The room was very clean and also very modern. We never heard any noise from outside.

Finally, the employees are always very warm and helpful, it’s a very nice atmosphere.

Excellent service and perfect quiet location near to the Vondelpark. The breakfast is excellent.

We decided to spend Christmas in Amsterdam to see the Christmas Market and managed to get a great on staying at Pillows. This is an exceptional hotel and a great experience from start to finish.

We were welcomed by Gerald and given a welcome drink, the service from then until we left was fantastic. We had a standard room, which was quite bijou, but lovely, clean, with all facilities and a comfy bed. The choice of breakfast was very good, with eggs cooked to order if requested.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on the edge of Vondelpark, so great for a refreshing walk into the city. Highly recommended, we will be staying here again.
