At the time of checked in, they gave me a pack of pet training pad and dog food and water bowls. It was very pleasant to be welcomed. All the staff members were very pleasant, they greeted me every time I saw them.
This hotel was fantastic a great location while we transfer our life to Seoul. Rooms were of a good size and the kitchenette was a a good addition. We brought our dog with us and he was able to stay here with us, so perfect.
We did have a few noisy neighbours especially at the weekends, id suggest in future the staff should arrange the accommodation better when you have long staying guests, we were here for over a month. I wish i had organised a time for the housekeeping to come to the room especially with the dog it would have made life a little easier!
The hotel offered weekly courses in flower arranging, plate painting and soap making, this was brilliant and a real highlight for me, plus they have DVD that you can rent, when your staying a long time this is a fantastic addition to a great hotel.
Hotel offer facilities such as sauna, gym, and indoor golf practice place (rather than range though). This hotel is connected to so called COEX malls and surrounding buildings and malls so there are lots lots of restaurants and convenient stores and many more downstairs.
So this hotel is really nice one for both short term and long term guests. And, as far as I know, this hotel is the only one hotel in Seoul that allows guests to bring pets with additional cost (refundable deposit of 1 million Korean Won).

Amazing apartment sized space in a great location on Jeju! We were grateful to have enough space for our family (2 adults, 3 children 15, 12, 9). The location was great, lots of things to see and do nearby.

The proximity to the beach was fantastic! Having a washer/dryer in the apartment was a real bonus for us, especially when we were hiking or swimming most days. We also liked having the electric kettle to make coffee and ramen.

Closed to most of the the southern sightseeing. The area had everything you need.

As for the apartment: it was very spacious although we felt the cleaning was not at our standard in particular the floor. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was very minimal utensils and pots although it was very modern. I would absolutely recommend this place for a large family and a dog!

4. Pyeongchang Ramada Hotel & Suite by Wyndham 4* – Dog Friendly Hotels South Korea

Pyeongchang Ramada Hotel & Suite by Wyndham

Offering a complimentary shuttle bus, Pyeongchang Ramada Hotel & Suite by Wyndham features a convenient accommodation for skiing and having a leisure time with nature. Free parking and free WiFi are available at the property.

All rooms feature a flat-screen TV and a terrace with views. Some rooms include a kitchenette. Private bathrooms are fitted with a hair dryer, a shower and free toiletries.

Pyeongchang Ramada Hotel & Suite by Wyndham offers a continental or buffet breakfast. Guests can enjoy dining at the on-site restaurant, operated by one of the well known food companies in Korea.

Pet friendly and very near to all the other places specially the sheep farm where you can hike with your dogs.

It’s very beautiful and peaceful.

As my sister and I planned to take Janggun (our small-mix-breed dog) on a trip, we were most troubled with our accommodation. That’s when we found out about pet-friendly Ramada Pyeongchang, which was already quite famous for its human-friendly services. We booked right away simply because it was the best deal on the table.

All their pet rooms are 2-floored with a vast first floor and adequately sized second floor. The special skip-floor architecture of the hotel lets all rooms have great views of the mountainscape surrounding the hotel.

Here are the complimentary amenities we enjoyed best in our stay:

1. They run a shuttle to and from the KTX station and bus stations in Pyeongchang.

2. They have a sheep ranch where puppies can enter (on leash and with potty plastic bags), which has an AMAZING view.

3. Their vast land and close-to-nature landscape makes a peaceful healing experience for you and your dog.

4. They have a four-season sled ride INSIDE the hotel where kids, adults, and pups can enjoy all alike.

Other than that, they provide basic necessities (2 potty pads, a potty tray, a pet towel, a pet mat, and pet food bowl for water and food) to lessen your luggage.

Finally, one of their restaurants (홍게우동 Honggye Udon) is pet friendly, where you can sit with your pup for a meal!

Overall, I recommend Pyeongchang Ramada (with or without pets!).

After living in Korea for 4 years as expats, we needed to stay in a hotel before our flight to our next home. We adopted a dog in Seoul and wanted a pet friendly hotel. We loved the 2 bedroom apartment at Grand Mercure. It was big enough for the family and our dog. It was a huge plus to have a washing machine and dryer combo. Kitchen was very well stocked and everything was CLEAN!
Our dog had a lovely park/walkway around the hotel for walks. Thank you to all the caring staff in the executive lounge (food was great too) and front desk. Big thanks to Jin Kim at front for always having a smile and loving our dog.

My friend and I booked a two bedroom suite here as they accept pets and she wanted to bring her puppy for a short getaway.

We had a two bedroom deluxe suite and it so far exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the things you could possibly need, and the appliances were all very clean and in perfect order.

We were told upon booking that there was one full bathroom and one half bath, but the half bath turned out to be a 3/4 bathroom with a shower stall, so that was more convenient than what we expected.

The lounge services were great. Afternoon tea was decent, but nothing special with only cookies on offer and no fruit or other snacks available. Happy hour was completely amazing! The buffet spread was incredibly diverse and constantly replenished.

We stayed at this hotel with my small dog. Food was good, all staffs are super polite and friendly to all guests and dogs as well. Hotel room was very clean and well decorated.
The hotel room was super quite and we could really enjoy the stay. The price was also very reasonable, I think it was little bit under priced compared with other hotels. Strongly recommending this hotel to everyone.
