The museum sits on the city’s Corniche waterfront promenade.

Plush rooms provide free Wi-Fi, crystal chandeliers and marble bathrooms. Some have terraces and/or city views. Regal suites and apartments add living and/or dining areas; 1 comes with a private gold elevator. In-room spa treatments are available.

Valet parking is complimentary. There are 4 restaurants, a bakery and 2 bars (1 with an indoor pool), plus a nightclub, a palatial ballroom and a spa.

Amazing, DOG FRIENDLY hotel! (For dogs 10kg or less) The staff even prepared dog water bowls and a dog bed in our room.

The check in staff and hotel manager were very welcoming when we explained we are qatar residents on a “staycation” with our 2 small dogs.

We booked the deluxe suite as this is very spacious and has amazing ensuite bathroom along with great views of the city.

There is an additional charge for cleaning after bringing your dogs. It was 350 qar for each dog.

I am not sure why I had to pay it twice for having 2 dogs, as the room still only needs cleaning once after checkout!? I took a video of the room after our dogs left just to show how clean it was, so hoping if we stay again we may not have to pay 700 qar for both dogs.

The hotel is refreshingly unique, the room was wonderful spacious and very clean, with amazing views.

The staff could not have been more friendly to us and our dogs, and i was delighted to see that they are promoting “earth awareness” and the reuse of towels!

Sophie was the first canine guest ever at this stunning property and was so well taken care of… treated like a VVID 😂 very very important dog!!!

As long as your dog is small or medium size and well trained the Mondrian can accommodate you in one of their terrace rooms.

Sophie loved the outdoor and was sunbathing all day long… like a queen!

The team did a fantastic job and even made sure that she had a toy to play with.
Not only Sophie had a relaxing time out!

I personally loved the Spa and pool 😍 the interior design is simply amazing! I felt like Alice in Wonderland!

The bath tub in the room is heaven and the bluetooth feature and media socket turned my room into an oasis of relaxation!

Middle to upper range hotel. Genuinely pet friendly (staff have outings to animal shelter). Staff are always helpful; opening gym after hours if I was working late for example.

Cleaning staff created several animals out of towels and left them in the room from time to time, a cat, and an elephant.

Great hotel with polite and courteous staff. The hotel is well located and full of amenities.

Had my staycation in Staybridge suites several times now, I have never been disappointed by their facilities and the staff that i have met its really a home away from home.
I had the privilege of meeting Steve and Miguel at the reception, both very welcoming and helpful in any information that i needed.
The rooms are spacious and cleanliness is topnotch something that is quite reassuring amid the covid 19 pandemic.I will surely visit again.
A perfect place to relax! Spacious suite rooms with fully equipped kitchen.
One thing I really like is the breakfast. Sumptuous healthy delights – from salad, fruits, yoghurt, fruit juices that are freshly made everyday.
Around 15 minutes walk from the hotel is a bayside – perfect for sunrise viewing while having your early morning jog.

Just 200 m from Corniche Promenade and City Center Shopping Mall, this design hotel offers stylish rooms with satellite TV. It features an outdoor pool, spa centre and on-site restaurants.

The air-conditioned rooms at W Doha are equipped with an iPod docking station, minibar, hairdryer and tea/coffee-making facilities. Each has a work desk and a private bathroom with bathtub.

W Doha offers several dining options, covering both regional and international cuisine. Guests can relax at the poolside bar or enjoy a cocktail at the Crystal Lounge.

Offering Gulf views, this sleek, contemporary hotel is 7 km from Souq Waqif market, 8 km from Museum of Islamic Art and 10 km from Doha Golf Club.

 

Slick, glam rooms feature Wi-Fi (fee), flat-screen TVs and iPod docks. Upgraded quarters add gulf views and/or access to a private lounge with dining. Suites come with separate living rooms. Apartments have kitchens.

Amenities include international, Italian and Asian restaurants, as well as bars. There’s also an outdoor pool, a spa, a beauty salon and a fitness center. Breakfast is available (surcharge).

We chose the W for its reputation and for its friendly dog policy (rare in Doha).
Olivera was always there on the concierge to help out and she became our dog’s best friend, always going out of her way to walk our dog when necessary and doing whatever she could to help our day. Our dog would make a beeline for Olivera on entering the hotel. Everyone else looked after us, parents and kids too, with a personal touch.
Jake and his team managed the comings and goings at the Market restaurant, which has an excellent keto friendly breakfast approach which we still go back for well after we vacated the hotel, and the Spice Market was a family favourite for a family dinner with great Asian food and we parents would often go down for a drink and tapas in the evenings leaving the kids upstairs with their books, which worked perfectly.
The cafe does fantastic salads (and great cakes and pastries). The two bedroom apartment was great for us, with a good sized kitchen that we could cook, eat and work in.
We stayed a lot of time at W Doha, and each time it has been great. We always go with our dog where he has lots of fun. There is a small walking track from the hotel towards the Pearl and it’s so great.
Now that the weather permits, it really beautiful. Our dog loves to run in the small green area along that path. All the best restaurants are in W Doha, the room, oh my god sooo comfortable, the service and attention to details is from another planet. W Doha is like second home.
From the entrance, till we left we were so well looked after including our dog. We are definitely staycation again.
Smoking is allowed almost everywhere at the hotel. Pets are allowed too. I didn’t notice any smell or hair though.

All rooms at The Westin Doha feature the signature Heavenly Bed, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, seating area, work desk and a minibar. Select rooms offer a sofa, hardwood floors or a dining area. The generous bathrooms offer complimentary toiletries.

Guests can enjoy a variety of dining options from 6 restaurants ranging from award winning Thai cuisine at Sabai Thai to an a la carte menu next to the property pool at Waves pool cafe.

This posh hotel is 4 km from the lively Souq Waqif and 5 km from the Museum of Islamic Art.

 

Chic rooms feature free Wi-Fi and flat-screens, along with minibars and Bose sound systems. Suites add sitting areas and Nespresso machines; upgraded suites have living/dining rooms, kitchenettes and/or fitness facilities. Club rooms offer access to a private lounge serving complimentary breakfast. Plush villas provide private pools. Room service is offered.

Valet parking is free. There are 6 bars and restaurants, including a Thai eatery and a poolside cafe. Additional perks include an upscale spa, a gym and squash courts, plus indoor and outdoor pools.

 I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the rooms are and spacious. It has everything you could need for an extended stay as well. We had a standard room and it was very well laid out.
The 5 piece bathroom is amazing including double vanity, separate toilet area with door, rain shower and bathtub that has a window to the sleeping area. There is a table and mirror to do makeup between the bedding area and bathroom. Within the bathroom there is a lot of closet space and hooks.

Oh my God, I can’t stand bathrooms with no hooks. We had 2 robes, terry, but big and plush, slippers and of course the usual amenities. There were plenty of towels of different sizes, even face cloths which are rare in this part of the world.

The beds are huge and comfy. The television had good programming. There is a chaise at the foot of the bed and a desk to work at. There is coffee and tea available and a coffee maker.

There is an iron and board. The motion detector light is so ingenious, so you don’t have to fumble around trying to find your way to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
