Julho is close by to the hotel, which is good for mobility but due to the fact that is surrounded by homeless people, I would recommend not to walk alone at night. Uber and Taxi are always around the corner.
Staff: very helpful and nice
Services: As I said this hotel has a very fair price. You will get a very decent room without all of the services that another hotel might offer. The breakfast is included, with decent options like fruit, eggs, bread and coffee. There is no gym nor pool. Also no laundry service in the hotel, but they do have a room with an Iron you can borrow to iron the clothes. They have two computers for guests use. And the wifi is quite good.

This hotel is hip, comfortable and welcoming. The staff was incredibly courteous, both at the front desk (GREAT concierge) and on the top floor breakfast lounge/pool area. The breakfast, included in our rate, was top notch.
The location is not in a walking neighborhood, but you are a short Uber/taxi ride to anything in the city that is central.
The room was very nice. A huge round window with a auto controlled wall to black it out. Wonderful clean room, nice products on the mini bar, and an ultra-comfy bed.
The restaurant and bar on the roof of The Unique, Skye, is awesome. Fantastic atmosphere, good service. At night, it is a great spot.
The property and restaurant are definitely on point, but what made my experience at The Unique, the service. Sergio, Samuel, the door guys/valets, and the rest of the staff were so warm and friendly. Great hospitality from check in (champagne and room tour!), and we appreciated the explanation of the hotel purposely being designed for a sensory experience (why it is so dark) in honour of a blind family/friend connection.
The lobby is open, airy and had a very grand feel to it. It had a cool sideways sofa that many took photos in. The rooms were modern and comfortable. HBO channel was a bonus for GoT fans. The best part was the rooftop lounge. We were there every day for breakfast and late night drinks. Clearly a hot spots for locals! Acai smoothie for breakfast was delicious.
Great hotel – very modern, excellent service, friendly staff. From an espresso when you check in to the complementary coconut water delivered to your room, the service is on point. The rooftop bar and restaurant definitely set this property apart and I hope the weather cooperates during a future visit to enjoy the outdoor rooftop pool. As for any slight drawbacks, the hotel is in a fairly residential area, so not adjacent to much to do.
Breakfast was very sumptuous and the restaurant on 8th floor with beautiful views and sunshine was a great place to start the day. Ending it with drinks on the roof terrace is another highlight! The indoor pool and sauna/steam is architectural very interesting and nicely done. Staff is super polite, well trained and always at your service.

Frei Caneca Shopping Mall is 600 m from Hotel Cadoro São Paulo, while Edifício Itália, where beautiful views of the city can be appreciated, is just 1 km away.
The Ca’d’Oro is an independent hotel, not part of any chain or group and operates in Brazil since 1953, initially as a restaurant. Operated by Guzzoni family since the foundation, whose long tradition in high-class hotel originated in Switzerland in 1910, following then to Italy and finally Brazil, over 4 generations, passed down from father to son. Its central location, close to Avenida Paulista is “close to everything.” Since its foundation until today, was the hotel that received the most important figures who visited São Paulo and is part of the history of the city.
In 2009 we started a complete process of revitalization, knocking its 3 towers and forming a new design concept “mixed use” encompassing a residential tower and a second divided into commercial offices and the new Hotel Ca’d’Oro. The hotel now has 147 rooms, 6 event rooms, panoramic pool and fitness center, sauna, library as well as its famous restaurant. The Ca’d’Oro has always been considered beyond the more traditional, more welcoming and one of the best kitchens of.
His restaurant continues to be a star of the already overcrowded setting of the gastronomic attractions of the city, and the northern kitchen precursor of Italy in Brazil. The Ca’d’Oro word is the name given to a palace located on the Grand Canal in Venice, used in antiquity to host distinguished guests ( “DOGI”) on an official visit to that city. Today a museum, literally means in Venetian dialect “Golden House”
This is an amazing classic hotel located in São Paulo’s historic district on Rua Augusta. Known for its gastronomical experience as one of the finest italian restaurants in São Paulo, stretching back to the late 1950’s when it was founded by renowned hospitality entrepreneur, originally from northern Italy, Aurelio Guzzoni, who’s family name proudly lives to this day.
We stayed in a modern and classy suite with a terrace with one of the best views of the historic city center. The pool, gym and sauna facilities at the top of the building are perfect for relaxing and enjoying nearly a 360 view of the historic side of São Paulo.
It is walking distance to Famiglia Mancini, a classic italian restaurant located on a cosy and charming european-style street Rua Avanhandava, as well as, other touristic spots in the historical district. I would recommend staying at the Cadoro for anyone who wants to visit São Paulo for a truly historic, classy and gastronomical experience.
The Ca’ D’Oro is like staying at a St. Regis in the middle of Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
The highlights:
Wonderful, personal staff, who remembered and remarked I was a repeat visitor, and gave me a room with a spectacular view in recognition of the loyalty.
Spotless, gloriously-quiet and well-designed rooms, something that is a rarity in São Paulo.
Lovely common amenities, including a library space and a really nice rooftop pool.
Breakfast is also excellent, and very good quality.
But best of all is the location – who are all these drab people saying the area isn’t nice?
It’s one of the coolest areas of São Paulo, smack dab in the middle of downtown/Higienopolis (with fantastically hip restaurants, cafés and shopping) and Paulista (which is convenient for touristy things), close to the metro L4, which gets you anywhere in the city in no time, and in a quiet part of Rua Augusta, which has bars, restaurants, and some of the best nightlife in Brazil.
This hotel is well located in the city of São Paulo (close to the main neighborhoods, malls and the airport).
I truly recommend the restaurant (great breakfast, drinks and Italian food). The room is really spacious and clean, good internet connection and new furniture. Ask for a room at the 26th floor (the view is awesome). They also have a nice gym at the 27th floor (mostly treadmills and bikes – not so good in free weight and dumbbells). Sauna and swimming- pool are on the same building level (rooftop) and are simply a must go.
In a nutshell, food, amenities and service are really good.

How much does a room costs at Hotel Cadoro São Paulo?
Prices start 85 $/night for Standard Room. The Junior Suite is 145$/room per night with breakfast included – if coming on a honeymoon this is the perfect choice for gay couples.
