Hotel staff excellent and restaurant staff excellent fully recommend. Cleanliness of room and bathroom excellent. Never used valet parking and was no problem at all. Thoroughly recommend this Hotel.
I stayed at this hotel with my family for the Christmas Market and found the staff, the room and location amazing. I cannot rate my experience highly enough.
Recently stayed at this hotel to visit the Christmas market and was so pleased we had chosen here. It was easy to find and a short walk from the Bath Spa station.
The room was amazing – plenty of space, warm and cosy, comfy bed and bright clean bathroom. We made use of the complimentary tea/coffee and relaxed on the massive bed for a while before going out early eve for a full on look around the market and dinner.
The room also had a large TV which had all the sky channels included for us to watch, which was great.
Amazing Hotel, great location for town especially for the Christmas markets, the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and modern. The breakfast was lovely. Altogether a great place to stay.
First things first, this is a really good hotel. It’s well designed, with really friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable, with a sizeable, good looking bathroom (with both shower and bath), thick and fluffy towels and great toiletries (Elemis). I particularly liked the pillow sprayp made available, which made for a very good night’s rest. The bed is incredibly comfortable as well; I had a good night’s rest both evenings we were there.
The hotel is well located: a short walk from the railway station and very close to the shops and the Christmas markets. The reception was very welcoming, with friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to help.
We had breakfast included in our room rate and whilst the buffet options are relatively limited, the quality was high (and, as it turned out, there was a separate a la carte breakfast menu with more options, which we found out about on the second day).
It was a case of doing a small number of things very well – and I liked that approach.

We had a window room and I’d say it’s definitely worth the £5 or so extra, we had a view on to the street by the entrance, room 116. Really nice comfy bed, pillows were abit uncomfortable, bigger pillows would’ve bumped it to a 5* rating, the air con was a bit loud and didn’t really reach the bed and cool the room (but we did come when the temperature was 22/23/24 etc) but nothing else to critic. Had 3 good nights sleeps, couldn’t hear anyone else even though there were people next door.
Would 100% come back, probably for the Christmas markets.
The city location is perfect! everything is literally on your doorstep. We parked in Charlotte Street car park, which was a 15 minute (ish) walk and not a bad price.
I visited this hotel on a Saturday night for the Bath Christmas markets and had a really enjoyable stay. The location is perfect and within walking distance of everywhere you would want to visit in Bath. We stayed in a Queen Room (with a window) which had everything we needed, but was so small – probably more suited for one person than two.
With this being said, it was clean and comfortable and that’s the main thing. The complimentary cheese and wine from 5-8pm was a lovely touch, and compensated for not having breakfast included with the stay.
I’d recommend this hotel on the basis that you’re booking the Queen rooms expecting them to be small.
Christmas Market Visit, ideally situated in the heart of Bath. 5 minutes walk to the markets and the Roman Baths. Superb location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Nice, compact, functional.
There was a complimentary wine and cheese evening when we stayed, spot on.
Room was modern fittings to a high standard, functional for an overnight stay. Excellent location for exploring Bath tourist attractions, attending performances at the Theatre, Forum, Eating Out or an evening with friends in the Pubs and Clubs. Hotel in walking distance of both bus and rail stations. A delightful memorable weekend.

A refined, upmarket restaurant has a bar. Breakfast and parking are available.
Excellent, clean, and comfortable, with friendly helpful staff. Conveniently close for the train station, and the heart of Bath. Nicely decorated in eccentric fashion.
Layout is a little odd, as hotel was a group of old town houses originally, but fairly easy to navigate around. My room was accessible via the courtyard gardens, in a separate annexe, with doors providing guests with access onto Pierrepont Street.
There are some fairly whacky rooms facing into the courtyard, which are chalet style, with French Windows. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choices.
However rooms are a little noisey facing onto Pierrepont Street, which is not only a busy road leading to the train station, but as there is a nearby nightclub, there are frequently people milling about outside in the early hours of the morning. However I slept well, but would definitely avoid leaving windows open at night, if your room faces Pierrepont Street.
Amazing experience at Hotel Indigo Bath. The staff was very friendly and attentive to details; the room was spacious and very distinctive – not like any other room; the breakfast – despite the pandemic – was delicious and generous.
It is an à la carte menu but you can choose among various dishes and you can ask for more than one dish. The avocado toast and poached eggs were just perfect!
We also had dinner at The Elder and food was outstanding!
Thank you everyone for making our stay memorable.
