Superb location, it is at start of Rustaveli Street..we spent nice time walking on this street, this street was decorated well for Christmas & NY.

Good location in the city for walking to shops and restaurants. Paid for an upgrade to a suite which had great views out over where they normally have the festive market. Had a rollaway bed put in which fitted fine as the seating area has a long narrow layout anyway.

Nice on site restaurant and a cool bar at the top floor next to the indoor pool. Parking was ok and included once you scan the ticket. Supermarket next door with a few takeaway places also keep the kids happy.

The rooms are large and very clean, which is serviced daily. The swimming pool on the top floor is good, however the outside pool is fantastic with views to the mountains in the distance, temperature was 24 degrees which was fantastic. All the staff were helpful, looking after our bags when we arrived early and again when we had to check out.

Located in the centre of Tbilisi it was a short walk to the shops, the only down side was our room overlooked the entrance to an all night, night club, which was very loud especially on the Friday night. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel was child friendly, luxurious, and clean. The room was spacious, clean, luxurious, the bathrooms lovely with pipes fitted for the WC 🙂 The staff were uniformly friendly, professional and fast. The breakfast spread was excellent – all fresh foods, and a wide variety of them.

The rooms service food was also of the best quality. Irma, at the Tour desk, was extremely helpful. The hotels location on Rustaveli is ideal – we were treated to the Christmas street party and concerts just by stepping out of the hotel.

This was the only place we stayed in Tbilisi but it has to be the best hotel there. Check in was seamless, the room was lovely (although it didn’t have an espresso machine) and had an amazing view of the sunset. The pools is pretty huge and the jacuzzi and sauna / steam rooms are well kept. They gave us a change of slippers so we didn’t slip!

Room service was prompt, and the club sandwich is definitely a must have 🙂

It is a beautiful hotel located on the Main Street in walking distance to Freedom Square and retail shops. There is also a Spaar across the road, and Stola cafe which has an epic steak sandwich too.

The hotel is located on one of Tbilisi’s main streets. It is close to museums and about a 15 or 20 minute walk to Freedom Square and old Tbilisi.

The hotel has free underground parking, which is a plus if you come by car.

The N12 boutique hotel is very conveniently located, even the most simple room is very comfortable and the hôtel personnel is very nice and helpful. We had excellent breakfasts, and good advices for our stay in Tbilisi.

We were traveling with bicycles and the staff was extremely helpful to store some stuff for us while we were traveling, order taxi to great us at the airport and back to take our flight early in the morning. Excellent stay.

Very comfortable Room, bed is comfortable, near-by outlets are – 24 hrs supermarkets, many restaurants, tour companies.

Sightseeing landmarks are 5 minutes walking distance, hotel is at a quiet place, just away from the main road (so can get sound sleep), staff are very productive and helpful and nice, lady making breakfast is very good by nature, breakfast is good.
