The MTR is just right next door, and the Airport Express stations and Star Ferry are only minutes away from the hotel, while the new and exciting Victoria Dockside further elevates this already prime location as a hub of business, shopping, arts and culture.

The service was so personal and everyone was so wonderfully nice and helpful. I had the room with the partial harbour view and it was gorgeous!

The room was spacious and comfortable, but the best thing about the stay was the food! The food at Cafe Kool and especially Angelini’s was delicious.

And being Muslim, I was delighted to know that the chicken and beef were halal. They even had separate pans for Muslim if requested. This greatly appreciated!

Of course they very warmly guaranteed that they will have halal dumplings.. But i did not expect the chef to welcome us when we arrived to the hotel and saying that everything will be halal and ready for us in the morning!

Love this place, everyone is super friendly and they make you feel so welcomed, it’s so hard to criticize this place and we can’t say anything bad about our experience with the hotel.

The only thing I would like to suggest if Shang could consider whipping some halal menus for dining in, that would be just PERFECT!

The staff were friendly and accommodating and check-in/check-out was no hassle. We stayed in one of the Side Harbour View rooms (partial/side view of harbour as the name suggests) which was very nice.

If the full harbour view is important to you, then I suggest spending a bit more to go for the Harbour View rooms so you can enjoy uninterrupted harbour views and the laser light show.

Welcome gestures include a fruit platter and chinese tea served in the room, very nice touch. It rained for most of our stay there so the umbrella provided in the room was very handy.

The location of this hotel is great, it’s within short walking distance of the numerous eateries (including halal restaurants) and the East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR.

The hotel provides a free one-way shuttle to Harbour City (5 to 10 mins drive depending on traffic) which is convenient if you prefer not to walk all the way – make sure to check shuttle availability with the concierge.

The minute you arrive, you are treated like royalty from the very kind and hospitable staff.

We had access to the club lounge which I would highly recommend. It made the stay so much more enjoyable. Fantastic food, a great selection of drinks and a wide variety of snacks always available.

The pool and gym are exceedingly high standard. Lovely rooftop heated pool.

It’s in Mong Kok area so quite busy when you step out and doesn’t have a direct harbour view and not so easy for walking around as much as being on the front but it does have the street markets nearby and a big shopping centre opposite so plenty to do.

This place is one of my favorite places to stay. Not just in HK but of anywhere. It is always comfortable, clean and friendly. Great location in Mongkok area. Next to the Langham mall, and a few blocks from the Ladies Market. My favorite feature of this hotel is the rofftop pool area on the 43 floor. Great views, and just fun swimming that high up. I love it when it’s storming because of the high winds you get up there.

The jacuzzi spa need a little help, but the pool is awesome. The room are not big, but probably bigger than average in HK. If you want a bigger room, get the studio suite which is the corner rooms, and have great views.

Cordis is located in the Mongkok area and this was a perfect location. It is attached to langham mall which is wonderful and close to the metro.

The hotel is first class all the way. Walking into the hotel you smell a wonderful fresh fragrance and they escorted us to the Club floor for immediate private checkin and upgraded us to a large suite that had 2 bathrooms as well as a separate lounging area.

The benefits of being on the club level are so worth it! The views are outstanding of the city. You also have a different concierge that is helpful in every way named Eric.

The club lounge is an area to relax and have drinks, freshly brewed tea, snacks, all types of food through various times of day, champagne etc.
Cordis holds complementary Tai chi classes daily as well as wonderful wine tastings.

I am a wine lover and they served wines according to your tastes. A highlight for me! Just bring a jacket because the temperature in the tasting room is cold indeed.
The concierge will give you a portable pocket wifi to use while staying at the Cordis. This came in very handy.

The pool area is open air and the perfect temperature especially needed in hong kong . The steam room worked great and the gym was state of the art.

The breakfast buffet was huge and had everything you could ever want on a buffet.
Every staff member at the Cordis was friendly and looked you in the eye and greeted you with a smile.

The Cordis is an exceptional hotel that makes you feel special and relaxed in this hustling Hong Kong. This is my new favorite place to stay and it deserves 10 stars if they had this option on this site. We will be back!
