What a fantastic hotel! They are conveniently located, have an outstanding staff, a delicious breakfast, and a great bar.

The rooms were clean with comfy beds and plenty of room to move around. Each room has a balcony which was a lovely touch.

This hotel was excellent for our girl’s trip. The room had a kitchen and living area.

There was a small balcony facing the beautiful pool. The breakfast buffet was worth the $16. The hotel was only steps from the mall food court.

I stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was just what we needed to enjoy our time together.

Walking distance to a great selection of restaurants and shopping.

The suites are spacious with balconies or patio’s. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel staff is friendly and provides outstanding customer service.

The on-site restaurant only serves breakfast and has a buffet with a great selection of hot foods, fruit, yogurt, cereals, muffins,etc.

The waitresses are very attentive and friendly. We stay here every time we visit Charlotte.

The way everything was handled from the time we got here till the end.

We had a balcony room with the view of the golf course. The water spout in the mini lake gave the impression of being on the beach without physically being there. (The sound of rushing water).

The breakfast was good, I truly enjoy staying at the Ballantyne. From the staff, the location too the relaxed atmosphere as well as the spa services & the rooms with a balcony are the best.

Our room was exceptionally clean, showcasing the close attention to detail by the housekeeping staff.

Our room (#205) was very spacious with comfy double queen beds, separate bath and shower, and a balcony – a nice added feature!

The “Afternoon Tea” was a special treat offering a wonderful selection of tasty morsels accompanied by a glass of sparkling champagne and overseen by exceptional service. A perfect way to celebrate Mother’s Day!

The Ballantyne Hotel continues to have our very highest recommendation for anyone looking for a standout luxury hotel and five-star staff in the Charlotte area.

You will definitely enjoy first class hospitality throughout your stay.

We got a good rate, paying a little extra for a balcony facing the ballpark. Worth every penny!

This Room and food (bar top) could not have been more relaxing and necessary for he and I to regroup. Hats off to front desk, food, bar top restaurant, and breakfast in Angelinas (avocado toast).

The hotel itself was great – beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the park, sparking clean, the rooftop bar and restaurant was gorgeous and the staff there was really accommodating, offering blankets and heat lamps.

The front desk and valet staff were great – friendly, helpful and professional, the hostess at the rooftop was warm and lovely, and Laura our server was great.

This is by far the nicest hotel we’ve escaped to in at least the last 3 1/2 years. Everyone here is so personable from the valet parking attendants to the front desk, (Natalie.) Also Thank you so much, Austin, for making us feel right at home while bringing our bags up to the room. We have such a beautiful view of the park from our balcony and are about to go explore some of Charlotte’s pubs and nightlife.

We don’t do repeat stays as we like to try new hotels but will definitely break that rule for this hotel and be back very soon.
