Amazing hotel, i have a pet and was anxious on finding a stay where pets are allowed.

Thank god for the W they were so welcoming to me and my pet! Amazing experience will come back again for sure!

Food is very good in all the outlets. This hotel has an advantage is that it is a pets friendly one.

Friendliness and warmth of the hotel staff.

Everywhere we went we were greeted with a good morning or even better, with a joke.

Staff were comfortable starting conversations and cracking jokes.

Your pet can have a proper bougie vacation at this hotel: Crookshanks (our cat) had an amazing time.

There is a pet food menu, a little sign for the doors informing room service that there’s a fur baby present and the hotel staff are very attentive to your pets- we were given a toy and a bag of treats on arrival for Crookshanks.

This hotel is one of very few pet friendly hotels in Dubai.

This was a great advantage that enabled us to really enjoy the vacation.

Both stays were among our best experiences.

The suites we took were spacious, properly cleaned; the facilities, including pool, exclusive beach and restaurants were all great.

Food and beverage quality were quite satisfactory. However more importantly what made this experience more pleasant was friendly and helpful attitude of the staff.

We had a great breakfast experience.

Overall, our stay was fantastic and quite relaxing despite the fact that we are just in the city.

Plus it is pet friendly, that we brought our two cats with us. They had so much fun too!
