Enjoy the delicious European cuisine of the Golden Tulip’s à la carte restaurant or have your drink at the cosy lobby bar.
The room, lobby etc are very big and spotless. There are not a lot of luxury paintings on the walls or flat screen tv and so on but has all the necessary things and everything works very well. There is a wardrobe but, as we are staying one week, we could do with some drawers for more storage room. It could have a safe as well. The staff is very friendly and efficient – they attend to guests requests very quickly. Free wireless (unsecure) and small fitness unit.
The hotel also has jacuzzi, sauna and massage – all paid extra. Breakfast is reasonable with some fresh fruits, juice, cereals, bread, cake, the usual cooked stuff (not kept very warm) plus cold cuts of cheese and meats. As in any other meal we had in Varna, you will find also cucumber and peppers for breakfast! The location is good, very close to the Opera and pedestrian area.
Spacious and good rooms with very comfy bed. Bed is surely a personal preference, but if You like when it is not soft, then this is a place for You. Hotel looks like it is a bit further from the center, but in reality it is a nice walk through the main pedestrian street to reach all fun places, bars and main promenade.
Very nice hotel, new, clean, with big rooms and bathrooms, nice breakfast and very helpful staff. Could be crowded at breakfast when there are bigger groups of tourists and long waiting for the elevators, but the staff are organizing everything very well. Good location near the city center and the theater.
Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was good with a choice of hot and cold dishes. The room was clean and spacious.
Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was good with a choice of hot and cold dishes. The room was clean and spacious.
The bathroom has a decent size, and soap, shampoo and shower gel were provided. The hotel staff were helpful when our friends misplaced their hotel key. The breakfast spread was decent.
Great location the downtown is reachable by foot in few minutes.
Clean, spacious and quiet rooms. Sympathetic and helpful staff. Abundant international breakfast with a large selection. The only cons is the carpet in the room (for my point of view). A free hotel’s wifi connection is available on every floor.
Rooms are quite spacey. It has a tomb in the main hall which quite strange but gives an atmosphere. The tomb can been seen as well from the indoors restaurant that it has one floor down from reception. This is a good restaurant with decent to good food and is helpful a lot of you don’t want to out. Good choices of beers.

Modern. Stylish. Urban. These three words describe the nature and the temper of the Graffit Gallery Hotel. Located in the heart of Varna, it combines urban exterior, classic portfolio of business services and multi-layered interior concept, which fully cover the requirements of the modern travelers.
Closed in its tight graphite form, the hotel boasts its character, ambience and style through the conceptual patchwork of ideas of four Bulgarian architects and designers:- The Chester Floor – the conservatism of strict and elegant Chesterfield competes with the most modern interior design, complemented by the comfort of wood and steel accessories.- The Carracci Floor – eclectic chic, inspired by the creators of this movement – the three Carraccis.
Bright red and turquoise blue – in one with baroque furniture and surreal elements. And all under the gaze of the Renaissance artist.- The Other Floor – a visual reference to a favorite English check and the minimalist spirit of the classic black and white. Just different. And elegant.- The 4 Elements Floor – earth, air, water and… light. It steams and penetrates everywhere. Such as a sunbeam playing in a hot bath tub… As a green screen of thoughts… As shining sea stones under your bare feet… A place, embraced by nature.
From easy check in with pleasant staff, to parking our car in their underground parking lot (via an elevator). The lobby is modern and very attractive. Both rooms were spacious and ours on the 3rd floor was actually stunning. The decor on each floor is on a different theme, and ours was crazy but a total joy. Almost like being in a museum of realism. The gym and wellness center is well-equipped and with a great view of the city.
The room was spacious enough and with a very modern design. The bed also has a good size. The hotel and room were extremely clean and well equipped. The center is very close and you can leisurely walk.
The bed was much firmer than usual for a five-star hotel. The bathroom could have more shelves or rack for the customers convenience. Breakfast good but nothing special. Pool is tiny, but sauna is great.
The hotel has an amazing design, the staff is very friendly and nice. Breakfasts so various and good.
The restaurant and the coffee place is amazing also by its design and delicious drinks to try.
The hotel is very close to the sea like 10 min by walking. Definitely a good place to stay for a vacation.
I highly recommend choosing this hotel for your stay in Varna. It’s not just the design. The design is absolutely beautiful. There is smooth authentic wood furniture, the shower and the free standing bath tub convince undoubtedly. The shower gel smells amazing, and there is a pool and wellness area!
The lighting is incredible, creating a mood and beautiful atmosphere. Good night sleep guaranteed.
I chose the deluxe room category and I highly recommend going for that or higher if you can. I have stayed in a few luxury hotels around the world, and was delighted to see this top notch design in my home country!

Excellent service, great location, huge & tasty breakfast. Stylish design but a bit noisy.
There is not enough parking places, that is why it is important to reserve one earlier.
The location is great for walking around in the city center or in the sea garden or to the beach and also is easy to reach it with a car.
Staff were incredibly courteous, friendly, professional and ALWAYS seemed happy to help. A big thank you to them for making me feel very welcome and seem approachable at all times.
The hotel appearance is beautiful from outside and inside and the location couldn’t be any better with Varna beach less than a 100m in front of the hotel.
The room and hotel was extremely clean and very well looked after. The bistro bar downstairs was lovely and everything very affordable.
They offer an airport transfer to and from the hotel and I paid only €15 to come to the hotel from Varna airport. I had a very nice conversation with their driver who was polite and friendly.
Excellent hotel. Loved the breakfast, location and staff. Especially borislava at the reception. She is extremely helpful and goes the extra mile. Breakfast had an option to order eggs to how you like them. Lots of fresh juices, cereals, pastries, eggs, sausages, beans, cheeses, hams and fresh produce.
Location is excellent and near the beach and amazing restaurants on the seafront. Rooms were nice and spacious and had good music channels. All in all had a very good stay.
Breakfast is included and it’s excellent: hot eggs, meats, cheese, rolls, cereal, and a variety of tasty breads. Hot coffee and cold juice rounds out the meal. The 28 rooms are adequate size–get the deluxe size if available. Very clean and 2X a day housekeeping service. On a busy street, so choose a higher floor. Very modern and exceptionally maintained. Comfortable beds & comforters; cold A/C throughout. Superb location across from the Seaside Park–easy to go for a walk, a run, or to the beach–just a few steps across the street.
