We had a great stay at this wonderful hotel with our pet lab.

The pet room was good and had a porch. Rooms are spacious and absolutely clean. The staff is very helpful and will cater to one’s needs. The breakfast buffet is a highlight. Food is general was good, but a tad bit expensive.

The service, amenities and food were all up to the mark. The staff was very polite, courteous and helpful.
It is a beautiful property with a walking/ jogging track that seems to be quite enjoyed by the guests. Plus, it is pet friendly! The gym is excellent. I have used quite a few hotel gyms and I must say this one was among the best I have come across so far in terms of equipment and cleanliness.

Our room was comfortable and well designed, it had everything we needed for our short visit and the Wifi was good.

Right from check-in through our stay, breakfast, check-out, everything was very smooth.

The front desk champ Nikita flawlessly executed her job in all aspects including check-in, guiding and helping us to avoid any trouble during our stay. She made our stay a very comfortable one. Would give 5 star rating to her.

The breakfast although was not buffet due to current situation but it had variety of Indian and Western items to order and one can have it in the lounge with excellent service. All the staffs are very polite and they greet you every time they meet.

We were family of four with our dog and was staying in joy-enjoy cottage . Stay was very comfortable. Main kudos points in this resort is :
1) The most pet-friendly property we ever got to stay . Lots of open spaces to walk your dog .

2) The manager and staff were very cordial towards us and very friendly with our pup.
3) The food was yummy and was served hot .

This resort is the only resort in Hyderabad that allows pet dogs. So all U dog parents, here is one stop for ur 4 legged kids. My 4 legged son enjoyed his time here.

 

Button Eyes was a perfect fit as it is a nice small place and it’s pet friendly so we didn’t have to suffer separation anxiety while we were out having fun. The food was excellent, we fully utilized the swimming pool and the indoor games and the elders had fun playing antakshari.
4) Facilities were up to the mark with no complaints.
5) Ample space of parking at the property.

6) Special mention of small sanitizer bottle provided along with toiletries for the safety.
