Rooms are very modern and super clean. The only problem I had – Wi-Fi didn’t work in all areas of the room and balcony. But the best is the personel – nothing like Bulgarian hospitality! World class! Front desk staff super friendly and professional!
The hotel is fantastic! The room was very well equipped, and breakfast was just delicious. I would definitely stay in this hotel again and recommend to all my friends. The hotel is very conveniently located in walking distance to all attractions and restaurants.
Fabulous hotel in great location. Short walk to both Flower Street and the Bus Station.Standard of hotel was IMMACULATE and always being attended to. Peaceful pool area to relax in which would suit couples. We upgraded to a Deluxe King Size room which was huge, however lack of wardrobe/storage was a slight disadvantage.
Bed very very comfortable and room was carpeted which was a nice touch. Would certainly choose this hotel again. Bed & Breakfast is the best way to do hotels in Bulgaria as food and drink very good value everywhere.
The hotel and pool area are spotlessly clean, great work by all the staff to keep it so. Pool area is nice, although pool itself was very cold! It was quiet so no mad panic to save sunbeds! Room was good, has everything you need like kettle, fridge, tv and safe. Fresh towels everyday. Location is ideal, less than 10 min walk to main area, bus stop 2 mins walk and lots of little shops surround the hotel. Breakfast is my only reason for a mark down, it just wasn’t to our taste.
There was a good selection but it was all very bland. I would also like for the food to be covered. We found ourselves some mornings going to a little bakery to get pastries. All in all i would return but go without breakfast.
One thing to note about this hotel, it is spotless and i mean very clean. The room we where in was big and spacious and very clean, the housekeeping team is second to none. The pool area is quite big and clean as well. The food for breakfast was plentiful and good and hot, although the coffee machine was strange, you got small amounts of very strong coffee regardless of what you tapped !!!!
The hotel is situated far enough away from the madness and has a good variety of shops nearby. The highlight is a corner plot with a bakery and pizza by the slice shop, the owner is hilarious he is so grumpy it is worth the visit just to see him performing and the food is excellent and cheap as chips.

The hotel is one of the best in Burgas. It has a unique location-in the Sea Garden, on the first line of the beach, i.e. only the garden separates it from it. It has a swimming pool, which is extremely pleasant. The beach area of the hotel is large, with very fine sand, with tents for the hotel guests.
The hotel is luxurious, with huge comfortable rooms. There is no analogue of this comfort in the city and maybe the whole South Black Sea. It is possible that there is a similar one at Sunny Beach but I do not visit this resort and I cannot compare, at least at this point. I see that hotel “Bulgaria” in Burgas is under reconstruction and it is possible to become a serious competitor;
There are nice prints all over the walls. They are not copyrighted but are beautiful and create a very pleasant artistic atmosphere;
.But besides these prints, there are paintings of one of the distinguished and good contemporary Bulgarian painters Pavel Mitkov. I have seen his paintings also in Hotel Yastrebets in Borovets. He has his own gallery in here. Joy for the eyes are his works and a wonderful stylish touch to the hotels’ interior design;
Many artificial flowers and bouquets as decorations. Being artificial doesn’t affect badly the interior, because the spaces are huge and you have no business getting close to them to notice they’re not real.
In general, employees endeavour to be polite with guests but it is obvious that they lack general communication skills and hospitality training. For example, at reception some members of the team are not smiling at all, others feel bothered with the new software and are more busy with it, instead of with the guests.
The hotel is great, we paid for one of the bigger rooms with a view of the sea . Can’t fault it. Bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. Bathroom was big (could have got 5 in the shower if you were that way inclined) , Air con was efficient, cooling the room very quickly and reasonably quietly ( no rattling ) . Location was perfect, close to beach, sea gardens and town. The pool is fantastic and appeared to have enough loungers for everyone that needed them.
Only negative is the staff and the lack of basic customer service . I appreciate they work very long hours but none of the regular ones ever cracked a smile, or said hello. When we were leaving, from reception we didn’t get a ‘ did you have a nice time’ or even a ‘ goodbye ‘ just ‘ did you take anything from the mini bar.

All rooms have seaside view, although I believe higher rooms have the best view (we were on the 10th floor)
The rooms, and not only, are very clean; cleaning staff change all used towels they can find on a daily basis, the pool is thoroughly cleaned every morning, etc
Staff is very friendly and eager to help.
Minibar included and refilled every 2 days (I think ours was even refilled daily a couple of times)
Pro’s:
Very nice room, with everything you need.
It is very nice and classy room(hotel opened in 2019)
Staff is very friendly and the cleaning is very good.
Pool and beach are clean and you can enjoy your time.
Food is ok, but for a 5 stars hotel it should have more “sophisticated” meals, but it is clean and good tasting food.
Bars and bartenders are super ok:-)
The hotel is great! design, location, cleanliness, pools, beach, cuisine, staff, everything is beyond praise. It seems to me that this is the only hotel of this level in Sunny Beach.
Advice to guests – if you want to sunbathe on the beach, then you need to wake up early to take a sun lounger. There is always a place by the pool.
Request to the hotel managers – the animator arranged funny competitions in the recreation area and massage area. This made it difficult for guests who wanted to relax. I would also like to see the evening program in a more modern and sophisticated version. it would be more in keeping with the style of the hotel.
The room
It is huge, and we “only” had a double superior (42 sqm), I can only imagine a junior suite with 64 sqm. Big balcony, too, but note that probably a simple double room would sport a much smaller balcony. All rooms have sea view, but higher floor ones (6+) the view is more unrestricted. We were at 7th floor, the view of the sea was amazing. A tip would be to obtain a room on the right-hand side of the hotel since the sunset is better experienced there.
Sufficient outlets, including USB sockets (no fast charge though), comfy bed, pillows and linens. For me, the wallpaper created a warm and cozy feeling both in the room and in the bathroom. The WiFi was ok, but unfortunately didn’t have balcony coverage.
The bathroom
Be aware that, with regards to toiletries, you will only receive a small bottle of soap/disinfectant of some sort, some shower caps and a 3-in-1 shower gel/shampoo dispenser in the shower. The bathroom is really big, there is no bathroom door, just shower and WC doors, but we found it even better than a standard single door bathroom.
The only fault I could find for the bathroom is that it didn’t have a double sink, for those mornings when you and your significant other have to perform your morning routines at the same time. Excellent shower water pressure and, I may add, really cold water for showers (like they refrigerated it or something). For someone like me, who only takes cold showers, this is rarely a feat of any hotel in the summer, thoroughly enjoyed it.
The balcony
Our room had a large balcony, but I wasn’t very fond of the fact that you could still hear and see your neighbors. As already stated, beautiful view from a higher floor, balcony furniture was fine, with adjustable chairs, but would have preferred a wind-proof ashtray; had to source one from the bar downstairs. The door had a difficult locking mechanism which worked only after several tries. Would have loved to also have a light in the balcony.
The pool
Towels are available for free, no cards, no nothing, just go and pick them up from a rack. Beach is much more crowded though, you’d have to wake up really early to save a spot.
