Great location, the beach across the resort is not so crowded with people, many halal restaurants and stalls nearby the resort. We stayed in the spacious Sunset Deluxe room with two king beds and a sofa – great choice for families with kids.
Rooms have been renovated, modern décor, beautiful bathrooms, pool access. These rooms are in the quieter side of the hotel, so was a nice change from the noise from the main pool. However, shower in the pool access room blocked & flooded every time we used it.
The hotel itself is great, beautiful pools, lawns, bowling alley, great range of breakfast items (both main restaurant & the halal restaurant (halal was a lot nicer & quieter).
If you want peace for breakfast go to Sunset (Halal) so no bacon etc, but still nice.
The main restaurant was quite noisy but you could sit outside, no complaints about what was on offer from pancakes, waffles to bacon eggs, salad, croissants, Asian style dishes, soups etc. Rooms were very nice and comfy beds, A/C worked well, blackout curtains, no noise.
The resort is ideally located at Patong beach. 7-10 minutes walk from the main hustle and bustle of the Bangla road. So its peaceful on this side.
It’s a great place you can even take your children to. The breakfast options are offered to both Muslim and non-muslim so it’s easy to manage even for only-veg customers.

The hotel and the service was amazing. They were really cooperative when it came to halal food, their chicken and beef were halal so they would make sure that the pans and cutlery were kept separate in the kitchen. Even they had a separate pan at the egg-station at the breakfast buffet which was the no pork pan.
The kids play area was awesome, they also had activities planned for them. The villa was great, the kids enjoyed the pool.
Please be assured that we select only halal certified products and raw materials which are carefully prepared and cooked by our culinary team. However, we do not have a dedicated kitchen as the demand as such does not exist.
Firstly, the room is extremely spacious, well decorated and extends directly into the private pool.
The pool is surprisingly large (especially in comparison to the pool villas in Orlando resorts) and the privacy is generally very good, although we did have to cover a couple of gaps in the back wall with the outdoor furniture to insure full privacy whilst we were in the pool.
The service was excellent; the staff were very quick to provide transport around this large resort and any special requests/requirements were catered to very well. In particular Yousuf was very helpful in advising us regarding halal options both within and outside the resort complex.
Breakfast and dining, whilst not filled with extravagant choice, was of a very high quality and the staff were very accommodating of our dietary requirements. The Banyan tree Cafe was excellent, and is well placed, allowing you to watch the golf whilst you eat breakfast/lunch.

Just to warn the bacon lovers, the restaurant is halal so no bacon for breakfast. The staff were all round very obliging and helpful.
The hotel has beautiful greenery and flowers around which gives the place a lovely thai charm but it also draws the mosquitos.
My room was near the pool which was great as I used it at least once each day.
Nice gardens surround the individual ‘chalets’ which are clean & comfortable but could possibly include a small desk and chair for those of us that still use laptops.
There is a halal restaurant attached that I only ate at one night because I like a beer or a glass of wine with dinner.
The meal I ate was Roti with Chicken Massaman Curry , it was very good with lots of spices and only cost 129 baht.
Breakfast is a choice of 3 and very satisfying. The staff are very courteous and always smiling.

The location of the place is away from Patong craziness and this was another reason why we chose this hotel. getting to Patong and other tourist sites are about 30 mins drive away which isn’t that bad of a journey.
The hotel is stunning; reception and breakfast areas are amazing and the rooms are well appointed. We stayed in a beach suite which had a large veranda area and direct access to the beach. The room was very nice, boutique beach chalet feel with plenty of windows and mirrors to enjoy the views. There was an obvious attention to detail in the rooms, from complimentary mosquito repellent to coffee machines, you get a great choice of amenities.
The hotel beach is enclosed within a small bay which makes it feel very exclusive. We went in June so the tides/currents are strong which makes full on swimming difficult. But this shouldn’t stop you from going into the water as it is safe when you are a few meters away from the shoreline. It must be noted that this hotel is not near the main tourist hotspots, therefore, it is more relaxed and more opulent than other areas such as Patong and Kamala.
In the locality there are a number of restaurants within walking distance. For muslims, it is within 5 minutes taxi ride to the nearest mosque (Bukarom Mosque) with lots of halal restaurants/canteens in the area.
