We made a booking for a quick one night stay. There were of us. The room was very comfortable. Staff was lovely and breakfast superb but very busy.

I would recommend this highly for families.

Also interesting find was it was pet friendly ! Bringing dog the next time for sure.

Even though hotel was pet friendly, it was missing basic amenities for a dog (poop cleaner, dog bed, etc).

The concept, the room, dining, location, service, all excellent!
I always enjoy staying here for its location in Aerocity, for its modern design and concept.

They were charging 2500+ tax per day for pet which is not good. They should charge once for whole stay for the pet.

This is the reason most of the pets suffer because owner has to leave the pet somewhere while traveling if hotels will start managing the charges they won’t suffer.

Well.. great food with superb ambience…a pet friendly property was a more satisfactory for the pet parents,..even spend one night stay in the hotel was even memorable.

We stayed for a week at Taj Vivanta Dwarka for the stay was excellent not only for us but they made sure our pet dog was taken care of really well too.

Specially the F&B team, made sure we were well taken care of, even when we couldn’t make it to the buffet at time. The personalised service and attention was exceptional.

Boasting an outdoor pool and gym, IIDL Suites New Delhi is situated in Mayur Vihar, just 4 km from Akshardham Temple. Self-catering units feature free Wi-Fi, iPod docks and buffet breakfasts.

We stayed in a two bedroom beautiful, spacious and very well equipped service apartment. The inhouse service was personalized and very good. Fraser Suites in Delhi is perhaps the only property which allows pets and that is a huge plus for family’s who have pets and cannot leave them behind.
The interiors of the rooms were absolutely superb and we would rate the rooms on par with 5 star Hotels in the country and abroad.
Fraser Suites is an excellent hotel with super efficient service tailored for long stay business guests. Check-in is always quick and efficient. Rooms are large and very comfortable with all required business amenities. Bathrooms are large too with bath tub as well as shower stall.
All rooms have a mini kitchenette with induction cooker, many rooms have a washing machine. In one of the stays I was put up in a two bedroom suite, which was nothing short of a full fledged apartment.
They have a fairly extensive menu for room service, though I mostly stuck to the oriental menu and found it very tasty. Speed of service is once again quick.

The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, electric kettle, and minibar. The private bathroom comes with a shower and hairdryer.

Dining options include Food Exchange (a Multi-Cuisine restaurant) and Quoin (a Sports Bar) offering great food and drink selections.

We booked a single night while in transit, so location wise it was right near the airport and yet in a great locale called Aerocity. Had a dog with me (pets allowed), so for those who travel with pets novotel is a great choice.
Rooms are good, big enough, and the staff knows the pet protocol as well as anything else. Thanks Novotel for making pet travel easy and comfortable.
I had the pleasure of spending some time with my pet at Novotel here is my feedback for future travelers who are pet lovers and looking for promising property to hang around with their pets, I was there with my family and pet the hotel made us and our pet feel so pleasant.
We were attended by Mr.Karan from the front desk who helped us frequently with a whole lot of things and made us feel comfortable along with Chef Kailash from the morning breakfast was extremely courteous.

The overall decor of the place, as well as my own room, instantly made me feel relaxed. The fact that they also include wi-fi for free is a great boon. My biggest pet peeve is when high end hotels insist on charging for wi-fi and budget hotels offer it for free. Novotel did right by going this route.

Finally, the dinner buffet. Wow! Blew my mind. The presentation was awesome and the food was very well prepared and fresh. The dessert section was simply decadent. I must have had a four course meal and was stuffed to the gills after I was done.

Amenities include a 24-hour cafe, 2 restaurants and a bar. There’s also an outdoor pool, a fitness room, and a spa area with a sauna and hot tub. Massage services and parking are available.

I booked Pullman for a day and I couldn’t love the property enough for its great hospitality and service. It’s undoubtedly a great property for workations and staycations. It is also pet friendly.
I have booked my stay at Pullman, Aerocity from booking.com where I got a very nice deal for a deluxe king room. I stayed at Pullman for the first time and my experience has been very amazing.
The staff has been so hospitable and chivalrous to us. We also received a welcome kit from the hotel staff which was very unexpected and Mr. Nitin Gosain ( front desk manager) made sure we have a comfortable stay. We also checked out their lounge and bar Pling which had amazingly curated cocktails and munchies.
Overall it was quite a pleasurable experience.
