Upon arrival I encountered a member of staff called Marc, I instantaneously knew this hotel was one of the last true 5 star hotels which deserved its 5 star ranking, concierge service at its finest. Marc was gentleman and went above and beyond to make my stay a absolute pleasure, thoroughly helpful throughout. I could write a dissertation on how wonderful this young man is in every respect. The hotel itself was a joy to stay in, the rooms and view from the balcony are fantastic. The rest of the staff were very pleasant.

The decor all round was exceptional. By far the best 5 star hotel I’ve had the pleasure of visiting in my lifetime so far.

Hotel has quality design, very comfortable room, quality equipments both in room and bathroom. Coffee machine nespresso.
Service is very good, a very special mention to the front desk manager whose name is Maria if I’m not mistaken, an absolute kindness and efficiency.

Advice to book a deluxe room instead of standard. For a bit of extra, the deluxe provides much better comfort, especially during the weekend as some hotel guests can be very noisy and partying.

The place deserves its 4 stars. Very good location, close to shops, Caldea and historical center. Rooms are spacious and clean (and silent if you take the mountain view), the service precise and polite. Beds are extremely large and comfy, and breakfast is quite divers (one more machine for orange juice would not harm…).

Forget about the “pool”, it is 40 cm deep.The spa is ok, nothing more, and there are only two elevators…that can easily saturate during rush hours. But I would surely recommend this hotel, it is the best place I stayed in Andorra.

This well-located hotel is a good choice in Andorra La Vella. It is close to the old town, shopping, restaurants and the river walk. Our spacious room had a comfortable bed with nice bedside tables.

The room had a desk, large closets, a safe and a mini-fridge. The large bathroom had a combo tub/shower. Everything was clean and our room was quiet. All staff members were pleasant and helpful, including housekeepers. We ate at the hotel’s restaurant for dinner which we enjoyed. The waiters were attentive and we had prompt service.

Our only disappointment was the breakfast which was overpriced and not very good. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and we would return if we ever find ourselves in Andorra again.
