his lovely hotel is in the center of town, with ( in December) the Christmas market just outside the front door.

Front desk staff is friendly and selected a lovely room for us. The hotel offers all amenities one would expect for a hotel in this price range.

The only drawback was that we had to park in the public parking garage about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. ( hotel was in pedestrian area roped off for the Christmas market)

I was there a bit before Christmas and I liked the fact that there was a Christmas market at the doorstep of the hotel. Good atmosphere and it seemed that the people who actually live in the city gather there in the evening for a drink and a bite. Very nice and helpful staff, beautiful rooms.

One of the most unique rooms we’ve stayed at, beautifully decorated, placed very conveniently in front of the Christmas markets and close to most of the attractions! The staff are very nice. To really impress us, they prepared a birthday card and a delicious treat for my daughter’s birthday.

It was a perfect base as it is situated in the old town, near the Cathedral and overlooking the town square.

The staff spoke some English and the rooms were well set out.We had room 20 , which was a suite overlooking the town square and the Christmas markets.
Very clean, room service was excellent.

This hotel is so cute, with the best possible location in the city! It’s close to the center, the seasonal Christmas market and playground with various roller coasters. What’s more, also close to the central elevator. A variety of restaurants and cafes is surrounding it. Hotel’s staff is way too kind and pleasant, while the breakfast/lunch and dinner are delicious.

The rooms are small, tidy, cosy and warm. The view is limited but quite outstanding.

We stayed here in December to visit the Christmas Markets all within 5 minutes walk. The hotel is clean and bright, the staff welcoming and happy to help and offer suggestions for walks, shops and local restaurants.

Breakfast is plentiful and eggs cooked to order. Our room was huge – bright, clean and the hotel wifi was perfect.

I would recommend this hotel for a city stay and happy to plan a return visit.

Clean and straightforward with no frills. We visited for three days to see the City and Christmas Markets. It was all very beautiful. The City has much to offer, especially the VB shop and outlet centre. The museums. The history is very interesting.

There is a safe underground car park which you can purchase the entry ticket from reception and come and go as you please.
Breakfast is excellent – all you could wish for and the staff are friendly, and very helpful. It is a very relaxing hotel.

The room I had was spacious, clean and neat. There was some noise from the street, but with the windows closed I could barely hear it at all.

The hotel was overall very charming, in an old beautiful building, but the real bonus was the staff.

Very easy-going and extremely friendly, yet still very professional.
Both front desk and bar/restaurant where simply put fantastic.
I hardly wanted to leave, and will most definitely be back.

Right in center of town next to where the Duke lives as well as right next to the center of the old town and its shops and Christmas markets. Great place to stay – top marks. The rooms are really well designed, individual and spotless. The bathroom is a dream.
