Hotel Concordia is ideally placed on the Riva (promenade) overlooking the busy waterfront. Easy to find, but your taxi may not be able to get close as access is restricted. We requested a lower floor room and got room 5 on the second floor. The room is a good size (for an old building) with a small bathroom, double bed, and a separate (screened-off) seating area. We had two windows overlooking the Riva which were very effective in shutting out outside noise when closed. The aircon is very good and quickly cools the room down.
Beds were comfortable; slept very well for the 3 nights we were there. Breakfast is typical continental with good choice plus the staff offered us cooked eggs/omelettes every morning (which we didn’t take), which we had at a table outside. The hotel is in the old town so everything is on the “doorstep” and as the weather was hot (30+ degrees) it was nice to be able to go back to the hotel to take a rest and cool down before exploring again.
there are lots of restaurants close by with great food. We ate at a different place for lunch and dinner each day and were never disappointed, but do have a look at a few menus and compare prices as some can be a bit expensive.

You can choose from a regular menu or the à la carte menu. You can also use, by yourself or with the hotel’s assistance, the open barbecue which is nestled between the colourful greenery of Dalmatia. The property provides a perfect starting point for day trips through Dalmatia.
The family who run this hotel are very friendly the room we had was clean and comfortable with a nice balcony over looking the sea.We had breakfast included which was good with plenty to choose from. We also had our evening meal here on a few evenings which was very good.
It is a short bus ride into Trogir or a 20 minute boat trip but I must say the Bus service wasn’t good in fact we never used it. Small man made beach with a bar was a few minutes away which was adequate. If you intend to get ferries from Split to various Islands it would be best to hire a car from this area as you need to get to Trogir first then to Split.
We had a lovely room with a sea view balcony and some lawn chairs – perfect. A few other restaurants in the area as well as a little grocery store. No need to head elsewhere.
TV has one English Channel with CNN; air conditioning, free wifi but no safe. The tub has spa jets but the shower (as all European showers) sprays more on the floor than on the user. Rooms are very clean – bed a bit too soft.
A very nice modern boutique hotel with amour 24 rooms on 4 levels (no elevators but staff to help). Worth the taxi ride (100 km) to travel the few kilometres
Breakfast was included (7am -10am) and it wasn’t just your ordinary fare. A great selection of freshly cooked eggs (fried & boiled), bacon, sausage, bruschetta, cheese bread and cheese pies. Lots of cereals with healthy additions such as chia, pumpkin seeds, etc. We enjoyed a real cup of coffee (not cappuccino or espresso but a good old coffee – others available for a cost).
The room was spotlessly clean..the cleaners were great fun leaving us origami towel sculptures every day when we returned from our excursions..we loved them & their sense of humour! : )
The small room was comfortable, I had an excellent sleep every night with comfortable pillows & bedding, some English speaking TV (unusual!) but with no beverage making facilities (usual – we find in eastern Europe) However, there’s a mini fridge to use.
Breakfast was adequate, the hotel got me some soya milk which I had added to our booking message & they responded : )
We had 2 evening meals in the restaurant which served very extensive steak menu & seafood – I opted, (on both nights!), for the grilled scampi which was the best langoustines I have ever tasted, simply served with crushed garlic olive oil. Other guests having steaks seemed to have an equally delicious sensation!

This hotel turned out to be just as we expected from the photos – a historic building (14th century) yet tastefully restored and superbly modernised in 2016. The room facilities, particularly washroom, were excellent, yet combined with original exposed stone walls . Breakfast could be taken inside or in an open courtyard, pleasant though not sunny in the morning.
Unusually, instead of a buffet, there was a range of five themed set menus, such as Paris (crepe based) and Trogir (omelette and ham based), which were included in the price and suited us well, but anything else had to paid for as an ‘extra’. We also enjoyed an evening meal, having just arrived from the airport, which was good value and pleasantly served.
The location was ideal, just across the bridge from the old town on Ciovo island, only a five minute walk with views across to the old town waterfront. Trogir itself must be one of the most stunning historic places in Europe, with wonderful medieval and renaissance architecture thoroughly restored and kept in fine condition, with a lovely ambience throughout.
Tastefully restored historic building, across the road from the water and facing the old town of Trogir. Our room was a good size, great shower with rain showerhead, good heating and quiet room too – we didn’t hear one plane during sleeping hours. Breakfast offered was excellent on both days. Short walk over bridge into old town, and several bars and restaurants close by.
The hotel itself is a restored building with exposed brick walls, a walk up stair to the rooms, decorated with interesting contemporary art. We had a loft room which was a good size, the bed was very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, shower well equipped and breakfast choices were simple but adequate. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and speak fluent English.
The vibe of this boutique hotel matches the old city of Trogir- small, friendly and full of charm.
The bedrooms have been well modernised while keeping the ambience of an old building. Most of the interior is white, light and spotlessly clean. We had a superior double room which gave lots of space. It just had a large comfortable double bed, bedside tables and a large sofa – all perfectly adequate for our needs. The bathroom although modern is narrow and rather cramped with a very small wash basin within a few inches of the toilet bowl. It requires great care to prevent cosmetics ending up in the toilet.
A relaxing, elegant, white-stone-wood-and-glass hotel with delicious dalmatian food served on a walled and cozy terrace and very friendly and helpful staff. Some rooms have 2 levels, stylish minimalist design, rainfall shower heads, very pleasant. Free and reliable WiFi. Across the bridge from the Old Town, beautiful views of the marina.

The Villa is in the most perfect location in Trogir right on the water with a beautiful view of the Old Town itself.
The Villa itself is a wonderful stone building. If you are looking for flashy rooms in a large
impersonal hotel then go somewhere else bit if you want a fab location with rooms that have all the mod cons you could need, lovely people working there based in a great quirky building with personality topped off with and a really tasty freshly cooked breakfast accompanied by a lovely continental breakfast spread served by smiling staff who are representative of how kind Croatian people can be then the Villa Sikaa is for you.
The hotel is very well located right next to the bridge that leads to the old town. It’s only a 5 minute walk. It is also very close to the regular ferries that head to Split.
he building is reportedly 300 years old, but the rooms are modern, spacious and fully equipped. Our room had a wonderful view across a canal to the Old Town. The location is perfect, just a short walk across a bridge to the Old Town. Service is outstanding, with everyone friendly and anxious to help. Breakfast is very good, although lacking the endless variety of larger hotels, it was all we needed.
Location is excellent for both early morning flights at Split airport, departures on boats from Trogir harbour and easy pedestrian access to the old town and it’s restaurants.
Breakfast more than adequate and served early on request for early morning flight departures. Views from front facing rooms of the harbor are great but be aware that there is a popular bar a few doors up which sometimes has live music and those Croatian wedding celebrations can be boisterous events, but not as loud as NYC fire trucks. However the solid double glazed windows provide adequate soundproofing and the rooms have ac.
First of all, the hotel is in a great location just over the bridge from old Trogir and there is free parking. We had a corner room overlooking the harbor and with the double windows we had a great view as well as a quiet sleep. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was exceptional.
The window in our room overlooked the harbour where the sailing ships and yachts docked, an ever changing vista. The room, although somewhat small was clean and tastefully decorated, the bed was comfortable. We could close the exterior shutters and the room was very dark, good for sleeping. Great location, a short walk across the bridge and we could saunter along the promenade or wander the old city to shop, find a restaurant or visit the cathedral. Lots of choices for breakfast. The best part, however, was the staff. They were always helpful with advice, always a friendly greeting and always immediately looked after any concerns we had.
