The pool is great and the outdoor bar catches a breeze that makes you want to never leave.
The restaurant next door was very good and the staff in every aspect were warm and friendly with great recommendations
The Vagabond Hotel is a modern, much improved take on the traditional 1950s motel.
While retaining the design of a motel, the Vagabond Hotel offers all the trappings of an excellent contemporary hotel, such as large rooms with huge beds, in addition to outstanding amenities and a friendly, helpful staff.
Within the hotel’s premises, guests can enjoy sunbathing on very comfortable lounge chairs and swimming in a beautiful large pool.

The Vagabond Hotel’s location is ideal to visit Miami, especially downtown.
It is a reasonably priced and convenient property for any visitors to the city. I recommend it strongly.
Why You Should NOT Book The Vagabond Hotel
It’s too bad I don’t want to stay here ever again as it’s super convenient location to my work in Little River which is an awesome neighborhood.
The room and bathroom were not clean and the floors felt sticky. The staff is functional but not friendly or welcoming. There is no restaurant at this time and the free breakfast is a joke.
Two cereal options and a roll in a plastic bag. Worse than airplane food. The wifi barely functions, I could not get on my phone and it worked on my computer for emails but could not stream Netflix.
I asked for a quiet room which was fine the night there was no DJ but you can still feel the bass thumping on Sat when DJ played all night. One star for location and one star for the building

Why You Should Book Blanc Kara- Adults Only
The room is colorfully decorated and has a kitchen! Everything in the room was great. It was so nice and clean and we slept like a baby in the comfortable bed.
I’m surprised by some of the other reviews since our experience with the staff was amazing.
They were super nice to us and helped arrange things even though our flight arrived early on check-in day and left late on check out day.
The best thing for us was it was just far enough away from the chaos of the Ocean Dr. strip to enjoy nice, quiet times, but able to walk to anything we needed in South Beach,
I would visit this hotel again in a heartbeat.
Loved the location! Short walk to everything. Starbucks is a half block away. The beach is one block. 5 Star restaurant around the corner.
Unfortunately the beach was closed due to COVID. The room was great. The staff was also great. They did have a hard time controlling late night noise issues (yelling and slamming doors).
They are offering a “bagged” breakfast of yogurt, juice and a muffin. The restaurant across the street (The Big Pink) has AMAZING hot breakfast!
Huge bed… very comfortable!
The mini bar/snack prices were very fair!
I love the art deco look of the hotel. Very appealing.
Why You Should NOT Book Blanc Kara- Adults Only
We recently returned from our fourth stay at this property. What was once a fun boutique hotel has changed for the worse and it is quite a shame.
Not the hotel’s fault: The Story night club across the street and 1/2 block south. So loud, so much traffic from 1-4 AM with loud car stereos blasting bass. Unable to sleep 2 of 3 nights at the BK
Definitely the hotel’s fault: The once glorious made-to-order breakfast has been replaced with a comical paper bag of plastic wrapped junk food.
The AC and wifi are sketchy. The resort fee gets you nasty stained beach towels (the beach towels used to be large and clean). On the terrace rooms, the futon outside seriously needs to be replaced.
We’ll be staying at the very nice Stanton Hotel on the beach from now on.

The customer service in this hotel from the time you Arrive the valet parking Front desk staff Restaurant staff Pool staff and beach staff are excellent also if you have any issues in your room they come in 2 minutes to fix.
Why You Should Book Hilton Cabana Miami Beach
The rooms are great, though the the balconies as nice as they are toward the beach and the ocean, have no privacy,a s they are separated by see through separators.
There are no closets in the room. There are big wardrobes, but with the location of the drawers and safe inside, if you want to hang anything long you have to remove the ironing board and leave it out.
This is a beach/pool hotel and in the bathrooms there are only one hook. One hook to hang up 4 people’s bathing suits. 4 towels.
There’s plenty of wall space that they could use to make this better.
The rooftop pool is also perfect.

Why You Should NOT Book InterContinental at Doral Miami
I stayed at the Intercontinental Feb 3-4. While the front desk and grounds are beautiful, the room was less so. First, the room had a strong mildew smell.
The windows were locked so I could not open to help get the smell out. Second , the room was not clean, the carpet was pulling up, my desk chair was broken, the tub has black mold or mildew over the bottom.
Coffee was spilled down the dresser and not wiped off from previous guest.
With COVID, I would expect cleanliness to be outstanding and this was not the case.
And, finally the safety of the hotel. there was no guard at the elevators or staff watching who went into elevators, second, my door did not latch and vibrated every time someone came past.

The pool area is outstanding!
The infinity element is a great touch given the location of the pool.
The Addikt restaurant has great views from the 15th floor, although I didn’t particular care for the food. The yellow rice that came with the steak was awful.
Finally, the valet system for retrieving your car is genius.
No need to stand around waiting for your car, simply text the ticket number to the number they give you and they’ll let you know when the car is ready.
The suite was spacious, clean, comfortably furnished, and the bathroom was a “wow.”
It was large and well-lit, with a huge double sink, and separate toilet, tub and shower. Loved the Bliss toiletries.
Why You Should NOT Book W Miami
LT Titanium Elite arrived at 1715h. Room not ready and no idea when. Corner street view provided while nice room, our bay upgraded was guaranteed 3 days earlier.
Manager emails stating rooms are not guaranteed..wtf if the email is sent and your upgrade is confirmed, it is a cop out of the hotel poor management of rom cleaning or whatever excuse. Shameful. Very noisy street noise.
