The hotel is in a fantastic location convenient for La Scala with food shops next-door that supply the breakfast ingredients , a La Duree opposite ( selling macaroons ) and is one street away from the Duomo . The owner has collected local art and had the wooden furniture designed especially for the rooms which makes them unique.

We had a top floor room 7th with a glimpse of the Duomo . The staff helpfully booked restaurants for us and generally were charming . Easy to get a taxi outside . About 25 mins to the airport ( Linate).

Central location only a short walk from the Duomo. Pleasant and very helpful staff who went above and beyond to welcome us on a rainy October afternoon. Their bright smiles, excellent English, and efficient check in process brightened our dreary day.

Having stayed here years ago, we remembered fondly our wonderful experience. This upscale boutique hotel did not disappoint but has improved over the years!

Book it! Don’t need to look anywhere else. The location is ridiculous, walk left out of the hotel and you are at the Duomo ( Christmas markets this time of year in the piazza), turn right and you are at the Galleria Vittorio that has the most amazing Swarovski Christmas tree perfectly located in the middle. The building itself is breathtaking and at Christmas it is lit up, its spectacular.

Back to the hotel, it’s small, personal and just so different from any hotel in Milan. The hotel design is very cool, we loved it. But that doesn’t make it too cool! The staff are beyond helpful, friendly knowledgeable and obliging.

They made suggestions for dinner ( which we took and it was excellent), stored luggage ( we had skis and snowboards) with ease, gave advice and were genuinely wanting to give us the best experience whilst staying with them. They had time for us! They even gave us a wifi router free of charge to use around the city.

The amenities are packaged beautifully and there’s no scrimping here. They have thought of everything, I Loved the women’s pack that included everything a women actually needs. Loved the free water in the room too. Breakfast was excellent. It certainly isn’t a massive buffet but that’s not what this hotel is about.

The breakfast area is small but perfect for the hotel. The quality and selection was perfect for our family. We loved breakfast here, there was plenty of amazing options.

This hotel ticks every box. It was brilliant. We will be back and I will be telling my friends. Loved, loved this hotel.
