The design is very modern and condo theme. The staff was one of the friendliest I have ever met, from the security, bell boy, front desk, restaurant and housekeeping. The view of Taal was great. The infinity pool was very nice, but would have been better if it was heated as the water was pretty cold. Location of the hotel is good as it is walking distance to Sky ranch and the nearby Robinson’s mall. Breakfast was delicious.
The rooms are clean and spacious, with complete amenities. It is really nice that rooms have balcony because the view outside is amazing. The staff from the hotel, spa and restaurant are all very attentive and accommodating. This hotel is also walking distance from Sky Ranch. I would recommend staying here during warm season since Tagaytay is a cool place already and their pool is like freezing specially at night time. Breakfast is buffet – choice of egg and toppings, bread and salad bar, garlic or plain rice, bacon, sausage, porridge, corned beef, roasted chicken, bottomless infused juices and brewed coffee. For a price that I got, all worth it!
This hotel is near Robinson’s and walking distance to Sky Ranch.
Loved the open concept. All rooms were facing the pool and each with a nice view! Good call checking in after 2 pm on a Sunday; the hotel was nice, calm and quiet. Although we frequent the Tagaytay area, I had no idea where the property was exactly, so used Waze. It may be close to Sky Ranch and the old reliable Taal Vista Hotel, but still a good distance from the main road. If it’s peace and quiet you want yet walking distance to a few nearby attractions, this is your place.
Loved the rooms. Love the view from our rooms. Wi-fi connection was good, to slow, to non existent at times. No need to worry if you have a personal data plan, but Tagaytay’s signal can really be bad at times. There are still some areas undergoing construction and a few areas that need improvement, but if you can be forgiving, best to take advantage of this place while new.
The pool is beautiful and inviting. Note though that it’s not a heated pool. But, we gave in. It was cold, yet refreshing.
This is one of those small hotels that I’d like to support, and see it develop and improve. For the price and location, it’s worth every centavo. It may not be perfect but shows a lot of promise. Just remember they’re on soft opening so a little patience is needed, manage expectations and you’ll be alright. The friendly and helpful staff makes up for the little things.

Taal Vista Hotel is a Classic in Tagaytay City, It provides the Best Views of Taal Volcano and Taal Lake. It was recently renovated and is currently managed by the Fuego Hotels and Properties International. They now added an annex building wherein most of the new rooms are located. The rooms are very roomy and they have a wide bathroom and tasteful room design. The hotel is strategically located at the center of tagaytay and from there you can plan many activities to nearby attractions, dining places and nite spots. examples are casino filipino wherein you just cross the street. Antonio’s Garden is just 10 minutes from here, sonya’s garden is 15 minutes away, starbucks is 5 minutes away.
The buffet breakfast was good with plenty of options — different types of bread, eggs, congee, salads, rice and viands for those with a bigger appetite and fruits to round up the meal plus juices and coffee. My only observation is the buffet venue seems to be small and if the hotel were fully booked would have problems seating the guests.
Premier Rooms are overlooking the lake but the Mountain wing superior rooms are new renovated.Like other hotels, room worthiness is based on how much one is paying. A view of the famous Taal Lake and Volcano with a terrace shouts $$$ compared to a windowless basement room down at the far end, passing by vacant halls which have seen better days. Hotel security is tight but courteous. There is an ATM machine, various backdrops for selfies and fog as bonus.
Premier rooms larger than usual, comfortable beds and balconies with nice scenic views of Taal Lake and Volcano. Good food in Veranda Restaurant and affordable, good selection evening buffet and breakfast buffet (lots of bacon). (Taza Restaurant expensive.) Staff friendly and accommodating.

Centrally located in Tagaytay City, Quest Hotel Tagaytay features an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi throughout. Free parking is available for guests who drive.
Each room comes with a flat-screen TV, a minibar and a desk. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer.
The property offers 24-hour front desk and staff can assist you with local area information.Quest Hotel Tagaytay will be your choice destination for relaxation, family bonding and staycations when it opens its doors in April 2019. Located in Tagaytay City known for its cool climate and home to the famous Taal Lake and Volcano. Enjoy the cool breeze and relax by the outdoor pool or indulge in retail therapy at Fora Mall conveniently connected to the hotel.
This is a new hotel that just opened last April 2019, so expect new facilities. The pool is almost 25 meters long and good for laps, though the water and the weather are cold. The hotel is close to 2 malls, Fora and Ayala malls, I suggest you take your meals there because the hotel restaurant is pricey.
If you hate driving and decided to runaway from the city for awhile, you could just hop in a bus bound to Tagaytay-Nasugbu and they’ll drop you off exactly at Fora Mall!! Quest Hotel’s just behind it. It’s also a walking distance to Ayala Mall Serin and Tagaytay Medical Center. Literally in the center of everything you’ll need!..
The staff are very helpful and nice, makes you feel at home the moment you step right in. Special mention to SIR RHEY at the front desk, who assisted me during check in and check out and was so accomodating he even offered me a room upgrade. Talk about excellent service!! Kuddos to you SIR RHEY!! So grateful for you!?
The room is spacious and sparkly clean! From the comfortable bed, sofa bed (which I totally love!! Hope I know where to get one exactly like that.. hehe), to the bathroom and relaxing bathtub.
The hotel was quite fantastic, all things considered. Both Fora and Serin Malls were within walking distance, and the place was very peaceful and relaxing. Perfect for a Tagaytay staycation.
The convenience of being near Skyranch and Magallanes Square was quite nice, since we didn’t have too much trouble going back and forth those places.
This is a new hotel in an exceptional location right between two of the city’s main shopping malls and very close to restaurants and other attractions. However, its full potential is not being realised and there are some problems that they need to address.
Pros:
1) Great location, right between two main malls, just a 3-min walk away from each
2) New modern building with beautiful decor and a large pool
3) Spacious modern rooms
4) Very good rates for now, though that may rise as they become better-known
2) Rooms need to be better cleaned. Housekeeping comes in to make beds, replace towels and toiletries but does not seem to clean sinks or floors. They don’t mop floors in the room or bathroom, and as both rooms are tiled with no carpets, floors can get dirty fast. I stayed five days and you could see the grime building up as they seemed to just do fast and cursory housekeeping each day.
3) There’s no room service and no restaurant although they have a big dining space with big tables and chairs that serves only breakfast. It seems such as waste of space to have a big dining area that is only open in the mornings and remains empty but taking up space all day.
4) My one-bedroom suite was one of the largest rooms they have but weirdly, still did not have a closet or dresser for clothes. They just have a clothing rack by the door, where you hang your clothes and there’s no space for any other clothing storage. This seems very bad interior planning for a room this large.
5) They only have roller shades for each window and no curtains but the rollers are set too far out from the window so there’s a lot of light coming on even when the shades are fully down. Be sure to put on a sleep mask with you as the room gets very bright once the sun rises.
