The hotel is perfectly located within easy walking distance to the University, central shopping and the main attractions. We loved just stepping out and being close to everything.

We parked a rental car in their off-site garage for several days since we didn’t need it. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

This hotel has really everything you could possibly want in a hotel. It is beautifully decorated and thoroughly equipped to meet your needs. It is perfectly situated, with restaurants,/bars just feet away.

The location of the hotel is perfect , quiet and calm inside , but you step out of the doors into the hustle, bustle and excitement that is Bologna….literally on your doorstep.

The hotel is immaculate, everywhere whether it be in your own room or the public spaces is immaculate and spotless.

The hotel is very central and very easy walking distance to the main attractions / shops etc. Very clean, quiet well equipped room on second floor.

Hotel staff were incredibly helpful and thoughtful, nothing was too much trouble.

Breakfast was plentiful and very good selection that was a great start to the day.

Could no fault the hotel or the staff and will certainly stay here again.

Right in the middle of Bologna, everything is quite literally on your doorstep, and the views from the balcony are amazing (as advertised!).

We had a late check in, which was accommodated really well with clear instructions. Plus Filipo also called me on the day to confirm. Excellent service.

. The location is superb – right next to Piazza Maggiore and within minutes of all the restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions you could wish for. We were met by the immaculately dressed Fillipo who gave us a great introduction to Bologna. The room was immaculately clean and well appointed. We stayed in Francseca and had a balcony with views of churches, towers and lots of roofs. Breakfast was in a lovely cafe around the corner where the service was excellent. My favourite thing was to open the balcony door and listen to Bologna – the hubbub of people having a good time, the bells, the singing in the churches … just perfect!
