Away from hustle and bustle of busy singapore. Comfortable and spacious, very private. Love the pool and outdoor tub. Chromecast available with the tvs. Lovely surprise with their complementary macarons, snack plate, red wine and diffuser for our honeymoon stay.

Our pet dog was very happy too! The pet bed even came with a name tag! Pillow menu was nice. Digital concierge was very convenient too.

Liked · The staff are amazing. With my recently operated ankle and elderly parents they were so efficient with picking us up in the buggy everywhere. The one bedroom villa is nice and the plunge pool was awesome because at peak hour the main pool is full.

Checking in and out of the hotel was hassle free. Hotel was very kind to offer multiple buggy rides for my guests, to and fro my villa. Our requests from time to time (eg: Ice buckets, additional coffee nespresso capsules) were always answered quickly with their prompt services. I love the hotel and the staffs. The hotel room was true to picture and very comfortable. We are super excited to stay in the villa. It is a dog-friendly villa too.

Dog bed and bowl were provided with a bottle of water. Downside is, the villa is NOT sealed, so our dog managed to dash out of the villa through the private pool area.

As compared to other hotels in Singapore which are pet friendly, my wife and I find that the staff at Capella are genuinely welcoming to the pet dogs there. They greeted and pat my dog each time they came into our room, unlike the staff at the other pet friendly hotels who will usually ignore or step far away from them. We will like to give a special compliment to in-room dining staff “Lim San” whom had warmly engaged us in a short conversation while he was setting up our dinner in our villa. He shared with us about his dogs in his family, and had tried to make us and our dog feel very welcomed in Capella.

We really felt heartened to see the level of hospitality that the staff exhibited in Capella. Will definitely come back for special occasions/anniversaries with my wife in the future.

We have been looking for a place to stay during our home improvement program. We have a difficult time looking for apartments who are pet friendly as most do not allow pets and we are so happy when Thanksgiving Service Residence is pet friendly. Not only are they pet friendly they allow us to stay and bond with our cat.

It’s a brilliant idea of Thanks giving Serviced Residence to be able to provide this service. Room service are held twice a week and the management are do accommodating that they allow us to choose the timing that is convenient for us. Really very sweet of them.

It is a very quiet and peaceful place to stay. This place has lots of greenery and nature. We can see butterfly and hear birds chirping.

We also noticed that this apartment is environmental friendly too where they used the water from the air-con compressor to water the plants. Really impressive. The neighbors are very warmth, helpful and friendly. This is a very nice place couple with many nice people.

We really like to come back here for staycation. Once again we would like to express our gratefulness to the management and all the warmth staffs and residents here for making our stay a memorable and relaxing one.

This is one of the few dog friendly hotel we managed to find. And glad that we did. The stay was extremely comfortable, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The one-bed room executive apt we booked, comes with all the kitchen ware you would need, from cooking rice to making pasta. Very convenient. There’s also a washing machine that you could do a quick wash with the detergent they provided.

We were given free board games to bring home by Playnation (great addition to my games collection) and given a $60 dining credit voucher, along with two complimentary drink vouchers during our stay as well.

Pool looks amazing and the gym equipments are well kept and cleaned.

Overall, perfect for a small family of two or three looking for an alternative break from the pandemic. Or just a random stay. 🙂

. Lodging and service has been amazing. It is 5 minutes from transport, food and offices.

We stayed at a high floor which had a decent view of the CBD. The rooms itself were pleasant with enough space and were not cramped. My room even had a fridge and convection stove and oven.

They provide clean up services everyday which was nice and the cleaners were pleasant and polite.

They are also pet friendly, we had two dogs during our stay here.

Super clean, super comfortable and pet friendly.
