We enjoyed our stay at the DOMizil – especially the delicious breakfast! Location was of course absolutely top and we had a view of the Dom (cathedral) – nice but being at the front of the hotel meant it could be a bit loud late evenings at times.

The room was spacious, super clean, and comfortable. The open bathroom could work – there is a curtain to pull across – but it is poorly executed.

The curtain rail and curtain itself is not long enough. Even for long-married couples like us, everyone wants a little privacy when they wash or brush their teeth.

The place is a family owned hotel and is run by mother and son. We got a warm welcome by Mrs. Herber, who explained us everything and gave us good advice about Erfurt. Our room was on the 2nd floor and we had a view of the cathedral. The rooms are all individual and new, all goid quality and an open bathroom with closed walk in shower. Very nice and all spotlessly clean. Our room had air con but we preferred open windows. Breakfast was amazing. I’ve never seen such a big fresh variety of food in such a small hotel, all nicely decorated and all tasted so good. Eggs are freshly made to order and the service was friendly and personal.

They really try to make you feel at home. We loved our stay and will definitely come again, as Erfurt is a beautiful city and we haven’t seen all. Thank you for the great hospitality, Hotel Domizil.

Located beside the Allerheiligenkirche Church in Erfurt’s historic district, Gästezimmer Allerheiligenstraße offers budget rooms and free use of a fully-equipped kitchen.

The bright rooms at Gästezimmer Allerheiligenstraße are brightly furnished. All rooms include cable TV and a modern bathroom with shower.

Gästezimmer Allerheiligenstraße is a 3-minute walk from Mariendom Cathedral and the historic Krämerbrücke bridge over the River Gera. Erfurt’s Natural History Museum is 200 m away.

The location was very good. The property manager lady was also very nice and helpful. The room was very big and the washroom was clean. About a 10-15 walk from the train station and a grocery store nearby.

 The room was a good size and clean – though the bathroom, which has no window, needed airing (fan rather full of fluff). Good location, though inevitably some noise from the street.

The room was very big, with 3 sofas with place in total for 6 people and a double bed. Very nice, well organised, and clean.

I think this guesthaus is perfect for longer stays, since it does not provide shower gel and shampoo. The position was very convenient: central and well connected.
