The hotel is city centre, close to “walking the dog” areas, and close to nice open terraces, corona proof. The preordered breakfast for room is available without extra costs and a real surprise. The room is standard and very convenient, even for the dog.

I have to say we were quite surprised about the friendly staff, the services offered and the hotel itself.

The receptionist was extremely friendly, we got our keys straight away and she directed us to where we could park our car for free. The whole process went quickly and smoothly.

Getting to our room we could see the whole place, including the rooms had recently been renovated/modernized.

Very nice and comfy with an adjustable bed, modern bathroom, flat screen tv, etc.

And the breakfast buffet was perfect. This free breakfast buffet had pretty much everything you would expect from a pricier hotel. Very refreshing considering most places in Germany charge extra for breakfast. There is also a fancy burger place in the same building that you can get to from inside the hotel.

The hotel itself is in a classical building in the city center, walking distance from shopping and many points of interest. The central palace at the center of the city literally right up the street.

Very happy we decided to stay here and we will definitely be coming back.

Well set in the Karlsruhe City Centre district of Karlsruhe, Pension Stadtmitte Garni is located 1.5 km from State theater of Baden, 2.2 km from Zoo and 2.4 km from Karlsruhe Convention Center. The property is around 2.5 km from Castle Karlsruhe, 2 km from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and 5 km from Europe Hall. The guest house has newspapers and a fax machine and photocopier that guests can use.

The location was great, super close to the center but a very quiet area. The room is big and spacious. Very comfortable stay. The building has an inner yard and place to safely park bikes.

First, what a great price!

The location couldn’t be better and the interior is nicely decorated and comfortable, so for €40 for a double I was very happy.

The man who welcomed me was really friendly and eager to help, letting me leave a suitcase there after I’d checked out.

The bathroom wasn’t ensuite, but that was no problem at all – it was reserved for my room only and just across the corridor. Everything was clean and the shower was great.

All in all, highly recommended for a great value stay.

Very well located and very stylish Hotel! Loved the interior design and the lighting. It was very clean and comfortable.

Really lovely staff, free water, free sweets and they even left a personal note with liqueur on the pillow! Would come back anytime!

Great location, excellent value, very clean and modern. The staff are friendly and answered any questions we had. We found free parking relatively close to the hotel in a residential area.

The check-in and check-out progress was super easy. The smart TV is great as you can sign in Netflix, Amazon and Apple TV if you have your own personal account to use (just make sure to log out after!). Alcohol gel is available as you enter the hotel.

The handwritten welcome card was a nice touch, along with the shot of liquor and sweets in the lobby.
