We had a one night stopover at Frankfurt in Dec and chose to stay at the Jumeirah Frankfurt which is located downtown and walking distance to all the Christmas markets and shopping areas.

Upon arrival at the hotel in the morning, we were pleasantly surprised that we were upgraded to a suite. The staff gave a tour of the suite and explained all the amenities and services. The suite was enormous and had great views of the city and river. The bed was extremely comfortable and could be adjusted to different levels of firmness. The bathroom was equally huge with marble and stone throughout. The minibar and snacks were complimentary which was a nice bonus.

We ate at the hotel restaurant for breakfast and also used the in-room dining.

The breakfast was a buffet and had a good selection of western and arabic dishes and breads. Some german food as well including sausages and pretzels. For in-room dining, we ordered some arabic dishes, which were all deliciously authentic, but a bit too oily.

Staff courteous and attentive. Rooms spacious, clean and well presented.

If you are thinking of visiting the Frankfurt Christmas market, this hotel is perfectly located.

The panorama view to Frankfurt skyline from our suite on the 15th floor was magnifique and unforgettable. It was to the Christmas time and so we had an outing to the Christmas market.

We stayed here for two nights at the beginning of the Christmas market season, and were very happy with our experience. The location for us was perfect–a walk of less than 5 minutes from the market. The room was comfortable and plenty roomy for us. We especially appreciated the size of the bathroom, which was large by the standards of many European hotels. From the 17th floor we had a nice view over the old town and the lights of the market.

Breakfast was good, including menu items and a buffet. We especially appreciated the attention of the hotel staff.

We would be very happy to stay at the Jumeirah again if our travels take us to Frankfurt.

This hotel is situated in the heart of Frankfurt am Main, just around the corner from the Old Town, cathedral and the modern art museum. The Motel One Frankfurt-Römer offers free WiFi and a 24-hour reception.

The room was clean and comfortable. Good quality bedding, pillows, towels. The toiletries provided were nice quality.
The location is perfect. We visited the city, Christmas market and took a boat cruise. All within steps of the hotel. We did everything on foot, without needing uber/public transport although there is a stop right outside the hotel that some people used.

The hotel is right off the main square. Seemed very safe and we never had any problems.

Yes the rooms are small, but they are adequate and a great value. After all, you’re not visiting to hang out in the room.

As stated the room was small but completely functional and stylish. The bathroom as well as the rest of the room was spotless. This is considered a budget hotel but it certainly has higher standards than some of the bigger chains.

We did not partake in breakfast but we did enjoy a few hours in the lounge at the expansive bar. If you love gin, this is the place for you. Drinks are priced well below what you would find in other hotel bars. This was a hit.

The location is perfect if you’re coming to explore the Christmas markets, Altstadt, and to shop. Several tram lines stop right out front and it’s a short walk from the s-bahn at Hauptwache.

Ideally located in the Zentrum-Altstadt of Frankfurt/Main, Paulaner am Dom Wirtshaus und Hotel provides continental breakfast and free WiFi. The property is close to several well-known attractions, 400 m from Cathedral of St. Bartholomew, less than 1 km from Römerberg and a 17-minute walk from Museumsufer. German cuisine is served at the restaurant.

All rooms in the hotel are equipped with a flat-screen TV. The rooms have a desk.

The room was on the small side but given my single room booking it was enough, I also really liked how there was a walk-in robe area.

the staff were really nice, especially in the breakfast room, which feels more like a communal breakfast hall (like a B and B)
