Very accommodating for me and my two dogs. There is grass at the back of the Thamrin Mall dogs can use the bathroom.
I brought my dog and cat with me on this short trip, everyone were so warm and welcoming to them! We had to enter through the service lift with my pets.. but it doesn’t matter as they have kept the loading dock area pristine clean.
The room itself is amazing and detailed oriented; washing machine, fridge, cooking area, sofas, comfortable bed, etc. I felt so extremely relaxed and comfortable in the room. But most importantly, my pets seemed to be at ease and comfortable.
Hands down this stay exceeded my expectation.
I highly appreciate this Ascott Jakarta hospitality, not many hotels/ apartment accept pets. Ascott Jakarta have showed so much warm welcome, help and love towards my pets.
The apartment is spacious and pet friendly! I brought a dog, get in and out through service lifts.
The location of the hotel is right in the central of jakarta, behind the biggest shopping centre in jakarta. Grand Indonesia shopping town.
The hotel is clean and the room is big. The staff so helpful and friendly. The have so many facilities, gym, spa, swimming pool, and kids room.

. I love the fact that the Fraser gets the residence involved with social events they set up. We went to the puppet museum one weekend and we also participated in a cooking class done by the chef. This is a wonderful strategy on the Fraser’s part to get you acquainted with other residents.
I brought 2 small dogs from the States and this is the only pet friendly place I know.

Location

Getting into the hotel can be a hassle and would need a bit of knowledge of the surrounding areas. That being said, the hotel itself located very close to the center of attractions with a lot of great dining place and shopping malls.AmenitiesDue to social distancing mandate from local government, the hotel put limitation on public areas such as swimming pool and respectfully follow the health and safety guidelines. That being said, public areas are still well maintained and cleaned up daily.Service

Housekeeping service was amazing, they helped us clean our bathroom to our kitchen.

 And during pandemic, if you have free breakfast they’ll make sure to deliver your breakfast in a timely manner.

Large suite with kitchen, comfortable and clean. In the centre near the museum and very convenient for the railway station. The main museum is a short walk away.
The restaurant is ok, but menu a bit limited and be down early for the breakfast buffet.
Basically I like the layout of the room ( I stay at studio room), the location is also strategic too. I don’t have any complaint according the room, service and amenities.
