It was really good to stay with my family, the staff was friendly, they do have halal food options for Muslims, location is perfect right in the CBD area, easy access by free trams surrounded by plenty of Halal food places and Kebab houses.

Very tasty halal food. Room service is exceptional. Rooms are quite spacious. Location is central with easy access everywhere. Bed was a bit too soft for my liking.

You know you have stepped into a special place as soon as you open the doors off Collins Street. Excellent service at check in despite a wait due to full occupancy for NYE. Comfortable roomwith extra special mini bar and lounge. We had a river view room so the bed faces the window, a wonderful way to start the day with a cuppa in bed!

Opulent bathroom features, loved the marble and round mirror. Breakfast was delicious, so much to choose from. Can’t wait to return.

This was the fist time I had stayed at the Grand Hyatt and wasn’t sure what to expect. I was more than pleasantly surprised. The staff were very helpful, including Ryan in the Collins Kitchen who helped me choose the perfect wine to accompany my meal, the rooms were spotless and buffet breakfast was comprehensive and delicious.

The location, at the East end of Melbourne CBD, was very central to most of the food venues and shopping, not that I had time for either. A great conference facility that suited my company’s needs perfectly.

Great apartment near amenities and shopping. Suitable for a small family with spacious living area , clean rooms and bathrooms.

Walkabout restaurants and eating places. Halal food near to the apartment and easy access to the public transport(tram) which is ‘free’ around the city area.

Location is awesome – Near tram stop, near train (Melbourne Central), near Halal restaurants, near malls. Service is superb, given early check-in as room was available. Beds were very comfortable, kitchenette available.

Overall I really satisfied with our stay here. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The room is clean and good enough for us with 3 small kids. It still can fit another one extra bed in the living room.
The room is complete with living and dining room and also kitchenete. So,we can cook. It’s very convenient especially when we travel with small kids. They also provide a washing machine with dryer which really help me during my stay.

For muslim traveler, it is very easy to find halal food around this area. It is a bit expensive, so other option is to buy groceries at Victoria Market which is only blocks away and cook at this apartment.
Many shopping mall around this area.

Even the tram is only few steps from this apartment. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in here. Even the kids love it.

Walking distance from many halal restaurants like Nelayan, Mamak, Little Ipoh, Chilli padi. Walking distance to Flinder St station and several supermarkets like Metro and Coles. Walking distance to Queen Victoria Market. It is also within the free tram zone. This property is highly recommended.

Location is smack right in the middle of the city with bourke st mall about 200 meters away and the tram right in front of the doorstep. Lots of Halal restaurant surrounding the hotel such as Mamak which is across the street and his neighbouring Singaporean Indian restaurant. Plus, Melbourne Central is 50 meters away for all your travelling needs (plus there is Coles Supermarket beneath it for your groceries need) and there so much other activities you can do within your surroundings (Chinatown, Myers, Target, David Jones, Hardware Lane..you name it..).
