The hotel is housed in a restored 19th-century building. One floor is completely non-smoking. It also offers well-equipped meeting rooms, a restaurant and a cocktail lounge.

. The hotel was located right on a pedestrian shopping area with great restaurants and close to Christmas markets. The rooms were immaculate, very clean and modern, with very high ceilings and the most comfortable beds that we’ve ever stayed in. The staff at the reception desk was more than helpful: when my husband and son, who were arriving in a separate taxi, got lost on the way, the staff went out of their way to locate the taxi, even coming outside in the cold at night to help me locate them.

The attached restaurant was perfect, and the breakfast buffet in the restaurant was to die for. I would stay here again, in a minute and highly recommend it to any family traveling through Madrid.

Being in a pedestrian mall, the hotel is superbly positioned with easy walks to the Christmas market and Plaza Mayor, Puerto Del Sol; Gran Via, etc so an abundance of restaurants, the main museums, and shopping.

The staff really were terrific; provided friendly, warm service and assistance on every occasion.

We genuinely enjoyed our stay and will happily return to Preciados.

The Eurostars Plaza Mayor is located in the buildings that formerly housed the famous Fronton Madrid (sports arena); two buildings of seven floors each which contain 92 excellent, design rooms fitted with the latest technology and decorated with fine materials such as genuine stonework and ceramic mosaic tiles.

One of our biggest surprise is the breakfast room, located on the seventh floor, from where a delightful panoramic view of Madrid rooftops can be enjoyed. There is also a romantic, outdoor terrace.

Great location. Close to Plaza mayor. Walking distance to Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol and Retiro Park. Rooms are big and comfy. The hotel is fairly new. Customer service and breakfast are excellent. Restaurants are all over the place. Madrid is a fun city.

This small hotel was located very central to both the Palace and gardens at one end, and Retiro and Parks on the other end.

Double room was well designed, spotless,and very comfortable.

Most important to us, is one of the quietest hotels we’ve ever encountered in our travels, despite its location in a pretty noisy neighborhood. Staff was kind and attentive.

Not far from the hop on- hop off bus stop and the underground. Was easy walking to many tourist locations plus numerous bars and cafe.

This luxury hotel is located in the heart of Madrid, within the Art Triangle. The Parliament is across the road, and the Royal Palace and Opera House within walking distance.

The Westin Palace offers elegant facilities only 300 m from the Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia Museums.

The hotel is famous for its beautiful stained-glass dome. Here a fantastic buffet breakfast with music is served.

Rooms at the Palace are elegant and modern. They have the award-winning Westin Heavenly Bed and Heavenly Bath. There is also antique furniture and an internet television.

Set in the bohemian Literary Quarter, this regal hotel dating from 1912 is a 2-minute walk from European art at Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza, and 6 minutes away on foot from Sevilla metro station.

Accommodations range from polished rooms with sitting areas to 1-bedroom suites that feature living rooms, 8-person dining tables, saunas and whirlpool tubs. All have Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and minibars, as well as safes and marble bathrooms. Room service is offered.

Amenities include 2 elegant restaurants, 2 bars and a rooftop terrace, plus a 24-hour gym.

This property is impressive and beautiful. The rooms are well appointed and updated with respect to the grand history of the building. We stayed in two different suites and both were well appointed and comfortable. The dining options are exceptional, we chose to have a full board option because we were not sure of the status of dining off property. The food was plentiful and delicious. We have been so appreciative and impressed with all of the staff. The rooms are kept clean, the front desk assisted us with all questions-including arranging for PCR testing visits to the hotel-prior to our flights. The staff in the Rotunda restaurant are superior.

The location is perfect walking distance to the major museums, Gran Via, Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. While we all wait for the days of unlimited travels and freedoms, we are grateful for the accommodations and staff at The Westin Palace Madrid.

This was probably the best Westin I have ever stayed at (and I have stayed at a lot of them). The hotel is very elegant, classy and feels luxurious. The service is incredible — the front desk, housekeeping, concierge and valet were extremely professional and helpful and went out of their way to help me and my family. Arriving as a Marriott ambassador elite member, I was upgraded to both their junior suite and executive suites on separate stays and the rooms were great – the decor was elegant and reminded me more of a St. Regis than a traditional Westin and the rooms were large for a typical European city center hotel room.

The location was also perfect — quick walks to all of the major tourist destinations and close to a lot of great restaurants.
