Very clean, nice view, king bed very comfortable. We went there with our 4 month old puppy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They send up to our room a dog bed, pee pad and food and water bowl.
The room (N2 Grand) is very tidy, clean, well designed & spacious. Many places in the hotel are Pet-friendly but there is no such a thing that you feel messed up with other dogs. There’s designated floor for guests with pets.
Most importantly, the services in all restaurants are excellent too. Definitely will recommend this hotel to all my friends whether they would bring along their pets or not.
Staff service was professional yet kind and inviting.
Overall architectural and interior design is top notch, with well thought out details seamlessly integrated into a stylish sleek and elegant aesthetic.
As a bonus, being a pet friendly hotel it was really nice to see other guests bring their furry companions to stay with them. For our stay, we had not considered bringing our cats, as we were unsure of what feline facilities would be provided. However the front receptionist (Karley), assured us that litter and litter box would be provided. Knowing this we would definitely consider bringing our cats to stay with us the next time we go for a staycation.
Would definitely recommend The Murray for any get away.
A warm welcome from hotel staff and also an excellent pet friendly hotel i’ve ever been. Very nice food and environment, definitely will stay again.

Only few pet friendly hotels accept dogs over 15kg, The Arca is one of them. This is my second time to stay in this hotel. The sea family suite is big, comfortable and reasonable price. Hotel staffs are very nice. I was checked in by the duty manager Jason, he was very nice and helpful.
The room wasn’t ready and he offered drinks while we were waiting. Overall, great place to stay and will definitely come again. Highly recommended.
The hotel is newly opened with an excellent location just 5 mins walk from wong chuk hang mtr station. We came to celebrate the 14th birthday of my doggy, and we booked the Pawfect Vacation package, which includes afternoon tea, breakfast, dog amenities.
We were quite impress by the art elements and design of the hotel which makes this place very hip, modern and artistic. All the staff in the hotel are super dog friendly and sincere.
The restaurant also offers a Pawlious Menu with many healthy food options for doggy, we ordered a doggy cheeseburger, and my dog like it so much.
And we love the infinity pool on the rooftop overseeing the habour view of the south side, that was spectacular! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely come back for other occasions.
The Arca staff are really approachable and welcoming, they had a chit-chat casually with us proactively that makes us have a warm stay. We are really appreciated that the assistant front office manager recommended us lots of nice spots and restaurants nearby, and we also learned more about the story of the hotel from him too!
We will definitely visit there again, probably with my dog since it is a pet-friendly hotel. I hope to get a chance to try the snacks and beverages of their bar when it opens next time!

We love it it’s dog friendly!
Just wish at least certain restaurant and part of the pool area would be dog friendly too. As we didn’t want to leave the dogs behind in the room, we ended up spending all time in the room, didn’t even have a chance to try the food at hotel restaurant nor the pool.
In room, loved the mini bar options and the gesture of the house whiskey. We loved that we can kick back watch TV while enjoying a whiskey on the rock. 🙂
All the staff were super doggie friendly which made us feel welcomed as dog owners!
Overall the staycation with my four legged friend was an enjoyable one, all your staff, including those responsible for the room, in-room dining and those in various restaurant outlets were courteous and helpful.
Four legged-friend in-room dining menu have more specifics, such as grams in terms of protein, cabs, and ingredients as veggie.
I ordered twice and saw three different dishes and the so-called “four rice risotto” contained only white rice and brown rice, which I wasn’t it was supposed to be like that;
One should also be mindful as to the size and age of the pet, your in-room menu comes with very big chunk of meat or fish which is fine for medium size and large size pets, but for puppies or small dogs, owners will need to cut them into smaller pieces to ensure easy digestion;
I hope to see a pet-friendly restaurant outlet which we could bring along our four-legged friend to have a lunch or dinner with us.
Obviously I understand there are restrictions, but for example the outdoor area of Asaya Kitchen, or if customers are willing to pay, you should consider policy of allowing them into the VIP rooms of Tung Fook Heen or Henry’s, with minimum charge and cleaning fees on top.
I have been to Conrad in Tonglu, Zhejiang Province in PRC, that one is a truly pet-friendly hotel which allows pets sitting in outside area of restaurants and also on the basis of hiring out the entire VIP room with a minimum charge.
If someone is happy to do a splurge to spoil his four-legged friend, why aren’t they allowed.
All in all, apart from the above nitty-gritty points, it was generally an enjoyable stay and I must say that the peanut butter carrot cake for my pet at tea time was greatly appreciated. It was real good and my four-legged friend truly enjoyed it. it was very fragrant and light. I could tell that your chef has crafted it with care and love.
Also the dog yoga class was well-conducted with the coach being very nice and knowledgeable, and her dog was adorable too.
