Towels and linen are provided. Some units are fitted with a terrace overlooking the pool or the sea.

Excellent stay for family with children. Kids are well occupied with the facilities and big spacious room. Bug resort but no sweat as there’s complimentary buggy service.

Locations is far off from the city. Will definitely recommend first timers to get some snacks at the ferry terminal mart before checking.Kids friendly, family oriented. Kids pool, wet and dry area. Playground. Theres an airconditioned kids club for kids to play fo free for 1 hour. Infinity pool with awesome view of the sea.

Breakfast is worth the money, lots of varieties with desserts section as well.

In room dining prices are cheap and affordable. Room is super big and comfy! There is a free shuttle bus from Batam Centre to the resort, to and fro.

The view is beautiful regardless with room you stay. There’s 3 different pool for you to swim in and if you have kids, the pool is wide and big enough for them to run around and also they can play at the beach (there’s swing in sea!!)
There’s small indoor playground for them too (aircon of course) called Dino World where kids can draw/color/face paint/slides/ball pit/etc. At night they even provide movie screenings under the star to end the day. This resort caters everything for everyone.

The only thing that can be improved is their breakfast spread (not much variety) and their massage prices & masseuse (too expensive and can’t feel much even though told them twice to make it a bit harder).

There is a 24-hour front desk at the property. With prior booking, complimentary drop-off service to Mega Mall are offered on the weekend based on schedule and availability.

This hotel is very good and family friendly because this hotel have many kinds of foods for breakfast and they’ve got PS4 so kids can play games there, The pool is wide and this hotel have a whirlpools.

Had an amazing stay last November 2019! Neat, clean and great customer service! Hotel is family oriented and breakfast had great options. Kids had a lot of fun!

A bit disappointed with the age restriction for the indoor pool.

Stayed in a family suite and was impressed with the breakfast, lounge and pools.

The setting is luxurious enough for my family and we truly enjoyed ourselves.

There is a table tennis room and free hot tub to use as well. Hotel is relatively new and staff service is excellent, smiles all around. Will come back here again for sure, thumbs up.

Great villas for a family time out of Singapore. Food in restaurants with reasonable price, very good breakfast.

Friendly staff, great service. Villa with sea view and clean rooms. Great place to chill.

Will definitely go back. Montigo is a great place for family and kids. Montigo should increase the number of activities and also ensure all activities equipment in top notch condition.

Montigo is a fantastic short break away from Singapore if you’re travelling with young children.

The villa was great, and we got a lot of use out of the private pool both as a family and for chilling out while the kids napped. My kids are 1 & 3 and my eldest enjoyed the kids club.

The staff were lovely and the menu has options for everyone. Make sure you book the ferry in and out of Nongsapura as it’s much quicker than Batam central.

Located on the hill side, this 3-story villa comes with a separate living room, fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area. It also has a private roof terrace with sea view.

All private bathrooms have bath and shower facilities as well as a hairdryer and free toiletries. Day bed is available for the fifth person.

A great place to house a family of 5 for its 2-bedroom villa. The variety and quality of food offered at its restaurant were amazing, honestly, we didn’t have to travel out for our meals at all.

he resort was overall a great place to stay if you’re expecting to do a lazy short vacation and just relaxing by the ocean/pool or you can come here with the whole family to enjoy the facilities there!

They have paintball, archery, bar, swimming pool, water activities and restaurant(reasonable price).

The resort was half an hour away from the town but they prepared shuttle/ taxi service(charged btw).

Complimentary pick up and drop off from ferry terminal to hotel and vice versa. I love the balcony, best scenery in Batam!

All staffs are very friendly and polite. Place is very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Perfect for families with kids!
