Regent Singapore is 1.3 km from Singapore Botanic Gardens and 4.6 km from National Museum of Singapore. Singapore Flyer is a 10-minute drive away, while Universal Studios Singapore is 15 minutes by taxi.

Rooms at Regent Singapore feature a blend of Asian and Western designs.

They include bathrooms with L’Occitane toiletries. Minibars and tea/coffee makers are provided. Rooms offer cable TV channels, including international and Chinese channels. Bathrooms come with dental kit, slippers and toiletries.

We’re surprise of the PET allow policy for Regent Hotel and the preparation of pet bed & bowl.

The room was huge enough for my dog to roam around and we had a great fun. Thank for the simple decoration with a complimentary of a small cake in the room for my partner’s birthday surprises as well.

The hotel is pet friendly but more towards dog instead of cats.

It was good as I went for staycation previously with my pet. We were given a box of dog goodies and there were shampoo for the dog.

Main reason why I chose Regent was because it’s pet-friendly, and a decent weight limit for pets (15kg). The rooms were equipped with a dog bed & a goodie bag for the dogs, which was a nice gesture. The staff were all very friendly and accepting of our pets, which made it an overall a pleasant experience for our family staycation with our family pets.

One of the staff pointed out the side-door to us, which led to the closest grass patch for my pets which are out-door toilet-trained, very thankful for that.

The staff was very attentive and friendly, from time during reservation up to check out. Aside from that my puppy dog enjoyed as it’s a pet friendly hotel. Well recommended!

The staycation package was well thought out. Dog beds, water bowls, treats, towels, shampoo, pee pads and toys were provided for the dogs, and the in-room dining menu even had dog meals. A walking map was provided which gave me suggestions on where I can take my dogs for a nice walk. The package also included dining credits so that I can order food and dine together with my dogs in the comfort of our room.

I like that the staff are friendly and can make the pets feel at ease in the hotel. I also like the location of the hotel being near the botanic gardens and within walking distance from dog friendly cafes.

If you want to have “us time” with your doggies, this staycation is highly recommended!

Lush garden surrounding the entire property, enough for our dog to play around. Great walks indeed. Overall, it was a good quiet stay with the fur kid. They sent us a fresh box of doggy package each day– with a toy!

The one most important thing we look for when we go on staycations as a family is that the hotel or resort must be dog-friendly.

Our dogs are our children. Mine is also an internationally trained and certified assistance dog for persons with disability. I go everywhere with her.

What matters to us is that our dogs are genuinely welcome, and treated as important guests in the same way as the humans, without prejudice. Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa tops the list of all the many ‘dog-friendly’ places we have been to.

Many others imposed ridiculous restrictions, for example, at one high-end ‘dog-friendly’ resort, we were not allowed to dine even al fresco with our dogs, and they had to be left alone in the room while we had our meals, or stay far away from the dining area at a little corner out of sight with our helper, who couldn’t eat with us while she watched the dogs, and she was attacked by swarms of mosquitoes.

There was also nowhere we could walk our dogs in those mosquito-riddled grounds without being told, “No Dogs Allowed Here.” When we have staycations, we look for good service, comfort, luxury and a genuine welcome – most crucial to us is that there should be no half-measures where our dogs are concerned.

It is pointless to promote dog-friendly rooms if there is nowhere else our dogs are welcome on the premises.

At Amara Sanctuary Resorts, the grounds are impeccably maintained, there was no mosquito problem and we could walk around with our dogs to enjoy the beautifully landscaped surrounds (leashed, of course).

From the very get-go, at Amara Sanctuary Resort, we were greeted with friendliness and efficiency, from the welcoming Front Office, to the great F&B team at Shutters, also kudos to Executive Chef Kelvin for a wonderful birthday dinner, and the Housekeeping folks who attended to all our requests.

All your staff are so very polite, cheerful and friendly, waving to us and saying hello to our dogs whenever we pass by.

Booked the paw package staycation and throughly enjoyed my stay. For pet owners intending to bring your pets along, do rmb to bring along your own pet bowls and pee pads as the hotel doesn’t provide any – and of course, your own pet food/treats.

The inclusive dinner and breakfast was good and we got to select our own meal from the hotel menu.

Overall I enjoyed the trip and my dog had a good time as well!

Personal touch was indeed made the difference! Who will expect you found your dog’s picture on your bedside table??

This was precious!! She was so thoughtful! This has brought the service of Sofitel from exceptional to second to none!
