Belfast is Northern Ireland’s capital. It was the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, which famously struck an iceberg and sunk in 1912. This legacy is recalled in the renovated dockyards’ Titanic Quarter, which includes the Titanic Belfast, an aluminium-clad museum reminiscent of a ship’s hull, as well as shipbuilder Harland & Wolff’s Drawing Offices and the Titanic Slipways, which now host open-air concerts

Great hotel. It’s so new and fresh. Perfect place to stay for a city break. It is situated just a short walk away from the Christmas markets and maybe bars and restaurants. Parking is difficult to find however and a bit away from the hotel.
Came for a bit of Christmas shopping and to visit the Christmas market. From the minute we arrived the Desk staff were very helpful. When we came back to hotel after our visit to the market. We decided to have a drink in the hotel bar and it is very reasonably priced.
Check in was efficient and we were assigned a room on floor 11 overlooking Robinsons Bar and Fibber Magees. The bedroom was modern with a large bed which was comfortable. The bathroom had a large walk in shower with good water pressure. The noise from the surrounding bars was very loud and we could hear the music in the room until around 2am.
The hotel is in a good location and it was only a 10 minute walk to the Christmas Market at Belfast City Hall.
The staff were friendly. We had a couple of drinks at the bar which had a good selection of beers and plenty of seating.
We had breakfast at the hotel and there was plenty of hot food, cereals, bread and pastries.
Stayed at the Maldron on a Saturday night and had an amazing time. In a perfect location for all Belfast nightlife and a trip to the Christmas market. Very impressed with how quiet the rooms were! You would not know you were in the middle of town.
