A 2-minute walk from Bayside Station on the Disney Resort Line, it offers spacious rooms featuring a Sheraton Sweet Sleeper bed with satin sheets.

A fitness room and a public bath with sauna are on site, and massages can be requested. The lobby has free-use internet PCs with a printer as well as free W-Fi. On-site luggage storage is available on the day of arrival prior to check-in.

This high-end hotel overlooking Tokyo Bay is 2 km from Tokyo Disney Resort and 3 km from IKSPIARI retail and entertainment complex.

Pleasant stay for visiting Disney. If you opt for the Sheraton Club, there is food and drinks throughout the day.
The view is fantastic from the Sheraton Club both towards Disneyland and Tokyo Bay. We had a view of Disneyland from room, room itself is a bit dated unless you are in the new park (dog) wing.

The hotel is beautiful and staff at check in and check out are very efficient, noticing you the moment you come in and ushering you to the check in counters while another staff assists you with the luggage. Rooms are huge by Japan standards and we were given a view overlooking Tokyo Bay, the outdoor pool, outdoor waterfall as well as Mt Fuji! Yes you can see Mt Fuji from here on a clear day! They even have a new wing with dog friendly rooms!

The restaurant on the ground floor offering buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of food to cater to adults as well as children.

The hotel is about 20 mins train ride from Tokyo station to Maihama Station.

If you take the Narita Express from Airport, you can take it all the way to Maihama Station without exiting the ticketing exits. Just need to change lines at Tokyo station.

From Maihama, it’s a short trip on the Disneyland Line. Do plan your visit because it may be better to take a 2 day or 3 day Disneyland Train Line ticket instead of a 1 day pass. The 2 day tickets are also designed such that you can take them back as souvenirs as well.

Once at the Disney Resort line, just get down at Bayside Station and there’s a shuttle bus that brings you to the hotel lobby. It’s maybe a 3 mins ride.

Would i stay here again? A definite yes!

The staff was so accommodating with our requests and ensured we had the best experience we could. Hospitality is next level and they definitely won’t disappoint! Also getting to see dogs in the cafe downstairs was awesome.

The rooms are bigger compared to other similarly priced hotels.

Our room had wifi, cable tv (there’s one English news channel), air conditioning, ref, hair dryer, water pot, tablet to control the lights and air conditioning and used to call other rooms/lobby too. two pairs of slippers and another set of bedroom slippers, safe, hot and cold shower with bathtub, and toiletries. We had a great experience at this hotel and I wouldn’t hesitate booking again when we go back to Tokyo.

With the very positive experience with Nanki-Shirahama Marriott Hotel which is also an onsen hotel, we selected the room with private onsen which is again a perfect decisions.

Room is contemporary, clean, spacious with a tatami area to enjoy our drinks and snack. Onsen is good for 1-2 persons, not as spacious as the one in shirahama, but we do enjoy the semi-open set up which you can smell the fresh air

If you drive, its location should not be a problem. With such a price, no regrets at all.

We wrongly selected the pet-friendly accommodation (coz we aim at private onsen), the hotel has been very proactive in communicating with us and amend the booking swiftly.

Extensive breakfast at main building. It could be busy but they never let go their service standard.

Our room was in a separate building and sadly walking out in the rain was a bit troublesome, but our room, which had a private bath and a tatami area was quite lovely and relaxing.

Umbrellas area provided, but shocked they had not created a covered walkway between the buildings. In room facilities and amenities were nice and the bed comforter was so nice and warm. .

There are also cottages, which allow for owners with pets to stay as well.

Although the Four Seasons wasn’t in our budget, our stay was worth every single penny. Everyone from the front door to the registration desk, concierge, and the restaurant, were absolutely amazing. I know having a dog in the hotel was definitely a new thing for a lot of the staff and not commonly accepted among the establishments around Tokyo city, but the staff treated us with the utmost respect.
I was constantly pleasantly surprised with the amazing treatment we both received.
This hotel is located on the “Yaesu” side of Tokyo Central. Perfect for walking to the trains including the Shinkansen and also walking distance to Ginza. The room was excellent and perfect. I had 6th floor room facing the train tracks and had absolutely no noise issues.
The breakfast was delicious, and service very attentive. The room had a great view of the high speed trains, and was immaculate. A tremendous combination of luxury, service (and when compared to other hotels in the area) value.
