This was a beautiful hotel in an interesting place that seems destined to become an extremely large, populous and bustling city.

We had a big room situated on the top floor with what seemed to be an extra big. We had a fantastic panoramic view to the front of the hotel of the coastline of Ha Long Bay, Bai Chay Bridge, Ha Long and across the bay, the Sun Wheel. Even better that we had a balcony enabling us to make the best of the view.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

There was a great bathroom with a large window looking out to the bedroom. It was an unexpected, yet interesting feature but fortunately privacy could be afforded by lowering the blind!

There was a choice of dining facilities. The one we choose on the ground floor was very big and luxuriously appointed but at the time we were there virtually empty. That said the food and service was very good and staff willing to attend to our every need.

The breakfast buffet each morning was really great because there was a wide selection and certain dishes would be rotated in and out each day. I’m not quite used to seeing “dinner” dishes (like beef stew, or stir fry, or other similar dishes) at a breakfast buffet, but I didn’t mind it one bit. It was actually quite enjoyable. Also, I loved having the little bibimbap station over between the sushi and juice area. It was nice having a familiar Korean influence among the many other dishes.

The food in the restaurant was DELICIOUS, if you are staying in the Halong area I would highly recommend here for lunch or dinner. They serve these insane warm fresh bread rolls and olive tapenade before every meal that are to die for. We stayed on the 18th floor and the view of Halong bay from our balcony was just stunning, especially at night when the bridge is lit up! The pool area is just beautiful and so lovely to lie and relax overlooking the bay.

The swimming pool was small but lovely and situated on the 4th floor, again with a beautiful view of the bay. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Halong Bay is not only world heritage but also natural wonder of the world then people would love to enjoy the trip in less touristy area. With over 10 years experience of working in hospitality industry , we truly understand that. And Bellezza Cruises was launched in May 2018 after learning so many many travelers every single day to serve our valued customers best services during beautiful Halong bay journey.

The food on the boat was amazing, how they managed to produce so much good food from such a small kitchen amazed me.

The boat itself was a bit old, but clean and well maintained. I would certainly enjoy a couple of nights on it again. The only issue we had was that the water ran out overnight on both nights. This meant we awoke to no running water. The problem was quickly rectified by the crew and within an hour we had boiling hot water to shower and start the day.

Bellezza Cruises did a fabulous job giving my friends and I an experience we’ll never forget. The activities that were planned were fun and a great way to explore Halong bay outside of the ship. The food was spectacular as well and they were very accommodating to different dietary needs. Although the boat and activities were amazing, what truly made our experience the best was our tour guide Tom. He was a pleasure and did a great job educating us on Vietnamese culture. He was extremely helpful and humorous.

Traveled with a friend on the 2 night 3 day cruise of Ha Long Bay. The food and drinks were great… every dish was impeccably cooked and presented. Staff was very attentive to food allergies and dislikes and would accommodate any dietary restrictions. The company was even better! Thom was a fantastic bartender and host. Trung/ “Peter” was an amazing guide. Enjoyed every minute spent kayaking, swimming, fishing and just lounging on deck. Trung was a great tai chi instructor, too… is there anything this guy can’t do?? I would recommend this cruise to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy the scenery. Wish we would have booked a longer cruise… next time.

The journey is about 3 hours on coach from Hanoi, but the coach was very comfortable and they provided water.

Tom, our tour guide was great! On the coach journey he gave us information about Vietnamese culture and shared a lot of interesting facts. Once on the boat we were shown to our room which was lovely, clean and had a huge shower! The trip was really well planned with an exciting itinerary and loads of activities. Tom even taught us Thai Chi one morning on the top deck of the ship!

Food was delicious and staff were really friendly. Big thank you to Tom and the team and would highly recommend for those you want to see Halong Bay and experience Vietnamese culture.

Well what a surprise. A lovely beautiful and clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. The room was spacious with a very nice bathroom.
