Breakfast was international food.
I think every food there was “Halal” food for Muslims.

The function room was great to held a meeting or seminars. Coffee break and lunch served on time and by professional staffs.

Room was spacious as it Junior Suite, welcome amenities was good (I got Praline Chocolate), the WIFI connection was not so bad but sometimes I need to turn it on/off because seems it was lagging.

I did enjoy room and sleep well also they provide a package of mask and hand sanitizer for guest when check in.

The Hotel is located at the centre of Surabaya city. Only 7 minutes walk from Tunjungan Plaza. Only 2 minutes walk from McD & KFC and other convenience store.

My conclusion is that this hotel is perfect for business meeting and family with kids.

This hotel is located at Surabaya city center, near Tunjungan Plaza we can reach by 8 minutes walk, close to food court.
Good Facilities, clean and spacious room, nice staff, breakfast menu good also.

The hotel was located at strategic location and have a wonderful accommodation. They got a great room, friendly staff, a very delicious and complete breakfast and even a nice welcome drink.

It’s one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at Surabaya.

The staffs have always been so nice, friendly, and helpful from the start until the end. Foods are also really good, and it comes with plenty of choices. The view from my room is also beautiful. I’d love to come again.

First of all, the location is excellent with direct access to Tunjungan Plaza which is the largest and probably the best mall in Surabaya. There are plenty of nice restaurants to choose from including 3 or 4 food courts which offer over more varieties at reasonable prices. There are also supermarket, ATMs, money changer, cinemas, family karaoke, salons and of course hundreds of shop selling branded and local stuffs. And good news for muslims – there are actually a beautiful mosque in this mall which conducts Friday prayer!

The hotel rooms are quite spacious, functional and well-equipped with amenities. The bathrooms are stocked with good quality toiletries. The beds and pillows are wonderful and we have good sleeps!

Another great thing about this hotel is their buffet breakfast! Plenty of varieties of local and international delicacies. Very tasty and delicious! And again the team at the coffee house offer excellent services even during the busy period in the morning. We ate so much during breakfast that we even skip our lunches.

Highly recommended to stay at this if you are visiting Surabaya.
I think the best assets this hotel has is its staff. The level of customer service offered by the staff is one of the best I have experienced. Front desk team are very efficient, warmth and friendly.

Check-in and check out were done quickly. The concierge team at UG level including the security team are very nice and helpful. They really make us feel welcome.
